Id give no stars!! The pharmacy there is the worst and slowest Ive ever been to. Slow!!!!!! Rabid monkeys can do a better job! Pure idiocy running that place. They need to shut it down! Took more than 24hrs for my script, I never got! Pharmacist in stupid Hawaiian shirt screamed at me and shrugged his shoulders cause they were busy! He cannot handle his job! This store needs to go. Stevens Drive rite aid way better.

Great store. Quick checkouts. I really like the seasonal inventory around spring time. Especially when it goes on clearance. The people are nice too.

Unless you’re looking for a covid vaccine you may as well go somewhere else. My sons antibiotics called in this morning still aren’t ready at 7pm (told probably not today, they are giving vaccines). I guess his prescription for his infection and 104 degree fever don’t matter when they have healthy people looking for a vaccine in their “pharmacy”.

I have shopped and gotten my prescriptions filled here ever since Rite Aid opened at this location. Not once have I had a negative experience or even a mediocre one. To the contrary, all of the employees have been nice and helpful. The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable.

Have visited this location every 2 weeks for the past 2 months, been working in the neighborhood,and I always leave with question unanswered? Possibly because they dont know the answers, rite aid pharmacy needs some kind of management overhaul,I get the impression the pay check is the only thing thats important to the employees, I even had a one on one with the mgr, to no resolve, hard to comprehend their logic

This pharmacy needs more help. Often times I stand at the counter for 15 to 20 minutes while two pharmacist count pills and one girl waits on cars and the counter. There is no excuse for this. They obviously do not value the consumer. My time is important too.

Yesterday my refrigerator broke and my sons antibiotics got hot and went bad. I called this rite and talked to the pharmacist that was there she help me work out what I need to do to get my son a new prescription and after calling around to the urgent care on clearwater and the Express care on queensgate by 2pm we had a new prescription for him. Very thankful for their help and inside into yes the antibiotics dont stay good outside the refrigerator and tossing it was the best option.

Each time i visit thi Rite Aid they are so friendly and professional and their always so helpful with any question or concern i may have. They try to fill prescriptions at avery decent time to fit my needs. I love going to this Rite Aid.

They need more help! I have waited in line to be helped for 20 min and I was the only one in line. They also make the same mistake every month on my prescription dispensing the generic even though provider clearly wrote other wise

They are possibly the most inept group of medical professionals I have ever encountered. Irksome. Rude. They almost purposely move at a glacial pace. I would go elsewhere if my insurance would allow it. The lead pharmacist is possibly the most incompetent individual I have ever encountered in this profession. They withhold your prescription on a whim, even after your insurance policy has greenlit it to be filled. The medication I take is dosed very specifically and missing even a single dose can be extremely detrimental. These pharmacists are not medical doctors and should not be making clinical decisions regarding a treatment plan they have no real knowledge of. Something needs to be done.

The pharmacy sucks! They take so long to fill a prescription a person could die waiting for their medicine. And thats no stretch either. A prescription was dropped by my Grandsons Doctor at 11am, at 4pm still not filled. Grandson has neumonia and not only needs the antibiotics, but the nebulizer meds also. Explained this to the stooge at the drive up window, heacted as if it was too dificudif to understand. Not shocking considering the incompatency of the pharmacy policy......

They tell you your prescription is ready. You go in and they tell you it will be 20 minutes. Half an hour later they present you with half of your meds. Then indicate it will be a few minutes until the rest are ready. Im still waiting after over an hour.I guess they thought that we needed to be punished for calling them on misleading us.

This pharmacy is by far the worst Rite Aid I have ever used..they dont fill prescriptions on time..even when given at least 3 days notice. .they are constantly out of a prescription. .even though you get it filled every month. Their customer service needs a lot of work..After continual problems..ready to change pharmacies. .even though I have been with Rite Aid for 35 years..

This is one of the worst pharmacies to go to. They never get prescriptions done when told to and then they blame the cashier. Cashiers are limited usually only 1 who does anything even if there is 2 there. Seems like sladana never wants to help customers and just walks in circles doing nothing. There use to be 3 nice girls there but none has quit. Jamaika and sade are nice though. Other than that I wouldnt go there if it was the last place to go. The front counter is exceptional though and I feel that is all that keeps rite aid alive. Rachel is the best customer service person at front!

The majority of the time I come here and there is always a huge line with only 2 people in the pharmacy. Something that shouldnt take more than 5 mins take 40 min of standing in line. They need to take notice of their busy times and staff accordingly

Seriously, in the 3 months since I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy, theyve managed to mess up every month. Ive received someone elses paperwork with my prescriptions, at one point, they tried to give me someone elses prescription, and this morning, the pharmacist insisted that I had talked to members in their pharmacy the last 2 days, when I only dropped my prescription off 2 hours ago. So apparently, theyre making notes in my account for someone else. There has got to be a HIPPA violation or 2 somewhere in this hot mess of a pharmacy. Completely unprofessional.

I searched Google to find out what time Rite aids pharmacy closes and it said ten... I went in store to find out they were closed so I looked around to find an employee and ask their hours and there was no one to be found this is ridiculous I found out after calling and asking that the pharmacy closes at six on weekends. (I searched rite aids pharmacy hours on Google, and it gave me Rite aids hours)

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The technicians (all besides Jamaica) are extremely rude and demeaning. Have actually called to check on status of a prescription and been told that the tech was too busy to help me and to call another time. Have had to sit and wait in store for over an hour to get a script filled when there was no line and it was slow. Changing all my prescriptions elsewhere.

This place is bs they say they are open till 10 but I guess on Saturdays and sundays they close at 6 would have been nice to know

Got stung by a dang bee there. Really hurt. Also pharmacy had no bengay or eggs. 1/5 would Definitely go back again.

Dropped/refilled prescription off Sunday morning and was told they wouldnt have time to fill same day. Came back Tuesday night and it still wasnt filled. Wait there for 30 minutes and they finally call my name and only received 2 of 3 items. Gave up.

They tell you prescription is ready, you show up to get it, is not ready.

This rite aid really does suck.
