I recently visited the Verizon store in Richmond Hill and want to commend Alana for her kindness and willingness to assist me. She was one of four associates in the store but the only one who offered to help me. She introduced herself and asked about my day. Alana demonstrated professionalism and proved she genuinely cares about the customer. Verizon, shes a keeper. Please acknowledge, praise, and reward her because she truly represents your company well.
Came in to transfer phone,Ed took the necessary time to explain the new promo. While listening I was was really just wanting to complete transaction and leave. He totally had me trusting and listening to what my options were. Thank goodness I encountered him instead of someone looking to make a dollar. You would be lucky to have everyone in your company trained by him. Great job Ed.
Came in to get a problem fixed with my phone. He was amazing very polite very helpful. This is the 1st time I have been in a Verizon store and actually got help. He answered all my questions!! You can really tell he loves his job and loves to help others. He took customer service to a new level!! The reps at any retail store should take note from him. He makes you feel like you have been friends forever. He asked all the right question and was not Pushy about anything.. well only deal with him for now on..
DENISE IS A SAINT! i have never had more confidence in a sales person for any carrier. she was beyond passionate about making sure we got the best possible deal; regardless of the time it took. she even stayed past her scheduled shift time to make sure that our account was correct with our trade ins and promotional credits. she’s a complete superstar! ask for denise if you want supreme service!
I had an excellent sales person service person at this store his name was ed. I came into the store to just get my ringtones checked out. Found out that my phone was very very old. Lets put it this way, he was amazing help me out Made me feel like a person and not a paycheck.. Anytime you go to the Verizon store ask for Ed. He will do you right!! Thank you
Mr. Ed was super helpful, he met us at the door and answered all our questions. He got our phone cases and figured out how to help with all our technical difficulties. He was also very knowledgeable about all the different Apple products.

I was on the phone with customer service for over 4 hours and was transferred from one representative to another. All I needed was help setting up my home phone. I was finally told to go to a store and they could give me a new sim card. I was greeted at the door and got help right away. just a few minutes Ed was able to fix my issue and also got me a newer nicer phone. I live right around the corner and will see him for now on for any of my Verizon business.
I came in to upgrade after my phone was stolen. I had been told at another store that it really wouldnt benefit me so I paid $$ for insurance replacement that I could have saved had I met Ed Vista first!!! I upgraded and got a new tablet, saved money on the products plus my monthly bill and received invaluable info/technical knowledge that I needed so,so much!!! Thank you so very much, this was the best Verizon experience Ive had in YEARS!!

I was greeted on my walk into the store. Ed was a greatest sales main I could have had I needed a new case and screen cover for my iPhone 11 he told me I could save 700 on a new phone and even though I didn’t want it he still cleaned my phone and put on the glass for me thanks Ed I will come back and see him at this store

Daniel Fordham was my sales guy and he was amazing. I traded up for the new iPhone and after sending it off I was told that it was never returned. I reached out to him and he stayed on top of it until he found a solution. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and Daniel went above and beyond what I would expect.
Ed did an great job figuring out what was going on with my phone. It had been deleting random things and I couldnt use it the same as before. He figured out what was wrong and helped me save money on a new one.

I went by the store today based on a call to the store last night that they would be able to assist me.I ordered a phone online from Verizon and it was not what I wanted. I was told by Verizon online that I could go to a local store. I then called first to confirm they could.I arrived today and they were Busy so I asked the young lady at the front desk near the door when was the best time to come back she stayed in a high voice I’m almost done. So I decided to wait. She then asked if she could help me. I pulled the phone out of the box that Verizon shipped me and went to explain to her what the problem was. She then informed me in a high tone voice, sorry you need to ship it back we can’t help you here. And I explain to her someone told me they could help me here. She didn’t want to hear what I had to say. She told me it had been a long busy day and she had not had breakfast and she was tired because they had been busy. Sorry, I’m a Verizon paying customer that if not for customers you wouldn’t have a job! This was at 1pm during the. Not a nice experience at all!

I had the most amazing experience on yesterday at this store! The sales Rep O-Shay went above and beyond for my family. We had and issue earlier in the day where my phone dropped and went out in a sudden panic I had to get my phone replace ASAP when I called I was greeted over the phone by this amazing guy his phone etiquette and manners is what first got me normally you get people who are ready to get you off the phone and move on to the next customer but he did not do that he was very patient with me and took his time to get the exact phone I wanted. Once I arrived to the store he greeted me and completed the sale it was so smooth and fast I knew exactly what I was getting and understood everything I was getting into with my contract. This young man is the true definition of Excellent customer service if I could give 100 stars I would! thanks Verizon and THANK YOU O-SHAY G.

I went to try to inquire about a Mifi hotspot that I was told by sales on the phone would cost me $79 plus monthly service. When I got in the store I explained to the saleswoman exactly what I had explained to the salesman on the phone. She told me she was going to be totally transparent with me that what I was looking into was definitely not going to work for my childrens virtual learning and I would be wasting my money and time and that also it would not be $79 it would be closer $350 give or take. Needless to say I thanked her for her time and walked out. I only need the service for a little over a week. So, I ended up borrowing a Mifi box from a family friend and paid her $70 monthly bill for them to do their Zoom, itLearning, etc. on for the time being. After talking to several people Ive been told the store is definitely not helpful for those who only want temporary or prepaid service, which is a shame considering its all their name.😕

I spent 25 min at the store today and I was told just to wait and then nothing besides one salesman who took a brake, one busy with a customer and the last one just talking and talking with two ladies, it was very unpleasant just to be there as a customer while being ignored.
