This Dollar Tree is one of the busiest in the area. Ive has good luck finding what I need at this location. Like many retail stores, they tend to be understaffed, so please be kind to the cashiers and stock people, they are doing their best! Unfortunately the clientele here tends to be a bit sloppy and it is difficult for the staff to keep up. This isnt simply a Dollar Tree issue, as I have observed this with a number of stores in n the vicinity. So...be kind to your cashier, theyre doing the best they can!

This store is not as well stocked or staffed as others I have been to.

Its sad that you have to travel outside of the inter city to Dollar Tree. In order to get more selections of products. And the shelves are fully stocked. The westside D. T. Is great. Brook park. Trump it.

Store was a bit of a mess. New configuration makes it harder to shop and they never have enough cashiers working... cant beat those prices though!

I come to the Hilltop Plaza location regularly. They always seem to have what Im looking for.

Been to this store 3 times and the employees have always been very nice and helpful (especially the older cashiers). Love that everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) is $1. Sometimes 2 for $1. Best bargain in a Dollar tree are the greeting cards. Same cards that sold for $4 elsewhere, were .50 to $1 here !!! Best place to get decorations for holidays too!! Only constructive criticism is that they NEED to have more checkout lines open, since it is always crowded every time Ive been there (and its the same for ALL of the dollar trees Ive been to, always crowded, always only 1-2 lines open). But yes, I will be back to this one. Very nice employees, great prices, conveniently located.

Great place to shop for groceries. You wont believe the selection they have that will save you a lot of money as opposed to going to a ordinary grocery syore. Staff are always greeting you with a smile and ask did you find everything okay. I grocery shop at multiple grocery stores when that time of month come around to do the grocery shopping.. But Dollar Tree is ALWAYS at the top of my list for groceries and I ALWAYS am able to scratch off at least half the items on my list at the end of my trip. Dont sleep on Dollar Tree people. They are great for savings!

2018, always well stocked. I always find what I came for. I posted that a year ago.2019, the store always has boxes everywhere, twice they were out of stock on what I was looking for. And, the manager with the long black hair with a white stripe always seems irritated.

The only down fall is theyre still using paper bags makes it hard to carry.

I cant say enough about this fine establishment. The employees are always super pleasant the store is always stocked and looking nice. The older gentleman who Im not sure is the owner or the general manager...is freaking awesome!! Always so nice and willing to go above and beyond for the customer… Love this place!!

I am impressed that the store finally replaced the carpet in the store. I had stopped going there because the carpet was so dirty you could not walk on it without your feet sticking. The store was clean an all the workers I came in contact with were very pleasant.

I asked a representative if she was opening up and she yelled at me to wait until she got the drawer in I dropped the merchandise on the counter, let her know she needs better customer service skills, and left. This is the same rep who complained about her job last time I was there. Maybe youd get more hours if you improve your attitude.

The fact that everything here was a dollar blew my mind.. most dollar stores have items that are just cheaper than you would find at a regular store - but here not only is everything a dollar but they have name brand items like fabreeze, car adapters, laundry detergent, awesome dishes and silverware and cups, and best of all the candy! Everything for a buck can you believe it?!

Lots of stuff I need for the baby shower, from cleaning products, to decorations, to serving to storage.

Its one of those places that has all the cheap stuff you need but the employees seem like they could care less.And they decided to cut costs by implementing a NO double bagging policy, however, their bags are super thin and flimsy. So my options are getting a thousand separate bags or wait for my bag to rip between their dirty store and my vehicle. How about we let one of the disgruntled employees go and let us just get our purchases home. I wonder did corporate office make this rule or did some indifferent Manager decide the area doesnt deserve the comfort to take their stuff home.Ok, so its been awhile since i visited. This place has improved a little but its still a way off from being decent. It almost feels like its a court-ordered program. Like druggies and convicts have to work there before they can get back into society.If you dont mind that, then there you go.

First time in a dollar store in my adult life. It was clean and weird. Wish I had one of these in my old college town.

This isnt one of the better locations. There is always an unnecessary line of customers and one worker ringing them out. Customers wait in the one long line, watching the other workers on break or discussing who will be the next person to work the one regoster. The store is congested and could use more organization of items.
