Extremely unprofessional. Left on hold for 6 minutes AFTER asking for price per 100 copies. I hung up and called back and the associate actually answered the phone, Im a little busy right now. It took a lot of composure to tell him that being on hold for 6 minutes after asking 3 people for a very simple industry quote and answering the phone in that fashion is unacceptable for any business.

Someone asked if I needed help almost as soon as I came in. I found 1 of the 2 items I was looking for. 1.0 GEL INK PENS 🖊 I found, but they didnt have a portable Hotspot in stock.
