This store has become my regular go-to for anything I need! The staff is always so kind to me, and if you have an issue, they are always right there to help you figure out whats going on. Theyre, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and do what they can to help you get everything you need, without trying to sell you unnecessary items. Best auto store by far!

People are great but not sure I am impressed with parts quality! Brake parts are low quality and dont last long. Get the ceramic pads, the rotors warp to quickly.

Call about a part Jordan was very helpful and friendly over the phone, upon arriving at the store Rusty took very good care of us he was honest about some items we were purchasing, hard to find nice kind workers, this Auto Zone definitely has them

The young lady working this afternoon sunday July 4th, provided Excellent Customer Service and was very knowledgeable of what I needed she even walked outside in the heat twice to make forsure what I need was the right fit. 5 + stars goes to her, and congratulations to Auto zone for hiring such exceptional employees. She needs to be recognized as Employee of the month for Autozone. Needless to say Im a handicap and she looked beyond that!

Most of the employees are great. Theres a couple that should probably find another line of work. One that doesnt include interacting with the public.

I needed some brake pads. There were 4 people ahead of me so I got to listen to the interaction, the staff gave out some good advice regarding the parts being bought. They were friendly and efficient, I got in and out pretty quickly.

Very nice people went there to get battery tested and check engine light she was very helpful she seen I was not having a good day and she actual asked if she could give me a hug I need that we need more people like that it helped me get through the day knowing someone cared did not get her name but thanks a bunch

I recently got my oil changed and was told that I needed a new battery. In the past I have been lied to about my car “needing” services. So I decided to go to Autozone and have them check my battery. Rusty checked it and turns out it did need to be replaced. He was very courteous and helpful. He even installed my new battery for me!! It’s so rare to find such excellent customer service these days! Thank you Rusty!

Staff were so very kind and attentive. Identified my car problem, tried to find me a local solution, and allowed me to hang out in the store while waiting for a tow (I was in the shop over two hours!). They got me a chair to sit in when I was tired of standing. I got to see them professionally and courteously attend to their other customers as I waited. Highly recommend coming to this place for help with your car needs! I’m planning to return!

Friendly professional staff

My husband likes this place because he can find affordable prices and the customer service sometimes is good sometimes is bad.

Joe and Charles helped us to retrieve a part for my a/c. They managed to find the part at a hub location a few miles down the road for half the price. Kudos good sir. These guys could’ve easily just charged us for each piece without telling us about the less expensive alternative.

Always helpful, going the extra mile to get you back on the road.

Had what I needed, quick in and out service!

So, seeing as Im standing here waiting to buy a single retail item, for 20 minutes, without acknowledgement. With no one else in line.I thought Id use my time productively.

Bad customer service they treat you like a criminal. Snot noise Hispanic girl with tattoos all over her at first wasnt going to give me my warranty but thank GOD a white manager lady ok the warranty which was right. This store is no good.

Being in Customer Service myself, I felt compelled to give a shout out and a job well done to my boys over at #3802, Camilo & Rusty!!!!! They took their time to assist me (15 min before closing) & were nothing but professional & overly accommodating!!!!! Seriously, means the world to be treated as a valued customer, guys.....and BOTH of you fellas did just that!!!!
