I placed my order. Was contacted a few days later and picked it up. Had no issues with the seller.

I placed an order on Etsy. In my haste, I did not realize the $20 shipping fee; I reluctantly proceeded because of my error. What I received was NOTHING like the pictures. It looked as it someone took a hacksaw and drill and attempted to copy a sign. I have significant doubts about NCAA authorization. I contacted the owner and after several Evasive emails...instructed that I expected a full refund. I decided not to fight that and fight the Thousands of 5 star ratings. I dont see how products can vary this greatly from images. Do NOT Recommend for product quality and customer service. When I tried to review on Etsy - All information has disappeared.UPDATE: After advising Tom I didnt want a refund and I would merely dp honest reviews on his products and services....he Immediately started sending numerous emails. The first - a full refund; Secondly...a cryptic message Thanking me for letting him send me another product. I also received about 3 more emails. I did Not respond to any and will refuse any product that may be sent. Please do Honest reviews. I hope this entices a change of business tactics...and hope the Thousands of 5 star reviews are relevant.

My Lone Star arrived today. It’s perfect. Exactly what I wanted and expected. It’s proudly gracing my patio wall. Thanks GB McClure

We ordered the 48” Star with a plain ring. When we opened the box (after waiting 5 weeks for it) we found out that it was incorrect.I contacted the seller and the response was ‘Sorry’.So, if you are willing to pay over $400 to only be told ‘sorry’ when you get the wrong item, then this is the shop for you.I find this completely unacceptable.
