I have been to quite a few of their estate sales over the last several years. These folks have always been very friendly to me. I make a point to attend their sales because they do usually have a lot of high quality items.

I went to one of their estate sales today for the first time. I will not be going to any of their sales ever again!! Four sales people were VERY RUDE to me when TELLING me to leave at 12:30. One guy pulled his mask down, got real close to my face and spit sprayed me in the eye while pointing his thumb telling me I had to leave, they were closing up for 1/2 hour. Im so glad Ive been fully vaccinated, thats for sure!! I didnt even know he worked there!! I thought it was some crazy old man. Never in my life of going to estate sales was I treated this rudely. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!! Please take heed, do not give them your business. And if youre reading this, JLA, heres some advice; if you are so miserable and unhappy doing this type of job, please quit and find another profession.

These people are really wonderful. Ive been to a few of their estate sales and just recently purchased items from one of their online auctions. They are very friendly and efficient, especially with their invoicing process. Ive had other companies mistakenly give away my items to other bidders so I really appreciate that JLA Treasures is so organized. Estate sales can often be stressful and competitive which really takes the joy out of it. Its very refreshing to work with folks who are pleasant, friendly and clearly enjoy what they do.

Beware! sales people extra rude when they want to close up for lunch but fail to advertise the lunchtime closing!!

Wow can you say rude? These people had a piece out at the trash and then tried to market it as something it was not. When I inquired about it, it had water damage. The women, who didnt know the piece was even there, shot me a price I asked if she would take less. She was really rude and disrespectful. I left and did not purchase. My husband and I go to estate sales every weekend I will avoid theirs like the plague. When we asked to get a price in the first place the gentleman we spoke with seemed off put by having to find a price on an item they clearly had no intention of selling in the first place. Again, avoid these people. Just plain RUDE.

I love JLA sales. Good product and great staff. Ashley goes above and beyond in helping me. I would recommend JLA Treasures to anyone.
