I was hoping to sell my Xbox One 1TB to recoop some of $ spent on New Series S I realize my black 1tb xbox one with wireless controller id not the New Top Seller but $100 bucks a lil less than I anticipated might as well go to a pawn shop if I want to get lowballed with an insult offer at least be respectful about the process Im a 43 year old father of 4 who pays full retail price in store and online not a punk kid selling hot merch to score just saying thanks for offer though

Your store is my heaven. Like felicia day says in her song pay a small fee. So yup this shop being my way to learn threw there access to allot of Japanese games pokemon, other ones like old school luminous Arc n so forth. Thank u for those moments for me personally.

Everyone here is very helpful, everyone is kind. They tend to your needs and answer all your questions.I like coming here, of course theres times things can be quite pricey. But overall the environment is friendly and thats what I love.

Nice store - not too busy during the week and friendly staff. The parking lot is small and tight, though, so it will be tricky to navigate if you have a large vehicle.

People were friendly and helpful. My item was not in their store but called and told us where to go pick it up.

Bought a brand new controller for the Xbox one and controllers buttons. And analog stick was as if though it was used.

Bought a 3ds today for my daughter and I asked the guy in the front if he had the 2dsxl about 3 times and he let on like they did.. ok for sure he knew what he was doing deliberately deceived me even tho it is my fault I didnt fully check what I was buying. I will keep the ds because my daughter loves it but Im done with gamestop. Btw this happened on June 25 around 6pm

Needs more items around the store like games

Two employees in store and there were like five customers in line and the fat employee was straighting games. How about you run a register and get us going a bit faster. Not a good experience.

Its one of the better stocked GameStops around here. Usually check online before heading to a store to see if they have the game or accessories we needs, and usually this one has it while the one close to me doesnt. (Used). The staff the last few times were pretty helpful to in locating a game that showed up as available but wasnt on shelf. He dug it from the back and had a good positive attitude. He also recommended a game and was spot on with it, we wouldnt have picked it up otherwise. Keep up the good work guys.

The store display was neat and games were easily organized. The staff was friendly and kind towards me and even saved me over 20 dollars by showing me a coupon and offering to let me return my purchase to apply it.I felt like a valued customer.

Came here to fix an issue we had with a playstation card. Got to say Michael is the best. We explained our issue with the card that when my son scratched off the code he dug in too hard and erased part of the code rendering it useless. He quickly rectified the problem and gave us a code that was usable. Big thank you from my son, wife and myself thanks for doing an awesome job bro. This man deserves a raise and promotion for his great customer service and courtesy. We truly appreciate you.

Well organized and helpful clerks, however not the best gamestop when looking for used games.

Theyre really slow. Also, even before Covid-19, hard to get an answer when you call.

I would avoid this gamestop, there are plenty others near enough to go to instead. They are incredibly rude and give misinformation. Id rather drive farther to another one with nice employees (like in Fontana) than go to this one with an unreasonable manager and unpleasant employees.

Place is good, clean too. Most of the employees were nice too. Wish they give more for youe trades though. And reduced some prices of some games. Some arent worth that much.

Its was disappointing

This is my main Gamestop for one reason only because i pick up lot of games when I was in high school and even tho i move out of my parents house i still do the drive to buy here.

Went for a 9pm release and the got me through that line fast. Was toward the end and took less than 10 mins. I have traded my system in with before and they were kind and helpful. Ive been to many GSs and this has to be one of my favorite. Great staff Everytime

Would rather drive a couple miles out to the other gamestop then goto this one. Lazy staff who are always tired and unhelpful. And for some reason they always charge me a refurb fee whenever i trade in my games when they work perfectly.

The person in the counter was unprofessional i ask him for a Xbox one conect game. I was looking for a sports game he said they didnt have any and there was a low quality of game for the conect .so i walked out of the store and look on my phone and it told me they hade a bunch of game for the conect.and they hade a sports game.and I went back and should my phone that they have the game.than he check and sold it to me with a bad attitude. The African American gentlemen made me fill discriminated.

I love this store. They are helpful, courteous and very informative.

They let me in with my dog and called him a good boy. He smiled.

This on is close by my house. I go there regularly. they are ok, helpful.

Really bad experience here.. Went in to buy the Xbox One. Bought it and the system had a wifi problem so took it back. It was hard to get them to understand that the Xbox wasnt working. Got another one, same problem. They again didnt believe me. Had to fight back and forth with the manager and finally they exchanged it for the PS4. Very happy with my new system but Ill never shop at this place AGAIN..

Stopped by today to redeem a coupon and the girl on the counter gave me a stupid ass look when I asked her for a game then another one, I felt like she didnt wanna work there. Then she gave me the wrong info about the coupon and regulations of the deal this place sucks GameStop has bad rep just about everywhere specially for there deals and trades.

It would be great if the employees actually answered the phone

The clerk Andrew clearly hates his job and is extremely rude all I wanted was a ps2 game and he acted like I was begging he for his kidney. He also did honor gamestops buy 2 get 1 free PS2 games and I was charged and extra 2 bucks and short changed. Next time I`ll spend the extra 20 bucks in gas just to get to a decent gamestop. PS the ones in Fontana arent so bad. And one other thing the area this location is in is very bad. There a lot of crackheads standing around I saw a weird fat black dude smoking pot at the bus stop kind of scary
