My husband and I went there to get me a new pair of walking shoes. The employees were very polite, friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had. I am very pleased with our experience

Went there looking for women steel toed shoes for work. The men area had all kinds to choose from. There were no Women steel toed shoes at all.The staff was not welcoming at all.No asked if I needed help.I did not feel like a valued customer at all.Numerous employees walked buy without even asking if I needed anything. Not very good customer service.Because of this I will shop somewhere else that does value me as a customer.

I was trying to take advance of and online offer but I was having trouble finding it. The manager came and help me out even with a pair of shoes that I was unable to find. The store was clean and organized. I am very happy with the customer service that those employees offer.Those are the beautiful shoes I was looking!!! Really excited to wear it!!!!!!

I found the employees to be rude and completely uninformed about their stock. They seemed more interested in whether or not I was wearing a face mask rather than whether or not they could find me the shoes I was shopping for.I had to ask 2 people if they carried the brand of shoes I was shopping for. The 1st person was absolutely clueless, the 2nd person had more important things to do than to help me.

Great place to pick up two pairs of shoes. They normally run a buy one get one 1/2 off pretty good. Also give him your email and theyll send you promotional that are actually really good and try to get in there and talk to the guy with the dreads. I didnt catch his name but hes pretty cool and hes got a lot of knowledge about shoes.

Good selection, looks to be a new store, very clean.. however staff isnt helpful at all. Could t get any help locating a size..went to check out, the girls behind the counter were just chatting it up while no one was in line but me and I had to wait on them to finish talking. Then the whole time I was being checked out they were still talking and didnt acknowledge me at all. Think they could have stopped talking about who they were dating for 2 seconds to process my transaction.

After returning another pair of shoes because they were too narrow, I was in line and overheard another woman raving about an Odell that helped her...... I then asked for him and he absolutely blew my mind! He helped me in every way possible. I ended up buying another pair of shoes ha ha.... If the powers that be are listening, he needs to be running your training program for all stores. His ability to answer my questions and anticipate my needs is far superior to any other place I have been to! Give that man a Regional Training position!

Nice selection of shoes for sale. Although it doesnt have sandals (which is strange because its summer), its still a good place to shop. Kids selection is is quite strange, though.

I got the best customer experience from Odell today. He took the time to make sure I found shoes that were to my liking in my size. He didnt get distracted with anything else and made sure our in store experience was A+

Great selection of shoes for men. Not so much for women. They are very over priced. Especially if they have that sale buy one get one 1/2 off. Im not that impressed with them. I prefer DSW. My overall opinion is they are just $$$$.

Kinda grungy feeling atmosphere in the store on this visit, but it was a very busy Saturday. Checkout was fast and friendly [manager type]. Center aisle greeter with dreadlocks was definitely Zombie like and not wanting to be there that day.

Nothing to rave about. I prefer rack room shoes but we found what we needed today there.

We went to get some shoes for my brotherin law and they had a good selection and different varieties. We couldnt find a size and one of the staff asked us if we needed help right away. They always have some kind of special or shoes on clearance. The place is organized and clean

Went in an hour before closing desperately trying to find my daughter shoes for homecoming. We were not greeted, acknowledged, or God forbid asked if we needed any help. Absolutely no organization made it extremely difficult to attempt to locate 3 different pairs of shoes she was in love with. We were never able to locate any of the shoes she wanted; it makes total sense to have the display shoes on top of boxes containing completely different shoes. I’m quite aware that turning the music off (don’t do me any favors, your music is like listening to baby seals being clubbed) is retail code for “get out we want to close”, but as a very sea soned retail veteran my common sense suggestion would be to ask your customers, ESPECIALLY close to closing time (and they’ve been there ignored for half an hour) if they need help finding anything. This👏Will👏Make👏Customers 👏Leave 👏Faster👏And👏Satisfied!Thankfully DSW shoes had a much larger selection, better pricing, and customer service that at the very least said “yes I would love to help you spend lots of your money at our establishment”.

The employees were super helpful & super friendly. . But I totally dislike shoe carnivals rewards system it needs to be updated. Also the selection of shoes needs to be updated. They sell basically the same shoes in every shoe carnival in every state that I have visited and very rarely do they update the selection. Also their prices keep rising. The buy one get one 1/2 off sale is the only reason I go here because I can buy my childrens school shoes here and not feel robbed but the adult shoes are marked up but mostly outdated. However I dont shop here for adult shoes. I do manage to get a pair of Nike/addidas slides for both myself and my husband every now and then but thats about it.
