I started coming here years ago for business promotional items. I stopped for a while and since Ive returned Im not completely pleased. I feel insulted by the terminology used by associates and the service on my last visit took the cake. Dont tell someone your giving them their discount and youre just saying it because you think the person doesnt know and youre trying to rush through customers. The lack of patience displayed was awful. I have recently found me another location thats cheaper and way more helpful. Ill wait a few years before returning to this location. Maybe things will return to being polite, helpful and friendly. Thanks for the things you all have done. Hopefully youll be more patient with your small business owners and applying discounts that you all offered. Its a great drop off spot though! No real communications needed.

I just recently moved to St. Louis and I’ve been in here twice. Both times a pleasant greeting the moment I walked in, friendly customer service, and seamless transactions. This will be my go to UPS location!

The guy there was unfriendly and condescending, i was having an issue with an Amazon return and he had an idgaf attitude instead of trying to actually help me or even politely tell me he couldnt help. I realize Amazon is not UPS and it wasnt his issue (i never asked him to fix the problem, i knew it wasnt on him to do so) but the way he talked to me about it was just rude. Then he started spraying disinfectant everywhere when i was wearing a mask and i wasnt touching anything so like why did he suddenly need to do that?They also wanted $3.50 to print out a return label and were like, Amazon doesnt dictate our prices. Like no kidding, i realize that but its still an outrageous price

I just pulled and parked in front and three customers all had masks on, but none of the staff have masks on. Ridiculous for a tiny store. They obviously have no concern for their customers. Ill be going somewhere else. Not even going to step foot in there. Shameful.

Had an awesome, painless experience here with Andrew (I believe that was his name?). Got 3 different tasks done super efficiently and he was so kind to me! They are also only allowing 3 customers in the store at a time due to COVID, which I really appreciate safety-wise. Andrew was also super sweet about letting the other customers know which is imperative in my book. :) Ill definitely be returning in the future for my postage/printing needs!

I typically go into this store to return items that I bought online. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. In the times Ive come here, I have not had any issues with them not taking my package or trying to charge me extra for things that I dont need, and I havent come across any rude people who work there. Great store

Not sure why people are giving this place bad reviews. Theyre charging money for a service. I come here to ship stuff pretty often and service is fast and easy.However, yes, although USPS accepted is posted outside of this location, it costs $2 for them to hand it off, which is a bit strange.

Warning! Do not get a mailbox from this store on automatic payment. They will forget to charge your payment method on file and give the box away without contacting you. This just happened to me with a box I had for several years. Unbelievable.

I dropped off an Amazon return but was refused a receipt. Im still waiting for my refund. Seems strange especially when I dont have proof of returning my merchandise.UPDATE: I have received my refund...yay!

I use UPS for shipping as that is the vendor of choice that the worldwide company I work for has selected. Let me say there are great locations, elsewhere in St. Louis, then there is the location. Horrible service overall, the owner operator is has no customer service skills and just plain rude.When I drop off packages, I always ask for a receipt for the prepaid waybill that I use and all locations either ask me if I would like a receipt or if I request one, they are happy to oblige. This facility has stated to me that receipts for drop offs are not mandatory and are not available for prepaid waybill users. I thought that maybe this was a one time response so I tried 2 more times when I dropped off packages and was told the same thing.I the began researching this through the main UPS shipping location in Earth City, MO as well as contacting the corporate headquarters to try to find out what the official policy is. It boils down to this: Each store is a franchise and they have to purchase the blank labels to print the receipts on and basically this owner is cheap and does not want to print too many labels. I have never left a package with this location because of this and I never will. I will drive a short distance to another location for my UPS needs, both business and personal.

Staff here is beyond excellent and will take care of you! They are a part of a franchise and not UPS itself, so nominal fees for various things like tape should be expected as they are technically a small business. Buy a roll of tape and keep it in your car if that bothers you.They sell boxes and packing supplies. They will pack and ship your items. They can take care of different print jobs and other things like lamination and faxes. They also offer mailboxes that allow you to receive packages in a safe location.

Today I came in to ship a body kit for a bike. Was told before that it would cost roughly about $45 to ship. Was told it would cost over $300 to ship! That’s hilarious and totally wrong. I then went to The USPS they charged me $29 to ship the exact same box I brought in today and your guy didn’t even weigh it. See the difference, that’s a lot of money and I’m fully aware of what shipping costs are, especially since I run my own online business and I do a lot of shipping from home. The box weighted 26lbs. UPS is never getting my business, especially if the shipping costs are that outrageous. $300 Compared to $29. Yeah...

The staff was helpful but pricing on print outs was ludacris. Over $3 for a low grade print out. To put that into perspective the most ive ever paid for this at other locations is $0.25 and they are generally closer to $0.10. Just un reasonable. Also wait time was too long. I was 1/2 people in the store with 2 employees and only one was helping anyone. I will absolutely never go back.

Ive always had good experiences with the customer service staff. They are very friendly, helpful & assertive. Myonly reason for the 3 stars is because every UPS location that i visit/ call are saying that there is no notary public. Whether it be that they are on medical leave or they just do not exist in that store this is a huge inconvenience. So you guys need to stop advertising this. Very misleading.

I worked with Martin at this location to ship artwork valued at $12,000 to Germany. Martin spent a long time on the phone on my behalf working out the details with UPS corporate as well as different US government agencies involved in the process. He went very far out of his way to make sure the process went smoothly.I will definitely return for this fantastic service and attention to detail.

I really cannot express enough how great these guys are. We only got a mailbox a hand full of months ago and I use the pack and shipping service too. If we dealt with professionals like this everywhere, there quite possibly could be peace on Earth! LOL.

Shipped a computer from this location to a new apartment in another state. The computer was damaged, but Marty, the manager, and the staff at the store were helpful and provided excellent service in getting a claim submitted and I was reimbursed for these damages to the computer.While it was disappointing that the computer was damaged I was happy with the level of service that was provided and was eventually reimbursed the shipping costs and compensated for the damages. I took off one star because I dont believe the computer was sufficiently packed in the first place, but everything came out alright in the end.

Multiple UPS Stores come up on Google in a search for notary public services yet every one I’ve called in St Louis has said they do not even employ a notary. I consider this false advertising by UPS as their employees directly contradict information marketed to the public online.

Petty Theives! Amazon says it is supposed to be free to drop off a return, however they wanted to charge $1 in order for ME to use their tape to seal up the original Amazon box. I feel bullied after dealing with them, they know Amazon already reimburses them.

After recieving a ridiculous quote and poor service at FedEx in Brentwood I drove here. Not only was the cost for shipping $60 less, the staff (Joe & team) there took the time to clearly explain to me the options and how they impacted to cost shipping documents to Canada. Will definately go straight to these guys next time!

Tried to bring up return code for 15 minutes. Cell phone reception is very slow in store. Put up a sign advising of this. I stepped outside and return code came through quickly.

This UPS store had friendly service for many years but not anymore. New owner hired rude aggressive male manager who harassed me, damaged my packages, and tried to steal one of my packages while I was signing the slips to pick them up! #MeToo

Very poor service over charged. I ask clerk on why the cost of insurance was higher than UPS website his reply to all my questions was I dont know we are not UPS. 5 questions 5 answers IDK we are not UPS ask them. I went to UPS and the cost was 1/2 sad poor service here buyer beware

Obnoxiously long lines. New girl really slowing things down with her ridiculously detailed questions regarding content of packaging. Im here weekly shipping for business. Never had to explain the detail of my packages at a UPS store before. Will be looking for other locations until she stops or is gone.

Just a bunch of greedy jerks at this University-convenient location. They insisted that I buy unnecessary packaging material from them and when I said no, they refused to receive my pre-paid package. I took the same package to the UPS Customer Center at 520 S Jefferson - and they accepted it without issue. Consider using the other UPS stores on Brentwood or on Manchester - there you will find genuinely helpful staff.

Went to drop off a package with a prepaid label. The guy behind the counter hardly acknowledged me and when I asked for a receipt, he gave me a pen and a piece of paper and told me to write it down myself. What a joke!

Did not return message about notary hours. Upon arrival I was told they don’t actually offer notary services even though it’s advertised at their location. When I asked why my message wasn’t returned, I was simply told “okay, bye.”
