I love this market. Ive never seen so many spices in one place. And grains. Theres a large variety of produce - unique ones and staples like onions, potatoes, garlic, ginger, etc at good prices. They have some frozen items too, but I wish they had more frozen prepared dishes.The people are friendly and very helpful.There is a ton of other things besides those mentioned, so, if you like Indian products, go visit them ASAP; its amazing.

You can find all of the common Indian grocery items. The place is not big as compared to some of the other Indian stores but maintained. Staff is good and friendly.

This guy behind the counter with tilak on his forehead, is rude. My mom 73 was buying Mango and he said why this mango is on top of the box. She said it’s 10 in the box, I haven’t put any extra you can count. Then he said don’t move mangoes from box, she exchanged the bad mango with good one. Told her rudely,”don’t ever do that again.”I gave him my peace of mind then.Not Going to this Store Again.I am going to Tulsi Grocer’s now, they are inexpensive.

They have a great selection of south Asian groceries and some Arab groceries. Since expanding it’s easier to shop and less crowded. The veggies are always fresh.

The store has matured and grown over the years, overtaking the beer store next store. It saves me the long drive to Subzi Mandi grocery store in Richardson... now if only they could make their prices more competitive...

Very bad customer service, shouting from the counter to GO BACK,even there was 2 counters open. They treat our people very badly, even ask for any items they not bothered to say any thing. So i decided to to go there any more

Helpful folks and most of the times they have all the goods. Now they’ve expanded their store with buying next door beer/wine shop so a lot more room and goods. Always good ambiance!!

Be careful to shop here. I bought about 5 lbs of yucca root today. It looks fresh from outside, but when I reached home it was all rotten inside. When I brought it back to the store, I was standing on the side in order not to give a bad publicity and one guy came to talk to me who was so rude and said he can do nothing about it. I didn’t want to create a scene and left. I used to be a regular visitor of India Bazaar until recently who had excellent customer service and they always back up their quality. Don’t buy anything from Indian Superstore unless you are so convinced about the quality at the time of purchase, very very bad customer service

Needs improvement, I see lot of people going to this store over the weekend, I dont know why vegetables are not fresh, for me looked like old stock. Also I am trying to understand why curry leaves are so expensive in US, in Canada if I pay $2 CAD I can get at least 100 grams or more of curry leaves but here in the US overall I see very less quantity for 1 USD. Not sure who is monopolizing rates and quantities of curry leaves, Pan leaves, mango leaves, mint etc... my guess is vegetables should be less expensive in US, but this is other way around. I can see there are good amount is Desi people living in DFW area, so traffic to the stores should not be a problem. Some o e should do more research and fi d out who is monopolizing the supply and rates

Indian Superstore is doing a great service to Indians in particular and Asians in general.

Better than average corner shop but deficient in the fresh produce section (always a challenge with South Asian stores for some reason). The junior Sardar knows his inventory by memory and he is extremely helpful. The shop is crammed with pantry items. The owners sincerity shines through practical suggestions even at the expense of a lower checkout price.The one remark I remember vividly is the status of shortages after Hurricane Harvey. Ships were in demurrage and supplies through the port of Houston severely constrained. I would get routine updates on delivery of some key food items that were much sought after in our family - no fuss, no pushback just the facts.

HORRIBLE customer service. The owners are very rude. The absurd thing is that they keep staring down customers while they are shopping. There prices are high too and most items don’t say a price since they price gouge. Don’t recommend especially since there are way better and bigger stores around the area.

Good prices

It is a blessing to have Indian Superstore close to the house. Prices seem average compared to other stores. I do not believe they are price gouging. The service here is great. I can email them my grocery list and they can prepare for me to pick up curbside. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The kitchen has great samosas and chutney, sweets and the best aloo parahta.

Hiking up the price even tho product has tag of different price. They should help community rather than stealing people money by hiking price 3x more than listing price. Guy has no mercy even asking to match the price listed on package rather listing their own price. Not recommended to shop here

I like this store and come here at least monthly to find items needed for indian recipes. The employees are helpful. It is a smaller store, but they have a wide variety of items. They have fresh produce, frozen food, bulk spices, beauty products, kitchenware, canned/jarred goods and even a section where you can order fresh food to go. I do wish they would describe the food they offer on the menu because I am not familiar with some items.

Good store for buying basic Food of india

Nice sweet little place.. cashier is always polite and greet very well... The little Indian chat shop is great... Samosas are awesome... Better than we get in India... Its definitely small but u find almost everything here.

It is convenient, and carries almost all Indian groceries. Produce section is small right now, but still has decent options. Everyone working at the store is super nice and helpful. The fresh Samoas are the best I have had in Dallas.

Looking for best Deshi Samosa in Dallas, this is the go to place.This store has most of the Indian necessities that we find in India Bazar or Patel Brothers thiugh stock is relatively smaller.Enough parking space.Nice location.Best thing is Samosa that secured it 3 stars and cozy space and stock is what get 2 stars out of it.

But BE CAREFUL they will charge you extra item if you dont notice.It is happening again and again so I guess this is not mistake this is delibrate action.I would suggest people to keep posted here if its also happened to you. I asked my friend and he also complained same thing.

The only reason I like going here is for their small snack counter at the back of the store where they sell Indian savories for feasible cost. I really like their samosas, dahi puri and bread pakora.I don’t really like this store, their customer service isn’t great neither is the quality of their stock. Their produce doesn’t seem fresh and looks wilted most of the time.

If you havent had the samosas from the food stall behind the store youre missing out on something. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. I bought 2 packs of Bread/Naan the other day and did not check dates on them. When I came home and opened them found FUNGUS on those Naan/Breads. I did not had time to run back and let them know.On a later date, when I went back and told them about it. The Owner got so mad at me, told me to report to Health Department. All I was looking for an apology and take some action selling out-dated items.He did not bother to listen and letting me know others have no problem buying from his store. He rather dared me to report to Health Department. This guy is a nut!!!I plan to call Health Department per owners advise!!!!
