I give this place 0 stars because the wait time is ridiculous and customer service is horrible. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru you will still experience a long wait time. I called to check the status of my kid prescription they told me it would be a hour I waited 2 hours before I went to pick of the prescription and I got there it still wasn’t ready the pharmacist act like she had an attitude about it and told me had to wait another 15 to 20 mins I don’t know who runs the place but its very unprofessional
Showed up for confirmed appt for covid test. Told *rudely* they dont test at that location. Told it was a corporate problem. No, it was my problem and being treated rudely didnt make things better. If the store knew it was a corporate problem, store should have had problem fixed. And they shouldnt have signs out front pointing to drive up window for covid testing.
Scheduled a Covid test. Got all the texts and email. Went to the drive thru 10 minutes early. Only to see a hand written sign saying no tests! Anyone could have let me know!! Ridiculous!
Scheduled a covid testing at this location for my family for travel. Scheduled the appointment last week, received confirmation of the appointment and get a text message the same day of my appointment that it was canceled
Was not open til 12am. Showed up at 11:30pm closed.
Schedule a COVID test, received email confirmation of date/time . I later received cancel email with no reason.
Horrible place. Refill my prescription automatic. Coming in a few days. Not ready. The pharmacist is starting preparing them. I use this pharmacy for 17 years. It was the best, when the old professional pharmacists were working there. I was tired of it. I change it to an other CVS MAYFIELD VILLAGE. SO NICE. So nice and professional.
Just wanted to thank the pharmacist Dipansh Bhavsar for helping me with my prescription today. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he is excellent at his job.
Very bad customer service at the drive through, take 1 hour each car, you must take your lunch in the car because you have to wait at least 2 hours bad bad very bad
Drive through to pick up prescription regularly takes over a half hour in a short line. Skip this one. Go to the one on the corner of Richmond/Mayfield.
Pharmacist (not their usual one) was hostile, offensive and negligent. I have been a customer for over 30 years, but not after this past week’s experience. They made 2 mistakes, forgot to include one med (after my 2nd hour long wait in line). Refuses to answer thephone and then closed the window at 5:40pm as I pulled up to it after waiting in line for an hour. I know that everyone is busy and we all need to be patient, but this was negligence.
I went to get my Covid test here. I scheduled an appt at 11:40 and waited an hour & 30 mins in line. Why are they scheduling appts every 10 mins if it takes that long? Only 3 cars were ahead of me. The woman also said I would receive an email within 24 hours and I never did. I called up there & one of the workers told me she knows nothing about that and can’t help me. Everything about the place and experience was a disaster.
This is the worst pharmacy in the world. I called in to check the status of my prescription progress and waiting for hour, no live people answer the phone. I will leave this the worst store and transfer to Walgreens.
Staffing is totally incompetent and/or totally understaffed (which would be the fault of CVS corporate).I had an appointmentand got my covid test there on Friday 10/16. Waited in line for 3 hours for the test and there were only 7 cars in front of me from the start!! It is now 10/21 and I still have no results. My cousin and my sister were both tested on the same day at different CVS locations, both were through in less than an hour and both had their results by Sunday morning 10/18!! To make matters worse, when I call all I get is a recording--impossible to get a live person. So I tried calling the pharmacy line 3X in 2 days and held on for 15-20 minutes each time and no one ever answered the phone!!! Finally I tried the main store 2X and asked for the store manager only to be put on hold for another 20 minutes without an answer. This has got to be one of the worst run CVS stores in this state.
This is worst pharmacy l have ever used. Never enough help. Long waits at the drive thru and in the store. They never answer the phone because they dont have the help to do it. Then they set up Covid testing in the drive thru lane so if you want to drive up to get your meds you have to go inside. How dumb is that. Get your meds some place else.
I called the pharmacy and automatically put on hold for 20 minutes (no one answered). I then called the store and asked for the store manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. This is not a new experience and this store apparently has a history of bad customer service according to previous reviews. I called CVSs 1-800 customer service line, and it was also a bad experience. This store and CVS as a whole do not deserve even one star.
Abso-lutley terrible, I waited in pharmacy line for 40 minutes (and counting) and the only reason the line moved is bc 2 people already left the line.., 110% recomend NOT coming here.
This pharmacy might as well be holding my prescription hostage at this point. It only got sent there by accident as Ive switched to Walgreens recently. I cant get through to anyone to find out the rx number and get it transferred, so my doctors office will have to fix this. But the reason I switched was far worse - a few months ago they took a hydroscopic medication out of its original moisture-resistant packaging and put it into a flimsy, non-airtight bottle with NO silica packs! If I hadnt known what would happen if I didnt switch bottles (and have the bottle still from the last refill), I could have ended up in the ER or worse from taking degraded extended-release pills and then overdosing from them. And their solution when I called that time (and waited a long time to speak to them) was to write a note on just MY account and not actually train the pharmacists to READ - its literally printed on the original bottle not to do what they did. What good was a note on my file going to do if they wouldnt even read the bottle that was right in front of them? This time my doctors office made the mistake of sending my prescription there, but CVS is certainly confirming to me why I changed to Walgreens by not answering their phones or contacting me about this prescription, which was sent LAST WEEK. But their automated system just says theyre working on it, and there seems to be a glitch too where the voice says days supply without a number instead of how many days supply. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Theyre going to end up killing people if they dont retrain.
I do not want to give this 1 star. This location has been going downhill for the past few months. They NEVER answer the phone and takes forever to fill a prescription. I used to get my prescription within a few hours once my doctor sent it over. Now it takes at least a day maybe two. I’m definitely switching pharmacies. People need their medications.
I would leave a 0 star review if I could. This place is the worst. Time to find a new pharmacy.
Wait and wait at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist MIGHT look up just long enough to mutter “we’ll be right with you” which is your signal you’re probably in trouble if you need to be someplace else within the hour. You are basically on your own at this odd CVS.
Over the past three days I have spent several hours trying to get hold of CVS pharmacy to check on a prescription. Horrible!
Today is 4/17/20 and i have officially been listening to elevator music for 30 mins. I used a work phone to call and ask if someone could intercom back and ask the pharmacy to pick up the young lady who answered said “oh naw I can’t do that I don’t work back there.” I asked to speak to the manager she said “oh sure hold on” and i proceeded to hold on that phone for 10mins. I understand it being busy but at least pick up and say hold so I know someone is coming. I’m beyond irritated with this place. They used to be one of my favorite pharmacies lately I hate going there.
Beyond frustrating. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. On the rare occasion that they pick up after being on hold for a half hour, they just hang up on you. That has happened multiple times to me and it’s unacceptable. Today I finally got through to someone, I asked about the status of my rx and gave my name/DOB, and was put on hold for another 25 minutes before getting fed up and hanging up. When I first started using this pharmacy I loved it because the pharmacist was really sweet and helpful, but I haven’t seen her for a few months and I also haven’t seen her since all these problems started so I have a feeling she’s no longer there. All pharmacies can be frustrating at times, but this one is by far the absolute worst.
This review is for the pharmacy and I dont know about any of the other CVSs but this one is absolutely terrible. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be and they never answer the phone during the day. I have also heard complaints about scripts not being ready from other people. My parents had the same issue so finally they decided to go elsewhere. The pharmacy has told me several times that CVS does not have enough staff and they do apologize. Hopefully the right person will see these reviews (which I doubt) and figure something out to make you want to keep coming back here.
If I could give this pharmacy negative starts I would. Never once is my prescription ready on time I pick up a sealed precounted rx every time and it’s never ready!!! My doc sent in a rx yesterday morning that I need ASAP... 36 hours later they still need 2 more hours to “get it ready” I swear they play too much with people meds!!! I’m writing a letter to corporate.
Terrible customer service. Very slow, unprofessional, including the pharmacy. They never answer the phone, etc..
The people who act like they work here dont know how to handle customers. I gave them multiple times to do the right thing and they chose not to. Do not give them your business. Mean hateful people in pharmacy accept for pharmacist. Tried to do business here again and an hour later still no help. Walgreens across the street very helpful. They welcome your business
My doctor tried for two days to send a prescription. Very disappointing.
Good customer service, pharmacy techs try to find discounts for the uninsured
This place is beyond frustrating. They never answer the phone and customer service is terrible. Trust me read the reviews and choose another pharmacy
On hold for 2 and a half hours
Terrible voice response system. Very slow and not helpful.
Terrible service trying to refill a prescription, and they do not answer their phone.
Good pharmacy. Quick and accurate.
Very bad service been waiting on my medicine 4 3days that the doctor called n never going back there
I never not have a problem.
Nothing but problems...
Do not go here for pharmacy!! Female pharmacist is down right nasty and incompetent! Horrible disposition! Doesn’t want to work! Refused to phone sister pharmacy to see if my prescription was at that location and told my husband to do it himself!! She claimed she couldn’t do it even though her male coworker had previously done it on another visit! Refused to check electronic records from my doctor! And when I asked to speak with her she had the worst attitude! Smh just gone ahead and quit because customer service is not your field ma’am !!! 00000 stars given just horrible
