A great experience all around. We replaced very old carpet in several rooms on first and second floors. The sales person, Greg, was extremely helpful also. The installation crew was awesome!!! A somewhat difficult project with all the furniture to move around the carpet removal and installation of new. Installers were very pleasant, hard working and got everything done very efficiently. Moved everything back in its proper place when the carpet was finished. I highly recommend these installers. Thanks CC Carpet!!!

My wife and I just recently purchased a house almost a month ago. We went inside CC Carpet store just to look at the inventory that they had. We met a gentleman name Erick. Very nice guy and he let us roam the store without being all over our backs. We asked him about a few flooring we had questions on. Erick was very helpful and knew a lot about the inventory. Once we selected our flooring. They came in, replaced the old tile and lament flooring in a breeze. The floors look so good! It was worth going with CC Carpet. I would definitely recommend them to our friends. Great Job!

My bathroom had flooded in October 2019 so I called CC Carpet to come out to give estimate on replacing the flooring. Upon arrival it was obvious to the sales rep (Otilio) that the floors had buckled and the tile had lifted. After he did his initial inspection he gave me his suggestions on the type of wood floors would be best for the bathroom which he suggested the vinyl plank. I agreed to have the vinyl plank installed and when we sat down to discuss the cost he stated that the sub-floor would need to be replaced because he said that they could not place the planks over the floor in the current condition. He also stated that the toilet would need to be removed and remounted and he included the cost to have the old ceramic tile tore out and disposed of. Fast forward to the day of installation....the installers arrived and saw that the floor was buckled and stated that they would be unable to put the materials on the floor in the condition. I explained to the installer that per the sales rep (Otilio) that the sub-floor would need to be replaced and he agreed but stated that was not in the work order and that he did not have the materials to do so. I contacted CC Carpet and was told that I need to speak with the sales rep in which I did. At this point he states that I was not told that they would replace the sub-floor that it would be an extra charge. SO needless to say he basically called me a lie by saying he did not quote me that the sub-floor was included in the price given. Instead of admitting to his mistake of not including the repair of the sub-floor in the work order I was constantly told that I was not told this information. The company never tried to compromise in making the mistake right. I decided to cancel the job and asked for a refund. I was given a refund minus the work that the contractors completed.On March 15, 2021 I decided to give them a second chance because previously they had always done good work except for the mistake of the sales rep (Otilio) last year. On Saturday Laura the coordinator left me a message stating that they decided not to take on a job because I previously cancelled the job which was all because of the sales rep (Otilio) she claimed that the sales rep did not want to take on the job because he and the company lost money by me cancelling the job. She stated they took a hit on all the product which was only going to be sold to someone else. They are not the only one that lost money because they deducted money from the refund that I received. This is a poor way to do business!

They listened to what I wanted, showed me different samples, explained the differences and installed it. It was smooth, everything was done very well. And, they respected my desire to use Covid 19 precautions throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my new carpet, and love to walk barefooted on it!

Absolutely amazing experience - 5 stars is simply not enough.Short version - Great staff (from Karisa on the phones to Mark the salesman to Jesus, his brother Juan, and his son David who installed the carpet), above-and-beyond service and flexibility on ridiculous timelines, and amazing prices you wont find anywhere.The sordid details:We were on a time and budget crunch to replace 6 rooms of carpet. I told them I wanted the cheapest fastest, beige-est, in-stock thing they had. Lots of places sort of dismissed me when I said this, or tried to take advantage of my need for speed to charge me more. Not CC - they dug in to help.Our salesman, Mark Lewis, arrived on time as scheduled THE FIRST TIME, was done with measurements in under an hour, and he brought samples of the cheapest get-what-you-pay-for carpet they had, but that great salesman also thought to bring a higher quality discontinued carpet that was only slightly more expensive. I am so happy with my stainmaster over the rags I would have gotten without his suggestion.Karisa (and Rae, and others whose names I didnt catch) in the office were very helpful, knowledgeable, and were never afraid to say “I dont know let me check for you” when they werent sure of the answers to my many weird questions.We had a huge project delay as well, when part of the floor turned out to be damaged in the master suite. They worked with me to reschedule and, because the room was big enough, the return visit will be included in what I already paid.From the first call to the installers walking out the door, a great experience. CC carpet - the CC must stand for Customer Customer - because its all they care about. Great service, great staff, great product, skilled installers, great prices.

August 12, 2021 Update - The freeze last February caused flooding in our home and we had to replace about 700 square feet of carpet. We choose to switch to hardwood floors from CC Carpet. The experience with the company was again great from start to finish. Price was very fair and competitive. We received a great checklist from them to help prepare for the install and the install crew was outstanding. They were efficient and very careful of our furniture. The install took about 2 1/2 days and was done with minimum disruption. The look of the floor is beautiful and we certainly increased the value of the home. I just received a follow up call to make sure all was done to our satisfaction. Great company, very helpful salesperson Greg and highly professional installation. We are totally satisfied.We had new outdoor carpet installed on our covered patio. The entire experience from start to finish was great. We picked the carpet from a wide selection that was brought out by the salesperson. The bid for the work was very competitive and the best of three bids we requested. The installation crew arrived on time and did a really good job. We were kept informed of the process throughout the project. We will definitely go back to CC Carpet for our next flooring project.

I contracted with CC Carpet to have vinyl plank flooring installed at my home. The flooring was as I expected. However there were some issues that I noticed after the work was completed. First, there was no attempt to protect my property from the dust from the installers prepping the floor for the install. All of my kitchen appliances and countertops had dust all over them. Also, dust got on my furniture and the installers only did a surface cleaning to remove the dust so there was still a good amount of dust left on my property when the installers left.Second, I noticed the moulding finishes did not appear to have been done correctly. Lastly, I requested and paid extra for the flooring to be undercut around my fireplace so moulding didnt have to be used and this was not done properly either. I contacted CC Carpet the first time when I noticed my pocket door was off track. They sent someone out promptly to fix my door. The repairer was very professional.I reached out to CC Carpet again regarding the moulding finishes and the fireplace issue. Again they had someone come out to do repairs. The repairer had to basically redo all of the moulding. Additionally, they also ended up having to do moulding around the fireplace as they were unable to correct the initial install problem of the undercutting.I contacted CC Carpet once again to request reimbursement of the extra monies paid for the undercutting of the fireplace since it wasnt done. I was contacted by CC Carpet and told I would receive a partial reimbursement as they deducted for the moulding they ended up having to put around the fireplace in lieu of being able to correct the undercutting. I requested clarification as I did not understand how I was not receiving a full reimbursement in light of the fact I did not receive the service I had contracted. I was contacted by the sales representative, Erick, who I had worked with when I contracted the job.Erick advised he had been unaware of my prior issues. He informed me that when undercutting could not be done that moulding has to be used. I was not made aware of this fact even though I had already been charged but he still felt that I should be charged for the material because I wasnt out any money. I disagree with Ericks final conclusion and feel this is a customer service issue. I had to contact their office numerous times to have repairs done. After contacting them so many times to correct their mistakes charging me for the materials for the repair is unacceptable in my opinion.

Had carpet installed two years ago. Padding underneath was supposed to be high end, and carpet on higher quality side. Had an issue recently with a water leak and had someone pull the carpet back to dry. Discovered two different pieces of padding and not the same brand. It was not even one continuous piece...more like puzzled together. Of course two years have gone by so our loss.

We had luxury vinyl planks installed at our home.Erick came to show us the samples, he was on time, professional and thorough in his explanations, including installation, scheduling and financing. Our house is on the market (for sale) and we wanted to minimize the downtime and obviously want it installed as soon as possible. We were initially scheduled about 2 weeks out, but Katie and Morgan came through when they called me the day after we signed the purchase order (monday) asking if we will let them install on Thursday!. Of course we did. The installers came (Gerardo) and his crew. They were ontime, clean, and overall did a good job moving furniture, removing carpet and prepping the floor. They installed and put back all the furniture. We are happy customers of CC Carpet!

We receive a bait and switch move. We placed an order to have our kitchen floor, laundry room floor and 1/2 bathroom floor redone. The order was placed 3 weeks in advance. We had other projects scheduled and vacation. The installation date arrived. We had prepared the area. The installer came, they had started to remove the old material bring in the replacement material, It was notice it was wrong. We ordered 12x24, they brought 16x16. When we called we found out that the one we ordered only came in the 16 by 16. however we were advised that was what we ordered. However our paperwork showed 12 by 24 and not 16 by 16. One little phone call could have prevented the problem 3 weeks prior to the installation date. I end up having to settle for something that I didnt order but we had already paid for. The company had no problem with accepting our full payment but it appears they do have a problem with compensating us for their mistake. One little phone call could have prevented this situation. The response we have gotten is that it only came in one size. However we were not told that. We were not given the opportunity to choose something else. Changing the day of installation was not an option. It would have put another week or so, that we do not have. I have spoken to the manager of purchasing who the was an error and chosed to ignore it just keeps saying that was the size it came in.

They did great work on our house. I always hear complaints about trying to work with contractors - with them, all I knew was that one day we had terrible carpet, spouse called, then one day it was awesome and I still seem to have money in the bank. Thanks for the great work.

First, I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication and customer service that I have seen from CC carpet. I tried to address my concerns with management for over 8 days, and I cant even count how many times they didnt call me back when they said they were going to. Once I finally got of hold of Philip the Installation manager, he only made excuses for the things that was not done correctly, and did not offer any real solution to fix the issues I have raised. There are 3 main issues I will need addressed before I will consider the job completed and make a final payment which they tried to take from my credit card after my conversation with Philip without me authorizing it. The worst part too is that he said they charged me for a float they did not use and I was going to get that refunded, yet they tried to charge my credit card for the full amount without the refund.The first issue is that the grout line spacing you offered me and I selected was not the one installed. I asked for a 1/16th grout line spacing and a 3/16th was installed, when the installer was at my house I asked him what spacing . This is also when I caught Philip on his first lie to me saying that the tile I chose cannot be installed with 1/16th grout line, but when I checked the tile specifications they actually meet all the ANSI standards to use such a spacing.The second issue is that the concrete surface that the tiles were installed on was not cleaned or primed per ANSI standard before applying the mortar. This can cause adhesion issues which will cause tiles to come loose or crack with time.The third issue, is that no anti-cracking membrane was used between the concrete and mortar. The concrete surface where the installer placed the tiles had cracks in which will propagate to the tiles if not properly addressed before installation, this practice is also an ANSI standard practice.I also would like to point out when I asked you to provide me with the quote for the original install, you sent me a file that was created after my installation date, which shows me you guys are trying to hide something from me.Due to my recent terrible experience with CC carpet, Philip offer to give me an extra year warranty to make up for all the things not done is not enough for me. I would like to speak to the owner or general manager of CC carpet about these issues before I will complete any payment to CC Carpet.I will also be contacting BBB about my experience and CC carpet business malpractices if I dont here back from you guys within 24 hours.Which I shouldve checked before allowing them to work on my property, There are plenty of other examples from different customers of their malpractices.

So I purchased floors from this company and had floors installed today. The floors look great but they never took baseboards off the walls, they butted them up to the baseboards. They transitions dont match the floors at all! They stained the transitions to match cause they didnt have all the material needed but it doesnt match... they chipped the brick on the botton of the fire place on the floor but didnt have the t-mold to go around the fireplace and brick. Thats not finished! They were here from 10am to 9pm, demolish out Saturday evening with my daughters house warming party and the job is still not done. Come to find out in addition we have to buy the 1/4 round to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. Is this my problem? Its not, cause here Im letting each and every potential customer no right now how dissatisfied I am with this service, not because the installers but the individual that came out and took my order. He completely cause more expense out of my household expenses, I am completely dissatisfied completely at this point plus workers are suppose to come back out is what I was told tonight. I do not recommend!
