The customer service is always great. Large inventory and selection for restaurants. The staff is always friendly.

It is the third time that I am going to buy from this place, I asked the first person I saw about an electric burner and he told me that if it was visible, they had it and if not, no, but we did not see it, minutes later this same person shot Some pieces of metal on the ground very annoying, I was surprised by his attitude, even so I did not give up and asked another young man named Luis for the article and with great kindness he helped me by checking the computer, I managed to say that they had in stock and up to 2, I hope the owner takes into account his positive attitude towards Luis, by the way the first one who attended me was the owner.

We’re gets most of our restaurant supplies here. They knows their product really well and they have amazing secondhand stuff. I trust their qualities and their service. The salespeople are so polit and they know EXACTLY what your looking for and where to find it. They dont lead you over the river and through the woods of their store : they lead you to your options and find out what would be the best product for you .Because your buying wholesale the price are great . I need to inquire if they have a buyers membership .I buy all of my server aprons, wine keys, etc . here and its the only place I will go.

My favorite restaurant supply place. They are really responsible with the stuff they sell we had a vacuum sealer broken(I got it from here) They try their best to help us.I’m glad we can find summer as responsible as them. I love the stuff they sell and the people who works here

I want to love them but they shipped a full single wok station and it was completely damaged. They told me its our fault for not unwrapping and inspecting. The insurance should have taken care of it, they have great variety and decent pricing. The customer service could be better.

I had an awful experience with the lady manager.One day, I stopped by to return the boiler that I had bought from this store and she said it is all my fault not to read over the user manual carefully and even yelled at me with high voice. I just wanted it to be returned but she didnt explain why they couldnt and made me embarrassed at the store. So far, I have had very good memories with one of the salespeople but now it is done.If you are the real manager of the store, I humbly ask the management to reconsider her position seriously.

They do NOT care about servicing a customer. Take your money to a business who values you. I walked in to purchase booths, 3 deep fryers, prep table and a ice machine. I wouldnt dare give them my hard earned money! Horrible horrible horrible customer service!

Non-restaurant or business owners beware. They have very different policies if you just happen to live in the area and stop in. Returned a $10 peppermill the day after purchasing it. Turns out the cashier I had when I bought it was supposed to tell me that if youre not a business they will only do store credit. Even after acknowledging that I should have been told that, the woman I was dealing with on the return refused to give me my money back. So now I have a store credit card for a store I really have no interest in doing business with in the future. Great.

The owner is totally rude! He doesnt want to help any of the customers that walk in. He treats all the customers like they are a headache. Everyone else in the store is very nice. He is a jerk and I will not support his business any longer. i asked him where particular items are and he told me its in the store and you need to find it. If you have ever been in the store, you know how huge it is. It is also very disorganized making it hard to find anything and then the owner wont help you find anything. Ive told all of my restaurant friends to stop supporting this business. Ive heard from other restaurant owners that he was a jerk but I didnt believe it until i experienced for myself. Id rather pay a little bit extra for customer service at Ace Mart.

Buyer beware; I purchased a three compartment sink on Friday, was told by our plumber Saturday that it would not work for our space, so tried to return it today, Monday. I was told that it is store credit only on all returns and that I was told that when I purchased. For one, the invoice states they have a 25% re-stocking fee for in-stock items but says nothing about store credit. Second, she wasnt even there when I purchased the sink. Prices were no better to begin with than their competition, just closer for me. Have a sink to sell on Craigslist now if anyone is interested...never even unwrapped.

I am shocked to see the reviews . We had nothing but the best experience here. We are from out of state and had a horrible expiernce at Acemart. We found booths and were told they had the exact amount we needed, we went ahead rented a truck called again to verify and on our way to be told that they did not have them !!! Frantic came across this place online and just showed up to be helped beyond what anyone at acemart was willing to help with. They let us run around their warehouse to look at their inventory even in the back . Both young ladies up front and two other gentleman were helping us . My husband and I were shocked they had exactly what we needed plus their vast inventory ! From now on instead of buying equipment online or through acemart this place will get our business . We have always bought from acemart, but their customer service is nothing compared to this place. They didn’t just point you to an area, they actually helped !! Thank you !

AVOID THE SCAM: I originally contacted this number from Craigslist page that showed a time stamp of less than 2 hours from the original posting. I screen captured it after 4 hours, THEY TOOK 2 HOURS OF MY TIME IN A SCAM. The first person I spoke with was helpful, saying they had 30 units in stock and assuring me I would have a table. When I asked her how close it was from my location she offered the number of the Coit location as closer, saying that if they didnt have it that I could buy it from their location at the CL listing price and they would deliver it to Coit. When I called the Coit location, thats where the CUSTOMER SERVICE ENDED. The man that answered had me send him via text the CL listing, 3 calls and over 45 min later, I was told they didnt have any in stock. I called back to the original location, a different woman answered, denied everything I was told, explained the price was for a used table and tried to sell me a new one, as well as telling me the Coit location had them in stock for almost $100 more. The original woman I spoke with and wanted to give my money to was nowhere around. CHAMPS RESTAURANT SUPPLY IS A BAIT AND SWITCH as well as FALSE ADVERTISING. If they cant take your money, they will take your time!! STAY AWAY.

I would rate them 0, but thats not an option. After making the 1 1/2 hr. drive from Decatur, Tx, I arrived at the store at 4:30 to find them closed. The website and door stated they were open until 5:00. Wasted 3 hours, plus gas expense. Will visit Ace-mart in the future.

They will sell you something and forget to mention that wiring and lights are extra. Once they have your money they want to forget you. I will never be back. There is a reason why they are cheap. Very poor management!

Saw ad on craigslist, called to verify they had it which they did, drove down from Denton to discover they didnt have. These amateurs dont even know their inventory. Will not waste my time orvmoney with these clowns again.

If possible, I just want to give them 0 stars, a very bad, very rubbish tableware shop, their service quality and their stuff are all the same, what was ordered three weeks ago is now telling me that item have not ordered.Very junk food shop! Things are just as bad as their service, very low-level stores, I hope everyone will wake up! Because the tableware store is not the only one, the thing to buy a restaurant is not to come here to find anger. Rubbish! Rubbish! Rubbish! Important things tried three times
