Went in for eyeliner tattoo with Leslie Miller Stidham (owner) and it never took. She refused to refund my money. I went to someone who has 20+ years experience. Had no problems with her eyeliner tattoos.2 years before that I went in for a lash fill. Unbeknownst to me they used regular glue, which was in my file / profile Not To Use, as Im highly allergic to it. I ended up with 2 red, swollen eyes with a horrible rash. I was not compensated for that either.End result; I Do Not recommend flash your style to anyone.

I had microblading completed July 29th with Leslie. They have completely disappeared besides two little strokes at the start of my eyebrow. Leslie states that what she can do for me is not have me come in and pay for my touch up session. She will not honor a refund even though she can clearly see the lack of integrity in her service. She says for me to come in and pay for the touch up appointment. However, the initial session did not last, why would a touch up? The service procedure wasnt that great anyway. She was passive aggressively arguing with another worker about their lack of supplies and one of my eyebrows was way longer than the other.When originally consulting with Leslie, I spoke of my concerns with infection because I am breastfeeding. She shared with me that her strokes are very light. During the session I could barely feel or hear the stokes. Im wondering if the pigment did not stay because the cuts are not deep enough. Either way she is not helpful in resolving the issue.Thanks for stealing my money lady, hope you needed it more than I did!

My wife goes here, I had to rush her to the Er twice after she got lashes done here by Lisa. She had chemical burn in her and adverse reaction to their glue. We got her tested and she was not “allergic” to whatever was in their glue like they told her to brush it off. The doctor said there is something in their glue that is not supposed to be near eyes. She told me she asked the second time for the sensitive glue and she came back with a secondChemical burn in her eye and most of her realLashes fallen off. I paid for both times and we couldn’t even get a response when we complained. She also noted to me no licenses were posted. DO NOT GO HERE.

Such a wonderful place. I made an appointment online to get my first set of eyelash extensions, I didn’t do very much research about what different kinds could be done and what the differences would be, so I was totally clueless walking in. Laura did such an amazing job telling me about the different kinds they do, what their differences are and the prices for their work, and I can tell you that they’re very experienced and know what they’re doing. I just love my eyelashes now and I cannot wait to show them off. I’m really looking forward to going back to get them refilled so I can continue to feel like this. I 100% recommended this place for anyone who is starting out.

Their product doesn’t last long at all - my lash extensions lasted 4 days. they bribe you to remove your bad review by offering a redo/free service, but it’s an inconvenience for them to work with your schedule.

I have been having the most amazing experiences at Massage and Lash Image. Every time I go I am greeted with immediate smiles, and swift service. I have been 5 times so far, every girl who has done the lashes has been amazing. I have mostly had Leslie, she is who just worked on my lashes tonight, and they are incredibly perfect. The girls have stayed open late to work on my lashes, they have given me tips on how to keep the lashes on as long as possible, and they have fixed any problems I have had with a stray lash. I am absolutely impressed with their professionalism, their skill at applying them perfectly, and their grace and courtesy. Tonight I had a situation where I thought I had more cash on me, and I was short a few bucks on the service. Ever graceful, they said it was no problem at all if I just paid the couple dollars the next time I came in. I was totally surprised and grateful that it was handled with such ease. I will be a loyal customer based on my wonderful experiences with Leslie, and the rest of the staff.

Unless you know where to put your eyelashes don’t rely on the technician to place so that they look good. Regardless of how much you tell them, they glob them in the middle not covering the entire upper lid. Had several people ask me what happened if I had lost 1/2 my lashes. They did let me come in to have it fixed, but my time is valuable too and I do t want to come to places twice to get something done correctly.

As a customer to get lashes its not too bad, as a stylist who buys product there to do lashes, low on the spectrum. They never have anything in stock. I would recommend ordering online in advance through Barboleta. Flash Your style offers training to learn different skills which isnt bad but dont get use to their products because you will constantly get irritated at them for not being in stock which is bad for your business send theirs.

I recently had the pleasure of doing a Google Business View for these lovely and talented ladies. Their grace and professionalism were immediately apparent. I had been into their place a number of times before the actual photoshoot and their staff was always pleasant and courteous. You can tell a lot by how business owners treat vendors and everyone here was top notch. Their salon has a comfy waiting area and great ambiance throughout. Loved the red carpet! I am traveling in the area and needed a lash fill. I was scheduled with Amanda. I have had extensions for 4 years and she is hands down an amazing artist. She had every single lash done. No turns and each lash securely positioned! I also had her tint and wax my brows.. Every trip here on out I will be back to see her. It was super easy to get an appointment too.

I made an appointment online & I knew it was with Laura, (they have the name & picture on the website)So I go in, couple minutes before my appointment & I wait there about 10 minutes. Someone else who was there tells me to lay down & starts working on my lashes (only reason why I’m not giving only one star)I could’ve said something but the girl who did my lashes was actually really nice & I liked her. The thing here is I know who my appointment was with & instead of letting me know what was going on (Laura had someone else on the table) they decided to keep it “a secret” & made me feel dumb as if I didn’t notice what had happened. Scheduling problems might happen, just your clients know.

Look great for about a day then all fall out. I was paying to get them filled almost every week, 9 days at the very most. They keep saying it was old glue now they have new glue they said that every time. So I kept going back hoping it would be better the next time (I had them done for several months). I even switch to Russian volumes they said they would last a month. They lasted a week. And they were not fuller then classics. They ladys are all very nice. And I believe they are trying to do a good job. But fail at doing so. Maybe they need more practice? I hate giving bad feed back, but this is My experience.

Kayla Walters is amazing at lashes and other services! She took her time to listen to what the client wanted, paid attention to details, and made sure you left with exactly what you wanted. You never felt like you were just another number. She was very professional and they were lucky to have her! I called to book my appt and was told she was taking time off. I asked when is she back? So I could schedule for when she returns, and was told I dont know. Come to find out instead of being honest they didnt want to tell me she was let go. The owners treat their employees terrible, lack loyalty and total disregard for their employees well being. Not to mention they let un-licensed staff perform services. Lucky for them Washington State Health Dept and L-I dosent know the way they cut corners... Im all about supporting local businesses but will not be recommending this business to any of my friends!!

Most amazing place ever!!!! Went in because I needed my eye brows cleaned up, hair falling out from where its supposed to grow but sprouting up on my forehead. The gals were extremely courteous, happy, fun type atmosphere and they got me in within minutes. Was so impressed with their service, upbeat personalities while creating a relaxing vibe that I went back because they talked to me about scalp micropogmentation, and holy cow!!!!! I went from looking like dude, you should be wearing a hat, to looking like I have a full head of hair!!! Back in July I had gotten Lash extensions and micro blading. And let me tell you, I will NEVER go back. I left crying literally! The gal name Savannah ruined my eye brows.! She over shaped them and not only that she had one bigger than the other as well did them black when obviously my brows were brown. I did call the manager to complain and one two of the ladies asked me to come in to “fix” them. I appreciate them trying to fix it but it didn’t change much. Also the next day my lashes fell off? I wasn’t sure if the lady who did my extensions did them right or what but that was disappointing as well. Besides the lashes, I was told the brows pigment would come off after a month. Well I did them in July and it’s December . Let’s just say my brows are forever Ruined. The off shape she did on my brows are still there, I have to draw my eyebrows to correct it. This really upsets me where I don’t think I could ever trust this place or even anyone to do my brows and that’s unfortunate because I was really wanting them done. But now I know, I’m better off.
