I have I have purchased several pairs of tires here some also for my daughter and her name. I just recently got tires for my truck he gave me three prices and affordable price the second price a little more than a very high price Im on the budget so I ended up getting the lesser. He told me thats all he had but while waiting for the tires to get installed Ill walk around looking to racks and found out that there were some tires that fit my truck they were not offered to me at this point I feel somewhat bamboozled. Not happy I used to take my business there cuz I thought they were honest and helpful for their customers. Americas tire does that too. Ill need tires again sooner or later guess what

1/2021 review. One of our tires popped on the road and brought it in. Tire was still under warranty, so if was replaced with new tire, hassle free. Thank you guys for the great customer service and getting us back on the road safely! *Update there was a fee for 50% of the tire because of 50% thread life remaining, no other fees.

The Price is to high for the service and they will tell you something so you might have to purchase something new. They do have good equipment but I will not return

I’ve been to this location on two occasions and each time I leave the tire center my car is returned to me with some type of issue with my tires. Today at my departure my tires made a squeaky noise.I came back asking for assistance and had my left wheel (at the time this was the only one making noise) looked at and they did “something” got the issue “addressed” unfortunately leaving the third time and then hearing noises again. I have a 2019 civic and don’t ever have any issues with my vehicle (it’s still new and I haven’t even broken 100k miles!). So I am fully aware it not my “imagination” or me “hearing things”. If I could record a video on here for google maps I would. Mind you! They explained to me I need rear brakes prior to me paying for my Express Oil Change and Tire Rotation then I am having issues—coincidence not at all. Smh makes no sense.[UPDATE]So, my boyfriend is very knowledgeable on the interior and exteriors on different vehicles. Especially Honda Civics. I had him check the car like I explained to the tire representative. My boyfriend also noticed the sound that was now on the right rear tire. *Note* The Les Schwab representative told me prior to me paying that I need to replace my rear rotors and rear brake pads.*My boyfriend thoroughly examined the car and sprayed brake cleaner on the rotors (where the brake pad makes contact with the rotor) and spin the wheel a few times and my vehicle was fine. He explained most likely some type of solvent was put on the REAR wheels to have initiated that sound! I will never be back to this specific location. I am a member and ongoing customer with Les Schwab and have purchased my tires from here and NEVER have any issues with them except for the Rialto location. Thanks for living up to the standards of mechanics trying to low ball women!Thanks Rialto Les Schwab.

Went for a flat repair they said they did got home same thing tire was low, leaking air..took it to a different shop and yes the tire was nevered repair so got it fixed now a a different shop.. All these guys was tried to offer me buy tires. Very Disappointed

Have lots of time and money? This is the place for you. I had new wheels and tires ready to go, just needed them mounted and balanced. I will say that I was kindly greeted by a salesman fairly quick but was immediately turned away when he quoted me $292 and 5 hours to get the job done. I went down the street and got the same job done for $100 in 2 hours.

Ive encountered a new guy from the shop each and everytime and they all are polite and make me feel comfortable on working on my car. I got there and they started working on my car right away. I think they usually tell you the wait time is going to be an hour or more to be on the safe side but they always finish on time. Theyre pretty fast. I love coming here because they do a good job and theyre very friendly.

Went in for wheel rebalance as I was experiencing vibrations shaking in steering wheel. After leaving vibrations still were the same. I talked to Dustin and he suggested hub centric spacers, ordered them, installed the following week no charge. Fixed the problem. I highly recommend this Les Schwab, excellent customer service

I was on my way to work an found out that there was a nail in my right rear tire. I knew that they did not open until 8am but decided to park in front of the store and wait for them to open. To my surprise, a man came out and asked what I needed. After explaining my situation, he promptly took my Tahoe in early and fixed my tire. I did not get his name but he definitely made my day! I cant thank you enough for your kindness and professional demeanor.

Had to make a quick stop at Les Schwab due to my car swaying tremendously on the highway. It was my first time stopping there due to me usually going to the dealership to get my car serviced but wow was I blown away by the professionalism by everyone and the amazing prices. They did inform me that it would be an hour wait due to them determining that it was most likely the alignment but I didn’t mind. Not only is my car back to normal but my wallet is also very happy! These guys were awesome. When we pulled up, a fella came jogging out to meet us. He asked what we needed. Looked at the truck real nice, and walked us in. Inside was beautiful almost like the inside of a dealership. It didnt have a tire shop feel.When we got in he introduced us to the fella that took our tire order. This fellow was very nice. Gave us a few options and let us know about the deal they had going.Once we finished he took our number to give us a call when our tires were done.About a little over an hour later. Actually, I think it was less than an hour. The tires were ready and they looked beautiful. We will definitely be back.Oh and so far theyre lasting beautifully.

Fantastic service. Ive brought my girlfriends Kia Optima and my own Mini Cooper S. The service humans are quick to attend you and fast at the fix. The Optima had a sidewall slice (pothole) and we brought it right in. 30 minutes later, new tire all prepped and we were on our way.

Amazing customer service, and it doesnt come cheap, you pay for it, literally! Recently replaced my shocks and struts on my vehicle. My car has 144,000 miles and required replacing. Sadly they are overpriced and dont deliver anything special that any comprable competitor brand would offer. The tech/sales employee (one and the same) sold me on the companies warranty of their product. The warranty is very industry standard with no more real warranty than what you would get with one of their competitors for new parts. Foolishly being naive and unfamiliar with industry standers I was sold. Make sure you read the warranty in its entirety. Personally made a $1,200 mistake in blindly buying into what I was told and sold. My shocks and struts dont come with lifetime warranty, NONE do, anywhere! As a company, please be more transparent with pricing and ensure that language used when selling your products, service and warranty by employees is clear and not convoluted with partial truth.

Les Schwab has not disappointed me. I went in for new tires and and alignment. The staff offered me fantastic customer service. The store mananger Seth was just the greatest. He worked with me and got me a deal on my tires for not only my car but my husbands as well. I didnt feel hustled or bamboozled because I was a female. Seth gave me and my family nothing less than fanatical service at a great price. He got his best guys on his team on my cars and got me in and out with no hassle. My wife went in Saturday morning for a quote for rims and tires. She let them know our budget and was able to get a quote right under our budget. She let them know we would be back another time to make the purchase. The gentleman also went over other options with her (as in better tires-for a little over our budget) but he was definitely not pushy whatsoever! Normally we flee the scene when we are feeling the pushiness from a sales rep! Anyway, once I got off work we let them know we would be coming in in about 30minutes. Well I guess they didn’t have the rims in stock but another location did, but that was no problem because the gentleman ( Cesar ) had someone go pick them up and let us know there would be a little bit of a wait for them. Thanks for the honesty!!!! We didn’t mind so we came in. We only waited about 10minutes. I mean, how great is that?! We were on a time crunch to do this and it was GREAT that he could make it happen for us the day and time we wanted. Once i got there, Cesar showed me the tires he had quoted my wife for. And also showed me a higher end tire. Again, not pushy whatsoever! My wife and I decided to go with the higher end one. They started removing my old tires and rims once they knew the new rims were nearby, as to not waste any of our time. Again, how great is that?! Very productive staff!It didn’t take too long before they were done and i was on my way. I really appreciate How my wife was not overquoted. Once I came in they were very upfront with me and showed me everything we would be purchasing. Overall we had a great experience. And have already told some friends about going there! It would be one, however our first experience with the company was pleasant, the second time we were let down. Here is why, they have good customer service, needless to say honesty is not practiced that often, my boyfriend came here for tire rotations, then they tried telling him that he needed all four tires replaced, and needed a realignment. Then as we were getting ready to pay we forgot one of the cards that we needed to pay with because let me tell you the price was unreasonable (about $450). So when we came back home for the missing card my boyfriends father mentioned that Pep Boys charge three tires and give you the fourth one for free, since we are on a strict budget, that offer was looking a lot better. My boyfriend wanting to be a loyal customer to les schwab wanted to call first and compare prices, they told him each tire would cost around $55 plus installation fee of $97 dollars doing the math we saved about $300 dollars, also the alignment that we supposedly needed we did not even need at when we took our car to Pep Boys, also we only needed the front tires because at hard-working HONEST people at Pep Boys said that the back of our tires still had thread on them for at least three to four months. This is will be last time we will have business at les schwab.

We visited this location a couple of months ago to get rims and tires, and their customer service is top of the line. They were friendly and helpful, giving it a small town feel. We recently went back with our other vehicle to check the alignment on the tires, and in addition to that they rotated and rebalanced them and only charged us for the alignment. Since we have had nothing but good experiences with them, we took our daughters car to remove a nail from the rear tire. They patched it within ten minutes and sent us on our way with no charge! We are so happy we tried them, and will never take our vehicles anywhere else. We are close to them now, but even if we werent I would definitely drive to have them service our vehicles!

First time customer. Came in today because I had errands to run in the same shopping plaza. Decided to stop by here because its a pretty new business in the area. They have a banner up that says FREE BRAKE CHECK, so why not get them checked. I pulled up to the garages, a guy comes running out with a smile to ask how can he help me. Told him I just wanted to get my brakes checked. He was more than happy to help. I got out of my car and he walked with me to the main entrance. Introduced me to the lady at the front desk and she took over from there. She was amazing I every way. Knowledgeable, polite, sweet, soft spoken, and genuinely cared to make sure I was well taken care of. Long story short, this place is amazing and has 5 stars in every aspect... Customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, amenities, fast services, even their waitroom chairs are comfortable! Complimentary coffee, popcorn, coloring books, & phone charging stations. They have huge glass windows in the waiting area so you can see your car the whole time while its being worked on which is a HUGE deal to me. I dont have to work about any money business going on behind closed doors.open Everything is out in the open. I definitely trust this place and will be doing business here from now on. Besides tires, they also have wiper blades, cleaning products, huge selection of wheels (aka rims). I highly recommend this place over Pep Boys or any other similar tire shops.

While pulling into their parking lot, I was approached by Estavan. He took down my cars information and explained that they dont charge for fixing tires and the other services that the provide here. From the moment I stepped out of my car it was amazing service. I had a screw in my new tire. Estavan walked me inside while the rest of the crew started on my car. Angela was so great. She took down my information with a smile and was just awesome. I had 2 espressos while I waited and the have the cutest popcorn machine!!! They have a small table for kids with coloring pages and crayons. While I waited and watched TV in their Beautiful sitting room, I watched the guys run out to the cars to greet the customers. I work in the service industry and let me tell you, thats amazing to see. It sets them apart in my eyes. Im in love with this place and would most definitely recommend everyone to come in. We went just to ask about pricing to see why our SUV had road noise and drove terrible. They bragged on their complimentary services and within minutes they had my SUV on the rack. Turns out they were not bragging. They were confident. They fixed the problems and didnt try to sell me services I didnt really need. Went back again with my other car that had low air, they gave me the same great trustworthy service. Everyone from the Manager to the service advisors and mechanics were friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend store!

I went in today and i rarely review places but i had to review this one because they had really good customer service when we got there we were approached right away they listened carefully got us an estimate for my car brakes which was an excellent price and they explain everything they are doing and dont pressure you to make a decision like other places that practically say yes for you before you can even speak. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends and family.

They said they do modified vehicle alignments. Im not sure if it was the Tech not being experienced or just laziness, but their alignment has caused damage on my left front fender from my caster being off. Ive had multiple alignments from other shops with no problem, but this is a first. Now I have constant rubbing of my tires when turning and a pushed out fender. The Tech should have took the time figure out my modified UCAs and how to adjust them right. I already figured out what he did wrong with a quick Google search. My UCAs have pre built positive caster so he did not accommodate for that and pushed mine into stock range which makes my tires, which are after market, ride extremely close to the fender. I will be going back tomorrow. Hopefully they correct their mistake. Will update this post tomorrow.
