I was very happy with the customer service, the price of my replacement screens, the SMS messaging, and all around good customer service. I bought a house where many of the screens were missing. From start to finish, Screenmobile was great. The installers were very nice, the sales team did a great job, and now I can open my windows again this fall.

Extreme quality work and quick!Sebastian and another gentleman came out and fixed 3 of my large screen windows! They were great spirited and got the job done quick and the quality was fantastic! I will definitely use this company for all of my screen repair needs. Highly recommend!

Imagine being a company that installs screen doors but yet can’t install a screen door on a juliet balcony on the 3rd floor. Investing in a ladder would be a smart move.

No one contacted me regarding my request for a quote. I submitted two request for a quote. Its been roughly 60 days since my first request. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.UPDATEAfter I final got in touch with the company, Eric explained how busy they were and apologized. These guys did extremely great work. They also made me feel appreciated as a customer. They went above and beyond.

Installed my patio screen door about 5 months ago, bottom two hinges are broken asked for a warranty, the manager said its my fault who broke it so need to pay 150 dollars. I dont have kids or pets, why would I broke my own door? Very bad customer service no warranty exists horrible experience and I just lost my hundreds of dollars installing a broken door. Never going to refer my friends who have houses anymore.

The lady on the phone was friendly. And gentleman who came out (without me being able to make it in person) did all the work from the outside of the house without any complaints. I believe his name was Kyle. And he even called to ask questions and verify if I needed the screens done more securely since I had animals, and then went around and made the screens extra secure. I just really liked these guys and will use them again in the future.

Over the course of the past year, I have done 3 separate projects with ScreenMobile in Richardson and have been beyond pleased with all 3 projects. (Hence the repeat business)The short version: The quality of service and product this company provides is close to perfect! Definitely one of the best contractor experiences I have had.The long version:- The installation of our solar window screens and motorized patio screens was flawless and better than expected, as the product quality and performance has been.- We had 2, potential, warranty issues, 1 out of the box defective/manufacturing the other user error. Without hesitation, Eric went above and beyond in both instances to correct the issue.- The prices are very reasonable. I collected 4 bids for the first project and ScreenMobile was not even close to the highest. (but also not the cheapest... you get what you pay for!)- All appointments and installations scheduled were kept, with timely arrival and outcome exactly as expected/discussed.- Office staff, installation crew (including sub-contractor) and owner are always courteous, professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Over the span of 20 months from estimate to completion I have been working with the same 5-7 employees. Low employee turnover is a good sign in my opinion.- They are very tidy and respectful of your home. Cleaned up completely after each project. Ive learned the hard way this is a rare but frequently overlooked important quality with contractors.- Getting an Estimate & on the schedule indeed was not a quick 24 hr turnaround nor a perfect process as others mentioned in previous reviews. If you can be patient with getting on the schedule and through the quoting phase, you will not be disappointed! They are a small company, and there are only so many hours in a day. They seem to be sensitive to over committing themselves and over promising, which I find respectable. Your patience will be rewarded with trustworthiness, quality workmanship and a pleasant experience.The company, owner and its employees while humble and respectful, clearly take pride in their work and value delivering a superior end result. Rare combination these days. Many times when a company is delivering such a superior result we feel it with high price arrogance or just arrogance in general. You get neither with Eric and his team! Just a reasonably priced superior result.

Great company all around. Great management, customer service, and installation. I had a screen installed on my porch that looks beautiful and is of high quality. Screenmobile worked around my schedule to do the installation and was professional and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend Screenmobile!

REVISED: I called this company to get a price quote on retractable screens. The young lady was extremely polite & helpful on the phone. Had me text her photos of the areas and doors in question. She explained she would have her boss get back to me to go over prices etc. Never heard from anyone!! I really thought this company was the company to help me to keep the bugs outside. We had screenmobile in the prior state we lived in also and they were great! Hope the company reads my review and reaches out to complete my request, so I can improve on my review as they improve on their service on the product I would like to have. This is an addition to the beginning of my review! The OWNER ERIC responded thru this review with a very nice apology. That was professional and the right thing to do. This morning he texted me another company to help me out that maybe would come out my way in the country. Thank you Eric your a TOP NOTCH in my book!! Top notch company! Excellent communication and professional installation. We got a screen door installed in the back part of our house, it looks amazing and I cant wait to get some fresh air into the house!

Helpful with my rental properties!

They came out to fix the sliding screen door but it was too big to fix onsite. I told them that it would be fine to take it to their shop to repair the next day. Within an hour of them leaving they were calling me to let me know that the screen was repaired and that they were headed back to install the screen door. Kevin the repairman was very nice.

Screenmobile rescreened my back porch quickly and efficiently replaced all the cedar trim.Gave the best estimate based upon price and scheduled time. Crew arrived on time and completed the complete tear down and replacement of screens and trim in two days even tho the schedule allocated three days. Quick and efficient with a high degree of craftsmanship. They cleaned up the porch and surrounding area before leaving and left the place in great condition.This was not a small project but pretty straightforward 50’ x 8’ porch that was 30 years old.To sum it up, I would recommend Screenmobile for any screening job you would think oof.I would use them again for any other work reqireing screens etc.
