I bought a used phone ended up spending 1,000+ Only 3 months later it broke down I had no warranty provided for me from the store I still had to pay to get it fixed then wasn’t fixed properly it’s just been a struggle. And I feel like I’m having to pay more and more money for older tech; but like they say easy come easy go it’s not worth the hassle just buy new phone in stores or make payments or go to another phone shop where you’ll have a guarantee.

They were supposed to fix my broken screen and said Ill get it within a day and its been 2 weeks. The are lying procrastinators that dont know how to fix phones. When I came to pick up my phone all the workers were outside laughing and hanging out together instead of doing there jobs. Dont come here if you want to fix your phone

Store owner was friendly helped me with a phone I purchased there a few weeks ago that wasnt charging. The ower gave me no problems with repairing the phone (free of charge) and even offered to replace it if he could not get it working (also free of charge). I was really impressed that a small business ower like him, would offer such good customer service and guarantee on his merchandise. Truly a great place to get your merchandise! Im very happy I decided to take my business to him! I will be a repeat customer!

Got my front screen replaced twice at this location within 2 months and it broke both times. Spent around $400 and when I came back to find a solution all I got was “things happen” and “I can buy the phone off of you for 350” when it’s an iPhone XS Max. I liked these guys they’re cool guys but it honestly felt like I was being hustled every time. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I went here to get my phone screen fixed I got it back after 5 weeks and I paid 250 for this and it started glitching and my phone would randomly shut off out of no where. I ended up going to another place and I got it done for a cheaper price.

Went to ifix in rialto off of baseline (next to superior market) to get a small crack on the back of my phone fixed, my brand new iPhone my boyfriend bought me just days before for my birthday. When I picked it up they asked me for my phone case and put it on before handing it back to me. They told me to come back the next day to have my lens replaced (they broke that as well, see pictures). I get home and take the case off and saw numerous scratches on the housing of my phone. I called them right away and was told to bring the phone back. The next day I returned and was told theres nothing that can be done to fix the scratches on the housing, but the lens can be replaced... I was told to come back in two days to see what the tech can do. Me and my bf came right back and spoke to a rude manager who was very defensive and unprofessional. He told us that once they receive the lens to bring the phone back and they will give me new housing. Remind you they told me they could fix my lens the next day. I asked for my money back ($100) and he refused. We came back a few days later (Thursday) and left the phone. We were told to come back in a few hours, a few hours turned into 3 days. They kept procrastinating about when the phone would be fixed and even offered to drop it off at our house. Never came never called. The next day (3rd day) my bf goes to get the phone and it looked even worse. They totally messed up a new phone. We were told to come back in two weeks once they ordered yet another housing. Not only is the housing of my phone messed up, the motherboard is no good as well. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with these people. They messed up a new phone and had very bad attitudes. Extremely poor customer service. I would give negative 20 stars if possible.

Kept my tablet almost 2 mnths and didnt fix it, wint 3 times for my table according to him he left ones with his other tech, forgot it the 2nd time and third just didnt put much attention to what I was saying like if he wanted to keep my table he told me no 1 could fix it if he or his other tech couldnt fix it, sent it in to Samsung co. took them 3days to get shipped and fixed, Bs, Seemed like he was experimenting on my tablet couldnt find and didnt find problem, each time I called or wint in to check the status of my tablet something different was wrong or it was not the problem, Samsung didnt charge me anything he was gonna charge me $80 and that wasnt including the diagnostic.

A small business on the corner of Riverside Ave and Base Line Rd.A few weeks ago, I dived into the Adriatic Sea during my trip to Europe, and my iPhones screen went black and stopped working. When I came back to the States, I found out that I didnt have insurance on my phone, so I went to the nearest phone repair/shop.Nathan took the time to explain to me why my phone couldnt handle saltwater the same way it would handle freshwater damage (which btw, actually makes a difference). It turns out, the inside of the phone was so corroded from salt deposits, and it would have costed too much to repair. He suggested I replace it, and he sold me the same iPhone model for less than the cost of a deductible (had I gone through insurance). I walked out with a perfectly working phone in a matter of minutes.I appreciated his honesty and quick/efficient service. He took great care of my phone and me as a customer. Highly recommend.

GOT MY IPHONE X MAX FOR THE LOW AND FIXED MY WIFES 8 PLUS SCREEN FAST SERVICE

Wanted to charge me $125 for a backlight repair. It takes no more than 30 minutes. I can buy two ipads of that generation for $125. Last time I also took my phone to get reset and the tech said $5 and then i came back an hour later so that it can finish being reset and the owner told me $15. Trying to take advantage of me.
