Suntech Solutions is amazing!! Would give more stars if possible. Daniel Tans personal attention to detail and making sure the customer is satisfied is something not seen in many companies today. Daniel Tan and Sun Tech Solutions are incredible! Daniel personally drove over 40 miles to Waxahachie to configure our phone system and internet. Our set-up is a complicated issue with a new-construction building in a rural area with limited options.We had purchased a system from a company that could not resolve our issues and get our system to operate properly. Daniel and his team are truly a pleasure to work with. We switched our phone system from analog to digital (VOIP). I received quotes from multiple vendors, and not only was SunTech the cheapest, but I really think more knowledgeable, as well. We had new ethernet cables dropped for 5 IP phones, and the installation technician was courteous, clean, and quick. The phones are fantastic, the service is great, and I am confident we will be working with this company for a very long time.
