Rob, the manager, and especially Andrew, the oil change employee were both efficient and courteous. Ill certainly be back for all my future auto needs and would be glad to refer friends to this convenient AutoExpress location! ! !

Just got great service from our tow driver Mike! Called in the evening through our USAA insurance, needed roadside assistance for my husbands Jaguar and the tow itself was prompt and efficient. Pick up then drop off at our apartment was great, we appreciate him being able to come out despite the rain, and on a Friday night too?! Good job Mike! 👍

Worst place to get a car. The car I purchased did not last 3 months before it stopped working in the middle of the highway going 70mph thankfully there was not any cars behind me because that could have been a complete disaster and a lawsuit towards the company for selling me a homicidal vehicle if I would have even survived. Stay far away from this company.

Lee was amazing. He got to us way before AAA predicted and got the car towed quickly. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a tow and hope that y’all are fortunate enough to get Lee to help in your unfortunate situation.

My experience was really good..they let me test drive, answered all my questions. Sold me a great car... disappointing side is after the sale it was hard to get in touch with Mr Steven... did a $100 holding fee for the car, and took them a week and a half to return $.. not because of the staff. The staff he has is great, even the detailer was friendly and helpful... I left a phone number for Mr Steve, never received a call back...month later called to check on title so could get tags for the car. Cant get in touch with Mr Steve... This review in not to bash express auto. Hopefully it will help Mr Steve want to give his staff some control, so that they can help the costumer... was tired of calling back every hour because he stepped out or was in a meeting. / Thank you Mr Steve for a great car, thank you ms Tammy and staff for being as helpful as you COULD be...

Horrible place to buy a car. Our vehicle was paid off in March and we still can’t get our title. When we call them they are rude and always gives us an excuse why they don’t have it. We found out there is a lien on it from a previous owner. We are now hiring a lawyer to take care of this issue for us. Spare yourself the trouble and go to a legitimate business to purchase your vehicle. If I could give negative stars I would.

Melissa the staff member was polite an understanding how ever STEVEN the owner was extremely rude !! Never apologize for bad customer service I been waiting an hour !!! He was not willing to compromise on rates, he demand I needed to keep my debit card on file I have not sign papers authorizating that statement. He did not have me sign any papers or explain anything to me just plain out RUDE AN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Please do not do business with these people! One of their employees accidentally rear-ended me while driving one of the dealership cars. She had been test driving it and was considering buying it. The owner promised to fix my bumper as soon as possible...three months later, after no action on his part and fighting with Express Auto Groups insurance company, I found out they never had insurance on the car to begin with. Thank goodness my insurance company took care of me. As for the car his employee was test driving, she was forced to buy it and later learned that not only was there a problem with the brakes, but the engine blew up shortly after she bought it. This place is a scam!

I was scrambling to get a trailer rental after another company double booked my reservation and left me in a bind. They jumped on helping me and did so in a professional and courteous manner. They got me squared away quickly and were great to deal with...very happy with the service!!

I recently tried to purchase a truck from express auto in Richmond Hill ga and was told I had to put down a $2500 deposit, just last week I sold cars for this same dealership and this is the type of customer service I received. I would not recommend anyone doing any business with this dealership because they are price gougers and they carry no morals. I will report this to the car association as soon as I am instructed how to proceed with this type of bias decision made by Steve the owner.

I can say there service is definitely questionable, besides Tammy being very nice I can say that I feel like I did make a mistake. The vehicle was infested with roaches and I had experienced trouble with the car the first week I had it. A used car will have its issues but they were hidden away from me and I should have been informed of the roach problem, at that point I would have been able to make the decision, whether I wanted to choose a different car or purchase an infested one. Tammy is about the best thing going there otherwise I would not recommend anyone to do business there unless you are a mechanic.

Like most people their is a natural understanding that when you buy a used car there are things that may go wrong unknown to the dealer or their mechanics. But as most people now when buying any used vehicle you take it to a mechanic you trust and sort out any issues the car maybe having. This will be the second vehicle I bought from this place. Never have I been treated with poor customer service nor have I been treated unfairly. This auto group has some of the sweetest people. The owner even text with me way after hours when I showed interest in purchasing again( who does that on their family time?). My first vehicle did not have any issues and never gave me on problem from day one. I have total faith that my next one will give me no issues as well! So go on down and start you car buying process now!!!

The worst Cars Ive ever been forced to rent. My car was in the shop for a week and my only two choices were one car that had zero air conditioning and a check engine light on, or a two door car (I have 2 car seats!) with a check engine light on and an oil light on. The staff were not friendly and unwilling to help me get into a reliable car (one that didnt have lights all over the dashboard!)

Tried to rip my son off for $60 change. Had to contact corporate and spend time following day going back to u haul dealer to get money back, took some time, multiple phone calls and insisting I want cash back that day as we paid cash. The guy who gave $2 change to my son instead of $60 while I was in bathroom and son didnt know what to pay, I just told him there was a small balance due and the guy will tell him what it is...it was closing time by the time we got set up with trailer and the guy was gone in a flash! It was a Friday so I guess he was in a hurry. Anyway, having being given the 3rd degree and some odd looks I got the money back and ended up having an emotional conversation with the female employee as to why we were in GA, to get out of storage the belongings of my youngest son who passed away recently. Honest mistake.......only the guy and God knows!

WORST place to rent or buy a car from. They will draft your account without knowing and try to over charge you for the days. Rental cars always have check engine light on, tires are bald, car is dirty. Save your time, gas, and money and go somewhere else!! Unprofessional people here!!

I purchased my vehicle from Express Auto, absolutely LOVE it!! The people in the office are super friendly, could not have dealt with anyone better!!! I HIGHLY recommend this car lot to anyone!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought the truck in full April of 2018. Traded it in this year for another vehicle. Never received the title, no matter how many assurances I received that all the proper paperwork was sent in. The dealership I traded the truck into just got the title after 5 months of dealing with these people.

I havent read any of the other reviews but we rented a U haul from here and the inside office is very clean and professional, the staff was very profesional and also very helpful. Id use them again to rent a U Haul.

Heard unprofessional issues with this place but I thought it could not be that bad. I was greeted but things went downhill from there They refuse to provide deal financial information, only a payment amount. Unable to get a straightforward answer. I finally gave up. I am glad I backed out before consummating a deal with a dealer with unethical business practices.

Horrible -- unbelievably horrible! customer service. Was calling to inquire about a car rental and the lady who answered had ZERO patience to answer even my FIRST question. Was EXTREMELY rude, cold, hard, and downright nasty with me the entire time. I mean really nasty. (And I was being VERY polite and patient despite her rudeness.) I could not believe how nasty this lady was. Was like pulling teeth to get any info. When I finally managed to at least get the rental rates, theyre NO CHEAPER than any other car rental place. Now, if they had some amazingly cheap rentals and good deals, I might be willing to put up with such horrible cust svc, but why go thru it for this kind of treatment? Plus, they will NOT allow you to reserve a rental, not even for 5 minutes til you can come in to pick it up. Also, its first come, first serve and she said they never know when/if a rental will be available. Im totally shocked at the way I was treated. Hope others report them as well.

Horrible. They did get me an ok vegicle. Said they fixed the problems well they didnt. It has bow been over three months since purchase and they have yet to give yhe title or lien to the actual lien holder. They havent been able to send me an actual license plate for the vehicle because it always gets lost in route. However I got the temporary license they sent me until they could figure out what happened to the real license. Do not go to this group. They looked good but wont take care of you.

Steve got mad because he try to overcharge me for a rental car which I didnt have to pay for my adjuster rented me another car now he refuses to give me a call because he try to overcharge me these people full of it .. then the riddle that they gave me had broken down so he dont want to replace the other replace me with another one

This used car business is deceitful, dishonest and sells cars that are very unreliable, sold my son a car with no brakes, no emergency brake,(is a manual transmission) and a cracked engine, that was verified by 2 different very reliable mechanics--do not buy or rent anything from these guys
