You would think picking up prescriptions would be an easy process, it usually is. Has been for the last 13 years of my life, but not here. It’s like there’s lead in the walls causing brain issues with everyone, as well as hearing issues so that no one can hear the prescriptions coming in. I’ve finally moved out of town so I don’t have to deal with them anymore, but I don’t kid when I say that for the 5 years I lived here and dealt with this place every single time they messed something up. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.Please, for your own sanity, health, and blood pressure, visit somewhere else.
Nice. Got cov testing here. Very nice lady. Fast service. Quick results.
Best CVS I have ever used. Always have a great experience at the one in Richmond Hill. I live in Savannah and prefer going to this CVS. Just got my second COVID shot here. The pharmacist was kind and fast, though incredibly busy.
Minute Clinic actually closes at 650PM, not 730PM as listed. Also not walk-in, as noted on-line and on the phone. Incorrect listing cost precious time. Hope someone else doesn’t make the same costly mistake.
Never a smooth transaction at this location, ever. Rude employees, slow service. Being on hold for 20+ minutes for 30 seconds of dialogue. My doctor will call something in and 24 hours later only half will be ready because the rest got stuck (what does that even mean?). Once they screwed up and when I asked how long it would take to fill, the woman threw up two fingers in my face, instead of just saying two hours like an adult. I cant wait to transfer my scripts when I move.
Cllinic I have been trying to get appointment and ask questions about school vaccines since Monday finally get questions answered go in on Thursday to get 16 school vaccine and they said they don’t give vaccines of any kind to persons under 19. What a waste of time energy
I will recommend CVS pharmacy to anyone. Recently I tested for COVID-19 and the results returned positive. During my second testing I chose to go to CVS pharmacy in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The drive through clinic was a great experience. Jenna was very patient and friendly. She assisted me step by step and made my day more calming and enjoyable. I recently received my second test and the results were negative.
It must take some doing to have one of the worst drive-throughs in Georgia, but they got it down here.Waited inline about 15 mins tonight (6/10/21). 6 cars/people left the line and drove off. One person was taking so long I had to walk up to the window (past other annoyed drivers) to ask if they were actually open. The arrogant drive-through associate was very short and not in the least apologetic--young man, we are customers, your salary depends on us, if you dont like dealing with customers, get another job.Bottom line? There are many other pharmacies in the area!
Had previously given one star based on experience with pharmacist Patel ... received a call from Karl the main pharmacist the next day telling me they had taken care of getting the medication I needed for my wifes post surgery but driving to Savannah and picking it up. Thats the kind of service i very much appreciate...kudos for the young lady who did this and to Karl for calling me...Very much appreciated!!!
Worse customer service ever, Horrible people please save your time.. Please go somewhere else.
We are new to the area and our insurance requires us to use CVS to get the best deals. I have always been a Walgreens person but I went to get scripts filled and had a very nice experience. I saw alot of things about pharmacy techs but the 2 times I have had to go they were helpful and considerate. I hope that things stay this way. A good pharmacy is as important as a good doctor when you move to a new area.
This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with, in ANY state! The pharmacy staff, especially Carl one of the Pharmacists, treat you like family. They know you by name and at times, will call you at home to make sure you are not out of a particular medication if it comes up on their screen. The employees greet you when you walk in the door, and all are willing to help you find what you need. Krogers offered 25.00 per prescription to switch over to them, and I wouldnt leave! Richmond Hill CVS has my vote, hands down!
Came in 35 minutes before close and the pharmacy tech told me she couldn’t fill my one prescription until morning.
I have been going to CVS in Richmond Hill for years and have always enjoyed the friendly attitude and helpfulness of the front staff. Keep up the great work Buffy & April. Loyal customer for life.
I agree with what Jeanette Kerzner-Green wrote. Carl and Brenda are the two best pharmacists in Richmond Hill. I have known both for over 20 years. I get all my drugs from the CVS in Richmond Hill b/c I like the staff so much. Carl is especially helpful and knowledgeable.
CVS used to be my pharmacy. All over the country. The CVS at both the Ogeechee Rd Savannah, GA location and the one in RIchmond Hill, GA (corner of 144 and 17) have changed that. Not only do they now act like you are bothering them when you call, they have been out of the last FOUR meds I have needed refills on! FOUR! The rudeness of the people at both locations is horrible. Talking to customers like Youre gonna need to open that in the app (meaning the barcode to pick up a pre-paid RX) to I cant help you, you need to call the pharmacy you normally use to find out what they wanted and it was THAT pharmacy that called me. (and I go between 2 different ones depending on what is closer to where I will be that day). If you want to be treated like you are a bother to someone, then these are the pharmacies for you!
This has been my pharmacy for over a decade. The pharmacy staff know you by name and are always willing to answer your questions from everything to the medication prescribed to the best over the counter medication for your needs. I wouldnt switch pharmacists for anything.
Great place to shop, in and out fast.
Rude slow service tonight. There are FOUR of you standing behind the counter in the pharmacy, it doesnt take three of you to deal with one person who is just there complaining about drugs you do not carry and not dropping off or picking up a prescription. No line but still slow service. Get your act together!!!! This isnt vaudeville, if I did my job as bad as you do Id be fired. Try and fake it if you dont care, its showing.
Rude, condescending customer service when i called 9/2/20..The woman I spoke to sounded like she hates her job, her life and everything in between and takes it out on anyone who calls CVS. I called because of a mistake between CVS & Krogers pharmacy.I hate that my insurance requires me to use CVS
Ive used CVS in RH since the Revco days. A few years ago, we laughed when we found an old bottle of calamine lotion with the Revco label.Lately, the pharmacists, as always (thank you Carl and Joy), have been amazing. But the techs have no sense of customer service. They really lack any sense of decency. Theres one sweet lady (whom I told the day after Christmas must be the only person working) that cares, and its ashame that as more people defect, her hours are in jeopardy.Point blank: do not go here. I was in UNIFORM to drop off a controlled script today, and waited for over 5 minutes (local owners, check 12/27 around 4pm for the guy in uniform unaddressed) before leaving without even given eye contact. Drove across the street to RH Pharmacy and was not only greeted, but had my ordered fulfilled in 15 minutes.Stay away. Last week, I was promised through the CVS app a script at 12pm noon (even though placed at 9am) and it wasnt ready till 4pm. Called twice. First time I called, girl on the phone was rude and literally yelled, Your phone is messed up! I work customer service, and I have Verizon... If you cared about the customer, you would never shout at them when youre 4 hours behind. So goodbye. On my way out today, I went to a young man named Kevin, and asked him how can I give feedback on the store, with my script in hand. He struggled for about a minute before saying, Id check online. Didnt call his manager, just thought about other stores, and applied it to his own.Screw that. Go to where you are a person and your dollar matters. Weve had plenty of pleasant transactions, but the past few months signal to me: stay away.
New to the area; went in to look for an item. Overheard one of the pharmacy personel (young man) helping an eldery couple. The lady asked if the item was black and the young mans response was llooks black to me:... That was not her question. He was not very nice to this customer. After that, I walked out. I wont be coming back.
I can reiterate what others have said regarding the terrible customer service of this location. Absolutely awful. I am trying really hard to remember a more terrible experience in dealing with someone before. It was so bad that the actual pharmacist on duty is the person who checked me out after my prescription had been filled. I called corporate and I NEVER call to complain. Such an unnecessary experience to an already stressful situation I was dealing with. CVS is terrible.
Rude, never nice, attitude always everytime you ask a question it seems to be a problem. Unprofessional all the way. Unfortunately my insurance company deals with them Im concerning changing so I dont have to deal with them. If a doctor put it up prescription and they don’t have it they don’t even have the common courtesy to call the customer and let them know hey we’re out of the prescription until someone so happened to be yesterday with my daughter went to the doctor they gave her a nose spray because she’s sick never heard from the pharmacy try to reach out to then finally I called and they said that the prescription that the doctor had put it in one day will not have it until Friday tell him it is sickening that nobody picked up the phone to call me to tell me oh I’m sorry we don’t have a do you want us to put it into a different CVS
I have been using CVS as my pharmacy for 10 years. The pharmacy staff is friendly and courteous, knowing most customers by name. They are very professional, and will gladly call MDs to clarify orders or correct minor errors in the prescription. Their extrabucks program pays a 5.00 voucher for every 10 prescriptions.
Greatest Pharmacy and Front Store customer service is top notch!
Store is clean and staff is nice.
The pharmacists are nice but the techs, except for one, are lacking in customer relations skills. Goodbye CVS...
This pharmacy is horrible!!!! Went to get my sons prescription and the pharmacist himself told me they dont get it automatically, that it goes up in the sky somewhere! Really??? This is coming from a professional? So if you want your prescriptions to stay down in earth, I wouldnt suggest going to this place.
Never had any issues
Rude attendant.
Completely incompetent.
