Best Buy is loosing on everything to other stores! Prices on computers, car audio/remote starter, gaming all are higher. Theres no staffs to help. Several times Ive been there and they had no one to help me. When Theres someone, the item I want wasnt in stock. Staffs also have very little knowledge on computers, zero knowledge on surveillance cameras and drones.
Everyone here is always super helpful. Best Buy has a wide selection of anything and everything. Employees are very knowledgeable in technology and anything electronic related. They have security inside. There is never a line to checkout. I also really like their open box program and the clearance put on item that have been opened or damaged packaging. Geek squad is also super helpful.
They were really helpful in the windows center with getting a new laptop. Despite the chip shortage and supply chain issues, a really nice sales person named Miki helped me get a great laptop I love at a price I could afford. Even when I took it home and the front-facing camera was broken, Miki helped me get a new device that was expedited 3 day shipping to my house and took back the damaged one, no questions asked. These guys really did an exceptional job in a challenging environment. With supply chain issues they are really getting squeezed on all sides right now, and they helped me get a great laptop I love for work when I was really in a bind.
I had the great experience of dealing with somebody in computers who gave me excellent advice. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name but I would go back solely because of that experience if not for all the other options which was great selection of high demand items and good information.
Store employees are professional and courteous. Store is well stocked and if theyre not an employee can help you order for in-store pickup or home delivery
Yall need to verify peoples credit card and their names/IDs yall losing money of a return. It happened when something was bought in West Virginia and returned to this store in the same day on my CC. Talk about security. Happened Oct.28th
The phone guys are super helpful. They helped me pick out the best phone for me. Then helped me pick out the wisest charger accessories. They also recommended the best phone screens shield and painstakingly put it on perfectly after I bought it. They made the entire experience much better.
Going to Best Buy is always a mini excursion for me as there is so much to browse.Today I went in to get a duplicate receipt of my sons purchase.The woman at the door directed me right over to customer service when I told her why I was there.The customer service rep was so friendly and kind. She was seemlessly able to look up the purchase by our phone number and printed it out for me 1-2-3.What a pleasure to encounter friendly people. I can definitely tell I was out of NY and in Minnesota!!
Best BestBuy I have been to. Perhaps because it is right next to the corporate headquarters. I mean this place is huge, everything you need, and a ton of workers there to help guide you through anything. If I’m going to buy electronics I’m coming back here.
Store is a flagship but has a lot of out of stock items. Store is great but with supply chains these days check online before you drive over.
I purchased a 50 inch Toshiba television from this store through Amazon and an employee of this store completely destroyed my tv. The box was badly scratched and torn from a fork lift. Apparently Best Buy allows their fork lift drivers to damage items and then allow it to leave their store knowing it was damaged. I have been having nothing but problems getting a replacement. This is totally unacceptable!
My 80+ mother has been on Geek Squad plan for 5+ years — never has used. Today we visited to website prior to visiting - which requires parking in handicap — and nowhere did it say appointments are mandatory. We saw an appointment option — no appointments were available for the entire day — at noon. We came over and the staff indicated it is not possible to receive the tower and monitor - that required an extra person to carry — no exceptions. 500.00 at 100.00. Best Buy: make an appointment, get someone to help you carry it back another day. Sad.
Ive been a Best Buy customer for over 30 years, and still satisfied. I recently been doing a lot of my shopping in the Magnolia Room all though the prices are a bit higher I must say that the quality of equipment is definitely worth every bit of the cost.I am quite Pleased with my recent Marantz stereo purchase. Samantha AKA SAM in the Verizon phone department was a great help. We needed help elsewhere and she didnt mind going the extra mile to help. Shes a great asset for Best Buy, very sweet and personable, and smiles a lot. She made our purchasing a gift for our 7 year old child a nice experience that well remember a long time. We lived the TV department, there were so many that we couldnt decide which to buy. We will buy one soon after more research.
I went to Best buy after looking on their website for a bathroom scale. It said that they had one in stock so I went to the Richfield store and they did not have any bathroom scales in stock. The young lady that I worked with was very pleasant but it seems and sounds like the website and stores do not match what is in stock.
Laptop sales guy was ultra-hyper, and had little time to explain things thoroughly. Made me very uncomfortable. If I wasnt technically literate and knowledgeable about what I was there to buy, it would have been a total horrorshow. Dude, get your meds straightened out. Seriously.

I was looking for someone available to get something out of a locked case for me for 20 minutes. Two staffs passed by two different times and apparently theyre too busy to spare 10 seconds to unlock the case. One guy just shooked his head without even speaking and walked away.
Today I purchased a,computer from Miki. This guy is,awesome. He really knows his stuff. Among the many things that I learned from him I learned this the sheriff doesnt know what theyre talking about not trying to say you anything or the most expensive thing. They will sell you the accurate thing. I feel good about the purchase that I made and look forward to setting up my new computer. Furthermore I had some issues with my roku account. This was not his department but he helped me anyway. I am grateful to this guy. If you want a real sales person look for him.
This store is my go-to for tech. Theres a reason that Best Buy is one of the few retail places that is thriving in market trending toward ecommerce. I am a Total Tech Support member and recently stopped by to have my laptop looked at, as it was locked up and couldnt even get online to contact Geek Squad. Great customer service. In and out within 5 minutes.
So much for the Best Buy “price match guarantee”, they won’t even match their own price for a TV sold by Best Buy on Amazon. This company just refuses to take my money. It’s amazing they are still in business.

All the associates are either talking to each other or trying to figure out who is buy big ticket items to help them and ignore everyone else. You can tell whose commission and whose not. Lack of free limited support is the reason for poor support. I am 79 and just needed someone help me understand 365 and a little about my computer. Getting ready to write was a 3 day nightmare. Goodbye Best buy.

Ridiculous amount of time transferring an order between stores after the BB website scheduled pickup at location that did not have product in stock. 25 minutes wasted at this location waiting for authorization to release product they had on shelf.

I was there to buy a DJI gimbal I brought more than 10000$ products from Best Buy this year for my company they are nice or approach to the people of their kind or something other people they are rude I was there for 40 min from 7:15 to 7:50 no one approached us because of how I look or something.. never going back to a Best Buy store again just advice from YouTube and Amazon .It is better for people like us look different .

15 day return policy. Used best buys online tool to fit camera with a lens. It did not fit, so I ordered the correct one. Went to return the one that did not fit, they would only take it back if I did in-store credit. Then they charged me a 75 dollar restocking fee. Its not a mystery why I will go back to Amazon when buying future products.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. This was so easy. It was during the Christmas rush and I would highly recommend doing this during the busy season. I was notified when my order was ready for pickup. I drove to the store went in with my receipt and went right up to the desk and they got my order. I did not have to wait in line like other people. I will definitely do this again.

This Best Buy is an old standby for me. Its not always the most convenient place for me to get to but I know that theyll have what Im looking for and if Im patient, theyll have someone who can help me. there are a lot of different options with electronics these days so its nice to have someone to talk to in person. I feel like when Ive taken their recommendations Ive gotten what I was looking for without being sold the highest price thing that they offer. Ive had a bad experience with their same day delivery but other than that its all good.
Best Buy is a joke!!! Their return policy is 15 days!! A standard return policy is 30. Even though my product is completely unopened they are refusing to give me my money back! Would get your electronics elsewhere!!! Definitely not shopping at Best Buy anymore.

Then when I asked about gym equipment since it was online to see it best buy carriers it at the store the guy said there as he just points and said. Next to the treadmill. I asked for kettlebells as the best buy online page showed. He said we are best buy electronics not gym equipment .

Worst location ever. They don’t even deserve one start. I wanted there for iPad screen protector and nobody helped me. Wasted 15 minutes walking around to find help and no one willed to help. I left disappointed and I will never go back there again.

Today was totally different from my visit last week. It was pleasurable this time. Matt the sales person was extremely helpful. He made me feel as if he appreciated my business.
Did a curbside pick up. Worked great. I do this often these days but this is the first time that an employee that was helping someone else stopped to help me as I pulled in. Did not even have to call the curbside number. He just grabbed my info and then my order. It seems like most places say you need to call the number so they can properly track the order. Thats fine but this was better.

The staff here were extremely helpful and polite when I visited. Id give five stars, except that theyre not allowing you to try on watches and such for fit, which one would expect if youre going to spend $600 on a watch. They were very apologetic and polite about it, and they do at least have most of their major items on display so you can get an eye for their size and shape even if you cant hold or wear them. Very good service.

Terrible service by phone! They have now switched to not taking calls at stores. They route you to an online call center where they obviously don’t care and the call routing system has not been thought out at all. Who has time to sit on hold all day like this, especially when they tell you that they can’t answer the question and you’ll have to drive to a store, on the chance it will work out in the first place. This is a terrible business move on their part. If they can’t provide any of the benefits of a store location, it’s better to just go to Amazon.

Terrible delivery scheduling and even worse customer service. Do not trust any of the appointments they schedule for you. I had 2 rescheduled (one that I actually lost a day of PTO for) and they didnt inform me of the reschedule until after I checked in after they had missed their appointment. TWICE!

Bought an open box LG TV for $534, seemed like a steal... almost too good to be true? The salesperson assured me that everything was inspected, but still humored me in opening the box before I left with it, and it looked fine, so I went home with the TV that night. I should have plugged it in at the store before I left!We took it home, unpacked it, realized the plastic TV stand was broken in some parts and we were missing half of the screws to hold the stand together.My husband called Best Buy and they told them we would be better off just going to Home Depot and buying new screws because they dont keep them in the back. So, a trip to Home Depot later and ~finally~ we were on our way - until we plugged it in. Which is what the picture is...So we called Best Buy, the person on the phone apologized and told us to return it and we would be taken care of. So, 10am the next day, we bring the TV back, and are told because there were no other open box TVs there was nothing they could do?Long story short, we bought a brand new Sony TV of the same size for $30 more at Costco, which places a higher value on customer experience- worth the membership price every day.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my dog enjoys peeing in the grass when we go to Banfield next door, so thats something?
Order online from somewhere else. Its almost impossible to get an employee or assistance. Im not giving them my money anymore.The last two times I was steered into product that was far more expensive than other places and both times was told were not on commission. Probably bonuses, perks,incentive to sell certain products at certain times, that is when you can get assistance.I remember Best buy in better times.
Theyre nice, but thats about it. They didnt have what I wanted and every time I go I end up knowing more about the products than they do. I dont know why I keep going back. Just go to Microcenter or Mycablemart.

If your actually looking for electronics the smaller stores like Burnsville and Apple Valley are full of empty shelves and no products on display. The Richfield store is well displayed and knowledgeable staff to help. If your looking for any big purchases, Richfield is where to go.
