Really baffled how there are 4.9 stars here. My husband and I bought a bullfrog spa from Southern Leisure on April 17, over 6 months ago. Our original delivery date was the first week of September- however, during the sales pitch- it was told we could possibly get it delivered in July and then we were told August. We remained patient since we understood the original delivery date that was given. We really do understand the supply chain problems and back orders happening everywhere. The problem with this company lies in their inability to communicate anything. We have had the electrical installed and now we are well past the original date we were given. No concession, answers or even an explanation has been offered. Literally no details or updates or clear date- please beware of whatever youre told when shopping here.

Zach and Mike did a great job with the delivery and setup. Walked me through the process and explained everything very well. They set up the spa quickly and cleaned up after they were finished.Austin at the Richardson location was very professional and made the entire purchasing process easy with no pressure.Overall, buying a spa from Southern Leisure was a great experience.

Zach and Mike were awesome! They arrived on time and made the install process super simple. They explained the maintenance process in detail and walked our family through the operation of our spa. Very thankful for their hard work today!

I started off looking at discount and closeout spas. Once I asked some questions I realized even if the tub was in amazing condition it wasnt a good deal once delivery and set up were included.I shopped several spa companies. I didnt have much confidence in the investment until I spoke with Austin at Southern Leisure Spas. Austin was upfront and helpful in educating me on various models and what to look for. He also has been responsive with every call I have made. He returns your call as soon as he is able.Delivery was smooth. They had all the info they needed and they had me prepped on what to have ready.They arrived at the very beginning of the window that was promised. Michael and Zach were extremely courteous and cheerful. They went about their work and asked for confirmation at key points to ensure it was placed perfectly. Pretty soon they had me understand the perfect schedule on maintaining my tub. It was very simple and staright forward.It wasnt long before the tub was full and powered up. The guys did a great job giving me a tour of the features and how to get the most out of my tub.This is exactly what I was looking for. Austin, Michael and Zach made it a turn key purchase. Even with the great product it sure adds value to have people you trust working with you to create the perfect customer experince. Thank You for your professionalism.

Austin in the Richardson branch was so helpful and educational. I was probably a pretty tough customer but he hung in there and won me over. Great job! I recommend.

Michael Landon and Zane did an amazing job. Very thorough, helpful and knew their stuff. We hit a couple of snags that could have stopped the install but they walked us through the options, gave advise and we got it done.Fast, friendly and knowledgeable- couldn’t ask for any more.Would highly recommend them.Oh, and all of this work while it was 25f temperature. V cold.Very happy customer.

Great service and selection. If you want a backyard oasis this is the place to get it. Their service and craftsmanship are top notch. Looking for a BBQ for summer grilling, this is the place to go.

Terrible experience with this company. We have a spa that may have a leak so we called this company to come look at it. The representative that answered my call asked for the model to which I asked where to find that but he could not say, just that the tech would find it when they got here. The tech (Ryan) arrived for the appointment and said “we don’t work on this spa” and charged us $85 for the service call!!! Was here 5 min! So disappointed with this company and when we go to shop for a new spa WILL NOT buy from here! Terrible experience!

Southern Leisure Spa was a great place to buy my hot tub.Cameron was very helpful from the first time we shopped at his store.No sales pressure to buy, we told him we have just started to look. We came back a week to 10 days later with our swim wear to experience thebullfrog hot tub we were interested in. We left the store with a better understanding on how the hot tub works for us to make an educated decision on which hot tub to buy. ORIGINAL POST: Souther Leisure went above and beyond to assist me with a warranty issue on a heat pump. Great service across the board.UPDATE 10/1/2020: Continued issues with my hot tub are finally fixed and Southern Leisure has proven to me that they put customer service as their #1 priority. RYAN was able to successfully resolve a complex issue that needed manufacturer input to fix. Highly reccomend this store as you can trust their service department to get it done right.

We had been looking at Spas for several months and comparing models. We went to Southern Leisure because of reputation and the no pressure shopping experience. We had a price point in mind and were also looking for promotional deals. We got everything and more from the entire team. Cameron and Jesse were great to work with. My husband did the spa test in store. We received a timely quote and timely set up and installation. The delivery and installation team nosh and Michael was just as professional and detailed.

My experience with Southern Leisure was phenomenal. I love the new spa and the affordability of it! I had been searching for a while for a spa and they were the best of quality for the money!Cameron was awesome and loved every moment working with him!I would totally recommend Southern Leisure and their products! Southern Leisure moved my hot tub from my previous house to my current residenence and they did a fantastic job. The special tools and carts they have for moving the hot tub made the job look easy. These guys definitely know what they are doing!

Cameron was great at explaining us everything about all the spas and went an extra mile letting us in for a wet soak exp twice and for an extended period of time! We emailed the new store in Richardson - within the hour we received a reply for Cameron - the store manager. It was not a standard electronic reply - it specifically answered our questions. As a result we visited the store on a Saturday - Cameron spent a lot of time with us (hours) going over the features / functionality of the various hot tubs. We made our selection / bough that day - used their recommended electrician - the install / setup was very professional / easy - would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience at Southern Leisure. Cameron was so helpful throughout the entire process. We really had no idea what type of spa we were looking for, but Cameron walked us through all the models, and even gave us a wet test before we purchased. Delivery and installation were great and we are enjoying our new spa!

We just bought our first Bullfrog Spa from Cameron at Southern Leisures new store in Richardson. This is our first hot tub and Cameron was great to work with. He was very patient with us and explained all of our options. We are excited and cant wait for it to arrive. This store is in a great location on the service road just north of Beltline.

I took my family to multiple places shopping for a hot tub before visiting the Southern Leisure Dallas showroom on 75. Cameron was extemely knowledgable and helpful and showed us a wide range of options. We are waiting on the delivery of our Marquis hot tub and look forward to 2020 in our new spa.
