Great customer service, great prices, very informed I am very happy with my new bed rug and lamp!

Worked with Fred to get a great price on a couch/love seat combo, coffee table and side tables. He helped us out and kept knocking prices down. The couches were delivered two days later and the delivery guys were also great. Honestly a shame that the mall is dying as the obviously have a strong team here and are getting people fantastic deals.

Dont waste your money here. Also never shop in a place that does not have prices on its items for sale. Their half off was more than most reputable furniture stores. If the store is truly closing great, but more than likely it will end up being another rebranded LaSalle. They have done this since the early 90s. Oh, the best part of all, their sales person was more interested in playing Madden 2018 than helping. This place does not even deserve a star.

Fred was knowledgeable and able to meet our need this evening. We went in the store just to look. We ended up with a new love seat and sofa to be delivered in time for our daughter’s graduation party.

I bought a $5000.00 bed room set from lasalle at Richmond Mall for $2500.00 tax and delivery included from Fred! Awesome experience and delivered within the next couple days after purchase!!! I would recommend highly for anyone in need of great furniture for a great price!

My experience so far has been with customer service which was great, very efficient. If my delivery and set up is equal., I will be happy to say that Im quite satisfied.

Not much to say about this place. We walked in looking to purchase a couch. Walked around the entire store front to back. Woman at the desk never even asked if we needed help. So...... We walked out! Dont go here if youre looking for customer service.

Omg omg OMGAAAAAAWD The staff at Lasalle was absolutely amazing!! I mean hands down I truly hope Lasalle values Diane & Fred as employees because they totally ROCK!!!!! I was in dire need of an mattress and no idea what I was going to do I just so happen to be getting my nails done in the mall and walked pass there “everything must go” sale😩😔😐😞 I know I know it gonna be so hard to say goodbye. I’m sure there moving on to bigger and better things but anywho I walked and was greeted like a rockstar (which I totally love) especially while spending my money. I could afford the full set but not to worry Fred directed me to Diane who got me approved for a furniture loan and now I’m sleeping lovely on an amazing Rise international Bed and I couldn’t be happier thank you soooo much Diane & Fred ily😘😘

This place is a scam! Was told that I had to put down $50 before I was notified if Id be approved for credit or not. Once I was told I wasnt and wanted a refund, the sales person told me to visit their other location first. After that I decided I still wanted a refund, then all of a sudden I was told I wouldnt be able to get one and all sales were final. However no sale was made. Dont give them your money. North Coast Factory Direct is better priced, doesnt lie, and have better quality furniture. They also have a larger selection. La Salles salesmen have no integrity!

I dont recommend anyone buying furniture from them. I know now why they had to downsize. I got a living room set and a bedroom set and it took forever for me to get my furniture for one, two they come to set up and they leave all the boxes in the house, three the bed they did not put the headboard on because they said they forgot the screws and then when I call about the screws, no one calls me back for days after multiple calls and multiple messages left with actual people, only to finally talk to someone for them to tell me you have to purchase the screws SERIOULY! Ive never heard of purchasing screws to put it together after you buy the bedroom set and pay for delivery and pay for setup charge. So frustrated with this company. Horrible customer service

Furniture is of low quality bought 2 recliners first one broke within a month. They did replace it but the chairs are cheaply made. Also bought a power lift chair it has stopped working after 6 month we have not even finished paying for this junk.

I bought a living room set paid cash. when the delivery guys brought the furniture it had existing scratches & holes aside from the ones the crew proceeded to add. I took pics, took them up to the store to encounter chip who gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever ever EVER! had in my life. His crew admitted to the damage which infuriated chip. He then started to state the condition wasnt that bad & I quote this isnt Disney World its real life & mistakes happen eventually I dealt with Dan & after showing up to the store everyday complaining right before I started legal proceedings my furniture was replaced. WARNING find another place to shop you will thank me when all is said & done. When it comes to LaSalle shop at your own risk & before you purchase anything ask about the return policy.
