Excellent friendly service. Brought in a Les Paul with locking Kahler tremolo that had been sitting in a closet for 25 years. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they had it completely restrung and dialed in and ready on Tuesday. They cleaned up the electronics, no more popping or static. Its held tune since I picked it up - plays better than it did new. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, friendly service and masterful craftsmanship! Ive commissioned a couple custom handmade instruments from Kenny the owner over the years and they are absolutely sensational playing guitars!! I play the Stratocaster he handmade me every single day! It is always my first choice guitar to play live, or at a recording session! The fret work, fret repairs, setups, electronics work, and structural repairs that have been done to my instruments are always top notch and keep my instruments from never missing a beat. I should have written this so long ago. Kenny is a master at his craft, he fought tooth and nail to bring back to life an old Fender 12 string for me. Im sure hell never forget having to recarve that bone nut more than once because the seat was 2 degrees off. He did a gorgeous fret job and reseated the bridge as well. I am certain it plays better than when it was new, its a beautiful thing. I cant say enough.

Love having my own expert luthier nearby! Kenny added an extra blue note fret onto my diatonic Seagull Merlin stick dulcimer to expand its range. The fret matches the others perfectly and has made this fun little instrument even more versatile. I cant wait for him to build me my dream instrument-- a small knockabout banjo/dulcimer/uke hybrid that I can practice clawhammer on. Oh-- and I loved that Alex and Kenny did a little impromptu Irish jam on Merlin and drums. (They had never even seen this instrument before, but play it better than I ever will!)

Kenny is very knowledgeable and really knows the craft. Im really glad I found them when I needed to refurb my old guitar.

Kenny did a complete refret job on my 96 lone Star Strat & has set up some guitars for me as well. Hes good at what he does & is very knowledgeable.
