Warning others not to use this place. I did a reorder of some vinyl lettering I ordered a year or so ago from this same place (who did an excellent job the first time) and they tried 4 times to get my reorder correct and I still dont have the right items. I dont know if there was a change in management or what but Im cutting my losses and wont be using this place again. Extremely poor customer service, and quality.

I guess I should have checked the review ratings for this location before I ordered my sign but unfortunately I did not…… They have not been given a review since 2017 and I sure hope that they had better service at that time. I started my order on 6/29/ 2020 and I have yet to get it back and install at my business!!! The sign that was ordered was a pan face sign max metal 4x6.The staff has has dropped the ball many times, the service has not been prompt. I’ve had to call them to see what the holdup was not to mention the designer informed me that he was new and did not know much about the letter preference that I wanted them to use…… Wait I’m confused you’re a sign company!!!I have already paid the deposit which is half of the total so I’m pretty much stuck. But I will make sure everyone knows how terrible the business is please pass this review to all your family and friends I am so disappointed because I wanted to patronizing support a business in my community.#Neveragain😡

The Allen TX Community Emergency Response team was looking for feather flags to post outside the mobile command center during regional (or greater) deployments that would differentiate Allens CERT from other area CERT programs.After searching online retailers extensively, we decided to contact a local vendor/manufacturer to ease the process of selecting the many various product combinations. Within minutes of reaching out to Signarama, I was contacted by Corri at the Richardson office who was nothing but enthusiastic about earning my business.Corri was eager to expedite the buying and production process while, at the same time, patient while we debated product options and waited on the budget approval process internally. All the while, she responded quickly to emails/calls and had a virtual smile every time I asked for a modification to the order (which happened frequently). We ended up purchasing only two 10 feather flags.Further, I received an email from Corri early in the morning on the day our flags were ready for pickup. Corri even kept the door open a few minutes after the posted closing time so we could fight traffic to pick up the flags that day. You just dont get that level of customer service these days.As far as the products themselves; As soon as we pulled the flags out of the packaging and carrying case, we knew that we had purchased a high quality product.In fact, we had the opportunity to test/showcase the flags at the annual Allen USA event and they performed flawlessly. We noticed quite a few vendors struggling with their feather flags but ours had no issues whatsoever.I very much look forward to doing business with Signarama in the near and distant future - especially with folks like Corri facing the customers.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff were extremely helpful and multiple measurements were taken on my truck to ensure that everything would be a perfect fit.I took my 2018 F-350 in around 9am and as soon as they began working on it I was receiving a call about an hour later saying that it was ready to be picked up. Everything looks great!

It is with pleasure that I write a review for the job well done by Corri Lee and the crew at Signarama in Richardson. They did a 4 x 2.5 lobby sign with color vinyl (our logo) on clear acrylic as well as installation and did an amazing job. We couldnt be happier with the results. It has transformed the look of our office area completely and we love it!

Ive been using Signaramas services for the past two years now and can say that Wesley and his team have never let me down. Our business doesnt allow for long lead times on our requests, usually a day or even a few hours is all that I give them to complete our jobs.
