We were very pleased with Mattress Firm and their manager, James Averyt. He was so helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about our getting the best mattress for our needs. We appreciate so much his help and expertise and going the extra mile for us.

We will soon be having our best night of sleep thanks to our friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Cameron. There arent many salespeople these days who you feel you can trust instantly, but Cameron was so friendly and helpful, we felt comfortable right away. He made this Mattress shopping experience entertaining and fun for us somehow, and my husband and I left feeling as though we had gone to a fun event as opposed to Mattress shopping which was a charming relief after this crazy year of Covid. We got a great deal and know where we will be going for future purchases. Kudos to Cameron for listening intentionally to our needs and helping us perfectly balance what we wanted with what we needed. He even took time to show us pictures of his very cute dogs which was a treat. We are some very happy customers and look forward to doing business here again!

I went in yesterday with the sole purpose of purchasing a twin mattress within a specific budget and they made it work! I was so pleased with their customer service, the experience (my 6 year old was testing out the beds and the salesman kept bringing them down for her to test…it was pretty dang cute!). I would give 100/100 if I could. Really pleased AND my daughter slept all night in her own room, in her new twin :) THANK YOU!

The staff there did an excellent job of showing me all the options for both beds and pillows; ended up buying a really nice pillow and look forward to going back to purchase a really nice bed.

My local Mattress Firm had exactly what I wanted in a mattress! The Labor Day Sale brought a large number of customers. However, I was greeted upon entry, helped immediately and checked out within 1/2 an hour. Cameron H., my salesman, was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and extremely efficient. He was excellent in every way. Can’t wait for my purchase to arrive!

Great experience buying new our new bed! Cameron H. was very helpful and a lot of fun to chat with (especially about our shared love of dogs). He was very patient while we were trying to make a decision. We spent a lot, but we also went with a top of the line bed and he worked with us a lot in the price to make it a positive purchasing experience.

I went to buy a replacement of mattress I had. I forgot the name of the attendant but he was very nice and helpful. He immediately looked up my information to check my old mattress and showed me the same one and also offered something similar that I might like as well. He made sure the availability of the stock and loaded it on my car and luckily enough I was able to take it home on the same day. It’s been about 2 weeks and I enjoy the new mattress. I highly recommend this place!

What a great experience we had, Steve was very knowledgeable, very polite and searched high and low to find our matress. Found one, and had one delivery slot remaining that same day. The delivery driver and assistant assembled new bed, removed old matress/box springs with care and a sense of urgency to go with it, overall a fabulous experience from Steve on the floor and also the deliver team!

It was a breeze! Austin was helpful, knowledgeable and I felt like I got a great deal with same day delivery. The delivery guys were wonderful also it could not have gone better.

Where do I even start, my husband and I came in looking to buy a new mattress Thursday 9/16. We were assisted by Cameron. While he has an amazing personality and was willing to work us a deal. He failed to give his professional opinion when given certain details. I suffer from degenerative disc disease which cause a lot of pain in my back and hips. I advised him we needed something not to soft and not to firm. I told him that we’ve look at a few mattresses at the Hulen location and I named 2 that I thought would be best. After that he went straight into asking us our budget and how quickly we embedded a mattress. No recommendations given at all. No additional questions asked just went straight into the sale. He advised that he had one of the mattress we tried at the hulen location on clearance and that he could get us a good deal on the mattress. While he was working in finding the mattress when I asked him want was the return policy he ignored my question. Once we found the mattress he jumped right into ringing it up and taking payment. He failed to advise us that the mattress was pre-owned and non refundable. Even offering the best mattress protector and yet again failing to mention it’s only covering the top of the mattress and it’s basically a fitted sheet ohh and it’s also non refundable. While again he saved us a few dollars on delivery by telling us to pick it up from the sleep experts in Overton ridge but come day of pick up which was Friday my husband had to go all the way to lake worth instead. After three days of laying on the mattress and me telling my husband it’s too firm and I’m not okay with it being pre-owned for the amount we paid for it.

Was not happy with the service. As soon as we get inside, we get rushed by 2 employees. They wont let us loom around ourselves and kept asking me to lay down on the mattresses after, i told them I didnt want to. The guys just seemed agitated. Our sales person, Dylan Hines was very personable and informative. We bought two mattress and box spring sets and he made the process pleasurable. I do wish he had been wearing a mask though, which he was not and he did sneeze at the desk. He tried to properly cover with his arm but as 2 old ladies with health issues it was unsettling.He needs a new computer service too. The computer was running VERY slow. Our deliver was right on time. All in all, Dylan was great.Josue and his partner were fabulous. They were in and out in 5 minutes even with carrying out the old mattress & boxsprings. They both wore gloves and masks AND asked if we wanted them to wear shoe covers!! They were simply awesome!!! Great experience overall.

Not to mention the mattress I got was better quality than the one I initially wanted. The Sheex, queen size were $200 and a part of my purchase too.$11,00 mattress$400, adjustable base$200. sheex$17,00. purchase ended up being $924.Savings of &774.00 to be exact.

I went in and found every single thing I needed. Its been 3 months and my mattress is still unbelievably comfortable. I got a great deal on a floor model headboard, footboard and sides plus I upgraded the free adjustable base to one that raises my feet as well, plus an LED light under it that works with the remote! I love it! And of course I had to get the bundle with the Amazing pillows, mattress protector & these ultra soft bamboo sheets. My salesman was super kind and he really made the experience enjoyable.

As we entered the store we were greeted by Steven S the store manager. Steven was very friendly not pushy at all and VERY knowledgeable on all the mattresses in the store. We reviewed several beds online and we had plentey of questions . Steven was Very attentive to are likes and dislikes. Steven was very patient and understanding of the price we wanted to spend. We finally walked out of the store with a purchase of what we needed and were were very pleased and blessed to have meet Steven.

LYING/SCHEMING/FRAUDSMy husband and I bought our mattress from here and were told that we would have zero interest for the first 6 months. Well, that was a lie. We called the person who sold us the mattress and he admitted he said that it was 0 interest but when we called their finance company, they said otherwise.While I do like the bed, what I hate the most is being lied to. They are frauds and liars and that is not something that sits well with me. So I am paying $1,800 for a bed that I will be paying interest on and the bed, after a few months, has already shown that the price was not worth the bed itself.I am so beyond upset with the service we received, especially since the man who sold us the bed said he was the manager of this store as well as 4 other stores. Shame on you.If you buy a bed from here, do not finance the bed. Stay away from this place.

Dylan and Steve were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable; they answered all of our questions and walked us through the purchase as well as after the purchase info if the mattress didn’t work out. We didn’t feel “sold to” and were really happy we decided to drive out of way to this location. Go see Dylan or Steve and they can help you out. Plus, they have the Purple mattresses if you’d like to check those out. We found it was hard to find a location near us with those in-store.

Though this may be a good store, they have a tree out front that blocks the view of oncoming traffic when turning off of Strummer drive. I have seen this cause accidents and have nearly gotten hit myself. I will leave this review until they do something about the tree.
