What an amazing experience today! I am so happy I went to Silver Pyramid, Five Star customer service and product line!

A wonderful place to purchase crystals, stones, tarot decks, incense, candles, herbs, and gorgeous jewelry. Theres something for every price range. The staff are delightful, and I find myself in here more and more often. I cant wait to get a Tibetan singing bowl. I have never had a bad experience here.

Lovely shop with plenty of unique and amazing gems, stones and crystals! I will definitely be back for more. Pricing was fair and accurate for what you get and I really love the reiki charged hand made bracelets. Definitely the place to go in Dallas when it comes to overall quality, service, options, and price.

The energy is very inviting here. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. A man who worked there even provided my 8 year old daughter with a sample of how the singing bowls worked. She felt so magical being in there with me. It really made her that much more intrigued by the crystals. The selection is diverse. Cost is a little pricey but overall great vibe and selection.

Dude, how have I lived out here all these years and not known about this place? I could write a long review but Ill just sum it up by saying this. Go. If you are interested in tarot, crystals, really anything at all when it comes to metaphysics-this- is the place you want to go to. Everything from its out of the way locale to the reality bending size once you enter the store, from its friendly and knowledgeable staff to its seemingly endless selection of items to explore if you dont visit the Silver Pyramid at least once, youll go to sleep wishing you had.

The vibe in this place is on point. Loved that everyone who worked here loved what they were doing and you could definitely feel it. This place offer great crystals and rocks. Very impressed with the selection that they had to offer. The price is very reasonable on everything. You could spend all day in this place looking at everything. The service here was amazing! I went there today and it was the first shop like this that I have ever been to. They had a large variety of herbs, crystals and other amazing things! I dont remember the name of the lady I talked with but she was super sweet and had an amazing and welcoming vibe. I loved it there!

Great store to buy crystals, crystal jewelry, tarot cards, incense and more. Im not a professional when it comes to crystals and spiritual awakening stuff, but the people here were so helpful and kind when it came to answering the questions and doubts i had. I purchased bronzite from here and been having it in my room for dispelling negativity. I can truly say i feel more safe and confident to be in my room, and no longer feel like there is something sending negativity my way. Would definitely drive 30 minutes just to buy crystals from this store. Plus it smells so good inside and they have free incense samples :)

Great place! A little pricey. But they have all of the tumbled stones, Oracle cards, tarot cards, singing bowls, and so on !

I purchased a tarot deck thinking it was an accurate representation of Yoruba culture but it turns out it’s a product of cultural appropriation. It’s advertised as a traditional African Orisha deck, however it was created by people not of that origin. The black deities and figures represented are whitewashed as well. I called the store to tell them about it and they said they didn’t care that it’s inaccurate representation because it sells well. They care more about money than respecting culture. They are contributing to the commodification and diminishment of ancient traditions and practices. This is a place rooted in greed, not respect. I would expect more from such a “spiritual” shop.

Never going back here, so much disrespect from the manager when I, as a new client experienced an issue today. Didn’t feel like the manager genuinely cared, interrupted as I spoke, and I had to request an accommodation be made to make the situation right. In the end what was offered isn’t enough to make me want to go back. Maybe if the issue had adequately been resolved when I spoke to an employee on the phone the first time.It would have taken 3 minutes of their time to verify the price of an item i purchased. Instead I was told to drive 30 minutes in to have my receipt checked only to be told there was no mistake and too bad. Had no idea what i purchased was a price per weight as the item was not clearly marked. No offer of one time exception to return the item or to discount a portion of the piece (paid $55 for it). So disappointed to be out an hour of my time, gas money, and treated so poorly.

Wow what a place! Friendly knowledgeable people. Masks required and hand sanitizer available at door and throughout. Beautiful selection of stones, books, jewelry, and accessories. Definitely worth a visit if youre needing a new magical home! ❤️

I visited this shop yesterday for the first time and had a wonderful experience!!! The vibe in the store was very welcoming. Although we werent greeted in the store when we walked in everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful not to mention informative. We asked for a demonstration on the singing bowls and the lady was so nice. We will definitely be going back.

This is my favorite place and I do not plan to go anywhere else! I go here to buy crystals, stones, sage, candles, etc. The customer service here is superb and I always have a great time.

I’m from out of town and found this cute shop! Everyone was super friendly and the shop was clean, had so much to look at, great prices and helpful people to answer questions. I want to recommend but my experience was good until the end. I asked if they had type of crystal that I was not seeing. She brought them over and showed me something else similar (nice of her!). Long story short, i told her to grab the one she liked so I didn’t get it and I’ll get the other, well she took both. Didn’t say anything to me and avoided me the rest of the time while I was waiting for her to put one back. She literally works there and can get them anytime, I don’t live by shop like this. I just grabbed whatever at that point, paid and left. That was the one thing I went to get and didn’t even get one because of this. Almost want to return what I did get due to the bad energy they have now.

Very beautiful art pieces for sale but expensive. Kind of small. Smells heavily of incense in case that matters to you. I have shopped here several times for small stones.

Well it was my first time coming into this store today and I would have to say I had a very positive experience. I am an African-American woman and saw other comments regarding their customer service towards black people here and I am happy to say that didn’t happen to me whatsoever. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone, asked multiple times could they be off assistance, answer any questions or help me find anything specific. They were also very friendly and awesome senses of styles. I must say since I am so new to crystals, and making my spiritual walk stronger within the Lord I was a little bit nervous. But I did read on certain crystals, and I allowed my spirit to guide me and decide what I needed. So I will be back hopefully more and more knowledgeable each time

This is an amazing place! They not only have the best selection of crystals, rocks, stones and such, but they have the best staff! Everyone is very helpful, kind and are calming and energetic! I’ve been here twice and will most definitely be coming back! I highly recommend!

Only if I could give 0 stars.I usually come here for everything but, this experience was as low as it could had gone.One, mentioning to your customer that you buy cheap necklaces to sell for a profit isnt ideal when handling a issue before grabbing the one in charge. Offering a discount of NOTHING for a replacement for a high cost chain that was poorly made and not the same as the one I wear around my neck. Arguing with your customer about how the chain was made, when Im aware and saw how it was made. YOU were wrong but you wanted to be right in this situation. Why? I dont know but I think this was a losing money situation. How cheap are you guys?!I know good customer service is realizing that you are WRONG and handling the situation in a better manner is a start. As they say Customers are always right. Im sorry you sold me a necklace that didnt even last 8 days which I spent over $90 for yet you cant help?! But, want me to spend the same amount for not knowing this could happen again. No thank you! I can sweep and sweep and no missing piece will appear because there isnt one yet you want to state that there was one but I should know since I would put it on my husbands neck to know that there isnt this imaginary piece. His chain connection was NOT the same as mine.I say there is a scam in this situation and bad customer service.Each time I would try to speak she wanted to talk over me and say I was wrong.They threw cases of how it broke even when I told you how. Was there a flaw here? YES!Poorly made.I felt attacked and wanted to be heard but this whole situation made my husband upset since he was excited to have the necklace in the first place, for it to not even last. He got defensive by seeing how I was treated, talked to and not heard during our visit.I agree but I just wanted to leave on a good note and be understood but, that didnt happen.You lost multiple future customers and even my friends that go here.They have mentioned that the vibe has been off there lately an products they have purchased didnt last long, with one being a necklace as well which was made like my husbands and not mine.You can say all chains are made the same but, keep telling yourself that because apparently a few has slipped through that wasnt the SAME!What a disappointment and waste of a 45min drive out here for a positive experience to get nothing but negativity!Edited post, this happened over 7 months ago.

A fun shop to go check out until they insisted on using their surgical masks rather than other face coverings they didn’t approve of- against the state mandate. This place is perfect! Me and my fiancé have come in twice back to back. Duva is amazing, she helped me for a period of time by guiding me to the things I needed and was very patient with the both of us. If you’re looking for sage and anything that will help you with your practices or the tools you need for spiritual guidance and cleanse THIS is the place for you. We will be coming to this store from now on. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and despite other people’s reviews about mentioning not being greeted they try their absolute best because they are always busy when we have gone in but whenever we needed help they were happy to assist. Very quaint little store but extremely overpriced and this is from someone who works at EarthBound. I totally recommend the rock barrel in Dallas a lot more. Understandably, there are some rare crystals but a lot of things were double or triple what they should be. I just dont recommend.

Silver Pyramid is a rarity in a place like DFW so Im happy to have it close by. I do enjoy coming here every so often to pick up incense, oils, or gifts for my metaphysically inclined friends. They have quite an array of inventory and the majority of their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. A couple of their employees are not entirely welcoming, but that does not represent the whole staff. Another reviewer mentioned that African Americans are treated poorly here, but what Ive witnessed in that store is quite the opposite. On every occasion Ive been here, there have been a number of African American customers who were greeted, helped with locating appropriate products for their needs, and were not followed around the store like criminals. Ive witnessed staff members engage in lengthy positive conversation with them as well. So do not let one persons perception of their experience paint the whole picture for you.I cant give Siler Pyramid 5 stars because their pricing is quite high. However, I will avoid dealing with online shopping since Silver Pyramid is conveniently located and I dig the vibe of the place when I shop there.

Energy from the girl with green hair is trash. I’m sure her energy effect the rest unknowingly. She kept rolling her eyes for no reason when I went to ask for what I needed. I was going to bring my girl there, good thing I didn’t. She would have went in her throat. That’s why I got what she needed instead. Other than that the set up is nice. I’m not going to recommend this place to anyone who focus on having positive energy throughout the day. I might end up letting someone else have the disrespect shorty deserve. If you don’t want to work in a place find somewhere else to go.

Great selection of crystals however I have unfortunately run into a couple of fakes such as heat treated Amethyst and fake clear quartz. The prices are reasonable, I would just be careful with what youre buying.

This place actually bring me peace the minute I walk in. All the employees know everything and if they dont, they find the answers. I can actually live here!!! Reasonable pricing.

This store burns incense all day. I get physically ill when I go in it. I cannot stay in it long enough to buy something. I get a burning throat and become very ill. It makes no sense to run people off over something like incense burning. I would have bought numerous stones there, but I cannot stay long enough, and I get sick, so I run out so I can breath. Even wearing a surgical mask does not help. I could easily go to this store often and buy rocks, but I get sick every time. It is ironic that I just read a review of someone telling a customer to not bring their dog in, due to allergies of other people. How about that incense?? Nuts.

I visited this store for the first time today and I was very happy with the service and products! The employees were very nice/welcoming and they have a broad selection of crystals at a very fair price. A different store that I went to prior to visiting Silver Pyramid made me feel very dizzy and unwelcome. I only got slightly dizzy at this store and one of the kind associates pointed me out to the obsidian section in case the dizziness got worse. This will be my regular store for crystals from now on.

My favorite place to go. Sometimes I dont even go to shop, but just to be in the presence of all the beauty and positive energy. Who am I kidding? I always shop! They have a great selection of pretty much anything you are looking for, and extremely kind and knowledgeable staff as well as anything else you might need from a store like this.

Beautiful wide range of options but over priced .... also if you’re African American not only will they follow you around the entire time you’re in the store they will ignore you until you say something to them(I watched this happen not only to me but to two other customers who were AA.) Not cool. Energy was very off in the store I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. Don’t think I’ll be back! Also the owner likes to get back at the customer when they leave a negative review by telling the customer everything they did wrong and not taking the “customer is always right” approach. I’m fully expecting this here also. Just know that I know.

I have been a patron of the Silver Pyramid for over 20 years—from when they had their first space at Vikon Village in the 90s. They have always carried the most incredible minerals, crystals, jewelry, and gifts. Steve is amazing and Sheryl and everyone else is incredibly knowledgeable and nice. If you love gems, silver jewelry, dragons, dream catchers, crystals or anything of the like, Silver Pyramid is THE PLACE to go. It will always be my favorite shop in Dallas. 💜

Purchased a ring from this place and the next day it fell apart. I came in and asked if it could be fixed or exchanged. The woman who had sold me the ring insinuated that not only was I lying about purchasing the ring from her the week before, but that it hadnt been sold by them in a long time... I was literally looking at the tray of rings identical to it in the glass case i bought it from as she was talking to me... I asked if there was anything they could do to make it right and they told me that the ring they had worn from their own shop broke and they just glued it back together.... I asked them if they could check the cameras or use my card to prove my purchase and they essentially told me to get bent. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in this shop over the years and they couldnt even exchange something they sold that was defective and then tried to act like I was lying even though they had personally sold it to me... but ok. I just wont purchase anything from them again because its obvious that they take no pride in their items or value their customers whove been there a million times. 👌 if youre looking for a truly magickal shop, go to The Labyrinth and ask for Serena, she would never treat someone like this.

I love incense, but the smell of incense in there is sickeningly overwhelming; I got a migraine within 10 minutes of being there. Also, the prices are absolutely outrageous. I guess if you don’t know anything about rock prices, you’ll go in there and pay their insane prices, like $3 for an amethyst point. Whereas I bought 8 amethyst points (same size and clarity) off a seller on Etsy for $8. Enough said.

Was my first time buying any sort of crystal and asked one employee for assistance and she walked away mid question while i was talking to her... it was very rude. overall the staff is unwelcoming unhelpful and overwhelming. They are friendly to eaxhother but as soon as a customer speaks to them their energy is changed real quick. The pricing is way high too. I’ve seen similar reviews as mine as well ..
