We needed a new battery for my car and Pammy made the process a breeze. She tested my battery and saw right away it was dead. She helped me pick out the correct battery and installed it. We appreciated her kindness, knowledge + customer service, so much. Thank you Pammy. We now know where we will be going for any future car needs!

Purchased some parts from Pam at 12 found out I didn’t need them at 1 took them back and Chris the “second general manager” explained that because one of my parts were “installed” (it had my dirty handprints on it) they couldn’t be returned. I have never been to a parts store where you come back an hour later to return parts and you can’t. The guy had the personality of a boar hog and refused to return my other part that hadn’t even been opened. Won’t ever go back. Location is trash I’ll use rincon and Pooler from now on or go to autozone. Another store returned both items for me with no questions or issues. He probably shouldn’t be in customer service with a personality like his.

The car wouldnt start without a jump. Went to Advance and while testing the battery they found the negative terminal was lose. Car started fine once we tightened it.

Worker never gave me a receipt for product purchased then when I wanted to exchange for an even exchange was told cannot do so because the little wire ends were off of a radio harness. That’s the reason it’s not a electronic device. It is a harness that connects to a aftermarket radio. For $13.99 I will never do business again with advanced auto thank you for your business I will definitely go someplace else

I didnt my parts order over the internet. Pick up was easy and fast. Even the battery install was quick. Great website and Richmond Hill Advance Auto Parts, you guys rock!

Great customer service. My check engine light came on and I had it checked here and the guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they cared and didn’t brush me off like other auto parts stores in the area.

So I was in here picking up somethings and I over heard a manager telling a coworker named Tyler to wear a mask on two different occasions and he said no he was not going to I will not be back in here!!!!! Very unacceptable!!!

This store really needs more “experienced “ help! I felt so sorry for the guy that helped us! He basically was learning by trial and error! So sad! He absolutely had NO training! After asking the manager, she was too busy to help him! A lady pulled up in delivery van and came in to just sit down! Kudos to him for trying so hard! He has long curly hair pulled back! Wonderful guy!

They had a hard to find part for an Antique automobile I was restoring, and it was substantially less expensive and immediately AVAILABLE. Staff is friendly & helpful. Alsp, returning an unused part that I had purchased 6 months prior, was easy and cheerfully refunded.

Usually shop online to get lowest price. Your order will be ready to be picked up by the time you drive to the store or have it shipped to your house. Always get more personalized service than at the larger competitor down the street.

Quick and easy visit. Store is clean, well organized and fully stocked. Found the fluid I needed quickly and checked right out.

I like advance, I usually go to auto zone, but figured Id stop here instead. They have different things here and there, prices are comparable mainly not much different but some items are way more & some arent, just depends on the item.

Previously known as Discount Auto Parts, Advanced Auto Parts is one of the oldest auto parts stores in Richmond Hill, and my favorite. I went in there not really knowing what fuse I needed and an employee offered to test the fuses in the car to find out exactly which one it was and to help me change the fuse, and was very friendly about the whole thing.

This place was very rude. My new wipers blades that I bought in our home town failed it came apart. Not no cheap wipers. This place wouldnt even talk to me because I didnt have the reciept. Hopefully we wont get no more rain til we get back home so they will replace it.

Great for finding uncommon parts at good prices.
