I bought a charger that they say has a lifetime warranty she told me to just bring it back and they will exchange it no receipts needed. Have exchanged thus charger several times. I had no problems until today. I was helped buy the manager who told me he could do nothing without the receipt and that they only werenty the charger in store for one year and after that I have to send it in for replacement. If I would have known this I would have never bought this expensive pos.

I’ve been there twice now and both times I’ve had a great experience, this second time got me though, I believe his name was Akshay, all he did was activate my sim but while doing so instead of sitting around waiting for my Sim to update he was taking calls, cleaning up stocking products. This store just opened, great for me. I work about 5 minutes from there. I just got a new phone on Friday and I set something up that was giving me fits. I took it to the store and Tyler spent several minutes on fixing my meds ups. The guy is a walking phone programming machine. All is good now thanks to my new Local Version store.

Was with a rep for over 3 FREAKING hours for them to be able to upgrade a phone line on a business account. Took them numerous times to get it right, even after speaking with corporate on the phone they couldnt get it right. Got to the store around 2:40pm and and walked out with a new phone, case, and screen protector at 6:19pm. Unbelievable!!!

Wow! What an amazing experience I had at this store! I cant believe they actually had stores with this spectacular level of service! They have wireless phone scientists working here! I walked in with my family of 6 and Sonia greeted us right at the door with a huge smile on her face. She was so knowledgeable about Verizons service and cell phones I was taken aback! She was so friendly and helpful. She asked us questions about what we use our phones for and what we would like to have in a new device and found the perfect fit for us! I got a LG V40 while my wife and four kids got LG G7s. Sonia also got us all our own Samsung tablets! Her manager Tyler even came over and asked us if we were happy with Sonias help and we said YES! Tyler then told us about the HUM x device Verizon offers and that it gets us WiFi in the car AND roadside assistance for a great price! He asked us if we would like to get one and we were like HELL YEAH give us four! Sonia then adjusted our data plan to save us a ton of money by putting us on an unlimited plan with auto pay set up. We then all picked out our accessories for our phones and traded in our old ones and didnt have to pay too much in store. I highly recommend this Verizon store! They have a great selection of phones and accessories! Their staff is the most knowledgeable and professional store representatives I have ever encountered!
