This place is a joke if youre going to sell gold and silver go somewhere who gives you a fair price and who appreciates your business. Ive never heard of a business paying like 5 to $8 below spot price for a gram of gold. Theres a lot of gold and silver stores close to this location so just stay away from gold and silver exchange they have multiple locations and every one of them will lie right to your face especially the one on Jupiter Road in Garland Ive never seen a place can people so much in my life.

The owner is very patient and personable. I spoke with him at length regarding their selection of gemstones and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. We purchased a couple of items and definitely plan to come back!

Came here only to get my wedding set resized up. I did not buy the set from them. They did a great job, you cant tell they even touched the ring. They also cleaned them to where the rings look literally brand new. But the best thing was that they were able to do the job same day. I dealt with the son who seemed nice. I would definitely do business with them again based on this experience.

I went in to look at silver bullion and ended up buying a nicely toned Denver Mint bicentennial quarter. They didnt have much bullion and the jewlery I did see looked nice.My main concern is that they sold me the quarter confirming with me it was silver witch unless it is an incorrect planchet, is clad. This leads me to believe that they do not test coins and bullion for metal composition and may come in contact with counterfeit numismatics witch would make sense if they use acids witch work fine for jewlery but not common use for collectable coins.Overall I am happy with my coin but believe they focus on jewlery and probably know the metal content of jewlery since it looked like he was making a piece when I came in.

Seller beware! If you are looking to sell something of value do yourself a favor and keep on driving. The owner of this business is neither fair or honest so please dont waste your time.

Dont shop here!!!! This guy is a rip off. Been doing business here for 6 years and now they have new owners. Husband bought a seiko watch with diamonds for christmas. He actually wanted a different watch but was convinced to purchase this one. He brought in home and wrapped it. After Christmas I wore it 2 day to realize it wasnt keeping time. I asked him to take it back for a new battery, when he did this found out its a solar watch. He was told it has to be in the light to charge. So we kept it under a light at night so it could be worn during the day. But it still lost time or would not run at all. He took it back again and was told its not my problem. He refused to exchange or to work with him at all. Was very rude and told him to call seiko. Not willing to make an exchange, or when purchased didnt divulge that the watch was solar powered is bad business and flat out deceptive. Had he known it was solar he would not have purchased. Now I have a diamond that does not work.We will try to work it out with seiko but feel we were jilted. We have spend thousands in this store prior to this owner and will never return.
