Can I give a less than 1 star? I called ahead to make sure a wheel was in stock. They said they had it and could come down to buy it. When I arrived, I was ignored by what turned out to be the Parts Manager for about 5 minutes, before another employee came to help me. He went into the back to get the wheel, then came out and spoke to the Parts Manager before approaching me. When he came back to the front desk, they told me that they cannot sell me that wheel. The Manager sent his employee to be his lackey in his cowardly decision here. I asked the employee for the Manager, who trudged out and proceeded to confirm that he cannot sell me a single wheel for my spare. He claimed Toyota was not allowing him to get enough of this wheel, and hes only selling them as a set of 4 at the request of Toyotas inventory department. Heres the issue: it was a lie. I was able to get the same wheel from Toyota of Plano later in the day with no issue. This Parts Manager wanted to sell all 4 wheels at once rather than when a customer needs it. He is greedy, and cowardly, hiding behind his other employees and communicating poorly with customers. Do not go here.
It is very bad service they sell you a car and if you dont like something you have, you tell them at that moment and they tell you come in the week and Ill fix it when you go they dont want to fix anything
Today I visited the dealer because there would be no gas cap door and I explained the advisor to him and he told me that he needed a diagnosis that was worth $ 155.00. It is a scam because I had already told you what the problem with my CAMRY 2019 was. I retired because it gave me courage, and I went to mc keenes TOYOTA and there I explained the same to them, and they fixed it to me in two minutes I did not have to enter. I definitely think the TOYOTA RICHARDSON staff are not professional. A year and a half ago the same thing happened to my daughter, they told her that she had to change the pads of a 2018 higlander and it was not necessary they were good. this got to the management. please mrs.
