I gotta say, I realize most stores are having issues hiring experienced employees these days, so I wont be too brutal with my review. That being said, I AM very disappointed with customer service. I walked the lumber aisles about 10 times trying to find what I needed. I had to go to the very back corner of the store to find an employee, and that seemed to be where employees went to hide and make phone calls, avoiding work and customers. Another couple in the store who didnt even speak the same language asked ME to help them find something I had in my cart, so we helped each other.I had fence panels loaded into my truck (thank goodness there was help with that), but any time I asked an employee a question, the answer was I dont know. Never let me find out, or let me find someone who knows.This is my THIRD horrible experience at Home Depot. The other location has usually been the 377 store in keller, mostly the garden dept. Instead of helping me get bags of marble rocks from the middle shelf, an employee brought me a staircase ladder, had me do it myself. I had to climb on the shelf, move bags forward to where i could reach them, then load them on a cart, then load them in my truck. Other customers, once again, were the only people to offer help.

This location is the worst I have ever seen. Unfortunately, it is the closest. There is a limited selection. Many items are out of stock. And this is not a COVID-19 issue because these items are in other nearby locations. Sometimes I leave empty handed.Ive had to ask and walk around the store with multiple associates to find a popular item with over 75 in stock. And then they had to pull the pallet and bring it to the floor. I can guarantee it didnt sell out the day before.I waited 30 minutes just to find out the appliance guy was on lunch. On top of that, it is a different system so the front end cant even ring up an appliance. Im getting my fridge and stove elsewhere.Also, have you ever seen a HD without a cart of oops paint out anytime you visit? Not a single can ever here.Ive made online orders and every time they have to make a substitution. I make sure I pick items that have a good stock number so this doesnt happenIve had so many annoying experiences here. Like when an associate threw an apple very near me. It was uneaten but trash. If it is trash, then pick it up and throw it away or kick it out of view and grab it later. Why throw anything anywhere but a trash can, especially towards customers.I have done a few returns and exchanges. Plus side is that those all went smoothly.

Great location and very convenient since I work and live close by. Ive been doing business at this particular Home depot for about a year now and ever since so, Ive had pretty good experiences, nothing special, until today... Out of the many times Ive visited any Home Depot, this was a first for me. I stopped by today to pick-up a few items that were needed to complete a project I was working on so as I made my way to the entrance an employee/young man was heading out to the parking lot to collect the carts, I assumed! He had a very friendly expression on his face which lead me to believe he was smiling beneath that mask he adorned to protect not only himself from this virus but everyone he came into contact with..., He politely greeted me, asked directly if I needed help finding anything which I declined but he was persistent so again he offered his assistance but this time he asked indirectly... Usually, if I had trouble locating an item I would have to track down an associate for help finding what youre if there but not this time, this young man was on it and made himself available for me. Now this is the type of service any consumer would appreciate. Kudos to you, young man. Apply that same energy with everything that you do and itll take you places you couldnt imagine. An a great job to the hiring manager, you picked a winner with this one. Next time I visit Ill be sure to get and remember this young brothers name...

I do not understand how they can sell something online something that the store does not have in stock. I bought 2 fog machines with a 2-year guarantee and the rest that they do not have in stock in the store, they make me lose money and time, now I am struggling to get a refund with everything and guarantee. I have to call somewhere else to get my full refund. It is not the first time that I have problems with things that I buy online through homedepot. I would recommend you go to the store and buy what you need because if you buy online there will always be a problem or better still buy in lowes

I come to Home Depot whenever I have to do something at home and I always find what I need for my home improvement / fixing! This time I needed a bathtub spout, unfortunately they don’t sell the spare part that wears out and goes inside so I had to buy the whole bathtub spout, it wasn’t too expensive though just $20 bucks! It took me a little bit to find someone in the bathroom aisle but once I found one he answered all my questions! Staff is friendly here and very helpful, and prices are fair!

An employee asked us if we needed help several times in one of the Millwork aisles.He actually closed the aisle on us, because I guess he wanted to move something in or out of there on a forklift, and didnt want other people walking into the aisle.Other customers were standing outside the aisle, looking at us, trying to figure-out why they werent allowed in. LoLWe were there measuring and cutting mouldings, and I guess the employee just didnt care.Freight is supposed to be done after closing hours, and its unreasonable to try and make a customer wait, or put off their business, because youre trying to get a little extra done during the day.We just kept doing what we were there to do, and he eventually went away.

By far the best experience with Home Depot never had a bad encounter but they totaled out my awesome experience! Keisha, Patrick, Bryan, pat were awesome on today’s help! Not only did they help out on picking out the tile & everything I needed but they helped me load it on to my vehicle!!! I 100% recommend visiting this location!!!!

Had the greatest experience with a gentleman who works in the building materials area yesterday,he was so helpful and went above and beyond his job by going from one area to the next with me,both of us learning as we went . The curbside pick up here is a joke, even ordering online and going inside for pick was utterly inconvenient. Could have just arrived, found my item, and paid more quickly than ordering ahead online. Wont make that mistake again.

Horrible experience ordering a front door from this store. 6 months, 2 incorrect orders placed by two separate Home Depot employees, and still…. No door. The installer is exceptional, but when turning in measurements the HD employees can’t seem to get the correct item ordered.DO NOT order a door from this location. This has gone uncorrected by management for 6 months and nobody has taken accountability for the mistakes.

Its the home depot. Big box home improvement store. Sometimes the aisles are full of too much stuff theyre pushing to sell and it makes it very difficult to navigate with a cart, much less with a lumber flat cart. Need to tone it down a bit.

The people at customer service, apparentlyrently hate their jobs. I had a refrigerator delivered, with no attempt to get it in my house. Said it didnt fit. I went instore to customer service she told me you ordered online nothing I can do about it you get what you get, we use a third party company. I can order you a installation now. No, I no longer want to do business with you!I will not use home depot any more I will still with lowes for all my home improvement needs!!

Good store if you can find what you need on your own. Try finding anyone, that will acknowledge you, in the lumber department after 6:00pm. It is almost comical watching them try to ignore or avoid making eye contact with you.

Extremely pleased with 24 hour unlimited mileage just like new 12ft HD moving truck for $139, and I am sure that they are pleased that thousands of eyeballs saw the sides of the truck emblazoned with Home Depot in advertising that I paid them for the opportunity to drive around on 400 miles of highways. WIN-Win!!!!

I am completely disappointed with Home Depot service(. I heard their company to build my patio. I waste over a month for them to come over and have a measurement. The prices on their border is complete Trick! 3500 patio turns me 20.000$ )) . I have a very small space to put my patio and they charge me 20,000.. they are insane. Be careful with their service!!!

Bad. Just bad. Stood in the back for over an hour waiting on some help with cabinets. Had other associates page someone for help a few times. Then I called the store and asked for a manager. When I explained where I was and what I needed, asking if there was someone working the department I was told yea “she” should be back there and he would try to call her. 30 minutes later still nothing. I called the store back and got the manager. Straight up said he didn’t tell me that. Zero help. No apology. No concern that I just wasted a good portion of my night standing there. If I could give zero stars I would. This store is limited on staff. Every time I go I have a hard time finding someone.Now lets get to the appliances department...I know its not this stores fault but the customer service for the appliance department needs to be better trained. Not only was I not informed of when my delivery would be there, but it was installed incorrectly. When I called to see if someone could come back by to install correctly (since I bought a GAS RANGE STOVE) for my safety, I was transferred three times. Got to the call center who told me they were too busy taking other callers and could not call the deliver people for me, I would have to call for myself. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that this wasnt their problem, there is not a manager to transfer you too and HUNG UP the phone in my face. Called back and was told the fastest someone could come was Tuesday. Literally four days after delivery, meaning I would be out of the return period and which also would mean I would be in a house with a stove leaking GAS for four days!!! Or without a stove to be able to cook for my two year old child, husband and my self on for FOUR days. This is so unacceptable. I am so disappointed in this company over all. How they handled such a simple thing is infuriating. Never thought it would be so hard to get the service I PAID FOR to be performed. I know I am just one buyer to a company who sells to millions, but think of the hundred people they install things incorrectly and the danger they put innocent peoples lives in.

I waited for 30 mins for an electrical person to show up after they paged someone. I gave up and just asked a customer there that happened to be an electrician.

The NRH Kitchen Design Department is much smaller in square footage than the Southlake one, but it has TWO designers. The kitchen designer at Southlake left the company in the middle of my design, so I am trying to finish it at NRH. Melissa has been wonderful at picking up the pieces and the process.

Placed order at 1pm and throughout the day i didnt receive any updates on my order so i got in contact with Roxanne and she said someone was working on my order it will be ready soon. Still no updates so i drive up there at 8pm and spoke to a cashier and they hadnt even bothered to look for my order in the 7 hours since i placed it. She calls someone over the phones to go pick the order and tells me they only have one out of the 2 items i ordered and the item they did have wasnt the color i had ordered. Cashier canceled my order and gave Me a refund but of course not going to receive it till 2 to 3 business days so now Im out $500. Maybe if they had looked for my order sooner they would of noticed that they were out of stock.

My son spoke with a lady about renting a cleaning machine. She told him they accepted Visa.When he arrived to rent the machine, the same lady very rudely told him that they didnt accept prepaid Visa (he was waiting on his new Visa card in the mail due to his old one was having problems with the strip).He told her that he wouldnt have come if she had told him they didnt accept prepaid cards due to him having some car problems.Her very RUDE reply, well, I cant help it if you have a rundown car.He reported this to a manager.My son said he didnt know if the manager was tired, didnt care or had other complaints on this rude lady.The manager said he would talk to her, but NEVER apologized.Also, my son has been cheated out of so many points.We used to do all our business from this North Richland Hills store when we had our home repair/remodeling business.This store WILL NOT get any more of our business until attitudes and customer service changes.

Just got my Lifeproof vinyl from this Home Depot and absolutely love it! The whole process was very smooth and props to the staff there. Kisha was very professional and super helpful, she was a big factor in me choosing Home Depot for home flooring project! The contractor that The Home Depot partners with was also very professional and the whole installation process for 700+ sf took less than 4 hours! I recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free floor installation.

Do not buy plants here. Over the past several year I have been buying all my cacti and succulents and they all does of root rot. They put their plants in too small I’ve containers where their roots are all knotted and then they over water.

Ever tried to get a key made here? When I do it seems to take 10-15 minutes to find someone to make the key... And I have learned to ask the service desk to send someone to keys...never helps... maybe make getting a key made a Do it Yourself key machine, it is the Do it Yourself Warehouse!

I go to Home Depot once or twice a month regularly. Last visit I was disappointed. They had maybe 10 planters. They have plants and dirt but nothing to replant them in. I do Not consider planters a seasonal item. They need to correct this problem. Why buy plants if theres nothing being sold to replant in?

This location has too many unhelpful employees. I watched 4 associates work on setting up a display in the center isle, without acknowledgement of anyone nearby. It reminded me of the old jokes about how many it takes to screw in a light bulb. Absolutely rediculous the sheer lack of help, support, or even a general nod of being present. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

We rented a piece of equipment right before store closing and told to bring it back in the morning. We discovered something wrong with it but couldn’t exchange due to the time. In the morning when we brought it back to exchange, we were told there’s nothing wrong with it and if we want another 4 hour rental we have to pay for it. We were also asked if we paid for damage protection? No, why do we need damage protection? In getting nowhere with the cashier we asked for a manager. The manager then decides to side with the cashier and also got charged for the damage. My husband rightfully got upset as, not only did we not get done what needed to be done due to the equipment not working correctly but, now we’re also being charged for damage!!! After several calls to corporate who claims they can not override the managers decision who stands by his decision because he’s choosing to take the situation personally instead of professionally because my husband got upset. Who wouldn’t be upset? Not only did we pay for a 4 hour rental but got charged an extra $75 for damage that previously existed because the managers ego was bruised.

This is a very well stocked home Depot. They had everything I needed but the place is kind of a pain in the rear. Every aisle every item you want or want to look at is locked up due to shoplifters. So if you need small items have patience youre going to need an associate.
