This is the worst CVS store ever terrible customer service In the pharmacy department, they take forever to answer there phone, actually they never answer there phone always say there short of staff... Then hire new people.changing my pharmacy to Walgreens.

It sometime takes forever to get a prescription refilled. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I think they just need to add a person or two.

When possible, I will change my pharmacy. You call and hold on the phone for almose an hour. They tell you they have what they need, you call to check on the status, they say they havent heard from the doctor. You call the doctor, the doctor says I sent it in 2 days ago...its ridiculous. I have used them for years but I will get a new pharmacist as quickly as possible. I rated it one star because I didnt see anything less.

This pharmacy constantly claims to not receive the electronic prescription, even after doctor calls it in. They also will not order the medication they run out of. Instead sends you to another cvs who had to order it. They told me that cvs on baseline couldve ordered it just like they did. I will try Walgreens cant be any worse then this place.

I loved the cashier she was very helpful very nice here everyone telling us she will b right with us because she had a line of 4 customers. The manager he was great as well very friendly excellent customer service. Will b returning.

Ive been coming here for over 10 years, when Jack was the main pharmacist. I like the employees, they have always been polite to me. Theres been a lot of mics up from time to time. But overall cvs is pretty good

The employees are rude and give horrible customer service. Went in to get some medicine and as soon as I walked in they called for security and then the loss prevention guy immediately walked my way. I dont know how they dont expect you to know who he is when he walks straight for you and then just stares and glares at you stupidly. Horrible employees. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I wouldnt even give this store one star. If you can shop somewhere else, do so.

Bad customer service.. my doctor prescribed some medicine since 2/26/18 went two days later to get it and they said they dont have it to get something else over the counter i was prescribed specifically for that kind of medicine how can i get something else over the counter and buy it if i have insurance wth is wrong with them im changing pharmacy again. Its 3/06/18 and i still have no answer and no medicine 16 weeks pregnant and very disappointed 😔

Everyone here treats me well i enjoy shopping there, i go even for small items just to go there.

Drive threw is slow.. waited over 30 min.

Had my receipt for an item. Just because the packaging was missing & had no barcode manager said he wouldnt exchange. Couldve easily printed barcode or at least tried to do more to complete my, exchange. Glad I never really shop ther anyway.

Found what I needed and the price was reasonable. I like 24hrs places
