Nick was fantastic, very professional and even suggested another company for a different job, that his company could not accommodate, because the windows were too large. Suggesting that company saved us a lot of money. Trent and his crew who put our doors in were also very professional and personable. We contacted several companies, from Pella to Lowes, along with a few other local companies in between, for installation quotes for installing 16 new windows in our home. We settled on Savannah Windows and More after speaking with Nick a few times because he was very straight forward, knowledgeable, and helpful. He reassured us and answered any questions we had. He also brought sample windows out for us to inspect and they were a very impressive quality. We have a stucco exterior house. We were told by two other companies that when replacing our windows we would have stucco damage and would have to pay for it. Nick came and gave us a quote and said they could do the windows without any damage. Our windows were installed today and there wasn’t any stucco damage. Trent was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had Trent install 8 windows in our sun room. Our original windows were rusted and difficult to open. Nick was great in presenting his product and working with us. We had odd shaped old sliding glass doors that Savannah Windows had to research to find the best sliding glass door manufacturer to best fit the area. They found one and we are totally happy with the end result. They had to do a little extra framing around the new doors for the perfect fit. The job was done professionally and looks great. This was hands down the easiest and best home improvement we’ve ever done! Nick was amazing when giving our quote. He’s so knowledgeable and really tries to get exactly what you want. We wanted to go with sound blocking windows because of our proximity to I-16. Nick gave us all of the information we needed and helped us choose which windows would benefit from the sound blocking. My husband took noise levels with a decibel meter inside and outside before and after the install. The sound blocking windows cut our noise levels down to six times less than what they were before the install! Trent and Ryan are AWESOME!! They’re both VERY meticulous about not only their work, but also about communication and clean up. You’d never know that we had all of our windows replaced..everything was spotless! They cleaned every single window inside and out before they left. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Make them your choice for all of your window and door needs!

After reviewing offers and demos from several companies, we decided to go with Nick from ABC Windows of Savannah for replacement of 16 windows and 2 exterior doors in our home. We are thrilled with the results, and Ill tell you why:1. The windows are of good quality. Almost all windows being sold in the US, no matter who from, are manufactured in a few large plants in the Ohio area. In order to find out the specifics of your window design and quality, find out who the original manufacturer is and research the model that way. ABC windows are, at least mostly, manufactured by Great Lakes Windows, and they are a good quality window with different levels of cost and features. Nick will review all of this with you so that you can make an informed decision about what youre getting for your dollar. His demo on the effectiveness of glass coatings is very helpful as well. You get facts, not a big up-sell or gimmicky crap like standing on the window glass.2. Nick sells the windows, and Nick installs the windows. You arent going to get a slick salesman who disappears and sends a crew of laborers to slap in your windows. Nick and a helper do the work. The work is mostly done from the OUTSIDE, which is nice.3. The quality of the work is superior. Theyre quick at what they do, but that doesnt mean they dont do it well. Im a stickler for details, and everything right down to the appearance of the caulking and sealing met every expectation I had. Furthermore, for no extra charge Nick custom cut and installed white aluminum wrap on all the exterior window frame surrounds. Not only does this make for a fantastic appearance, but now everything about the windows is permanently easy to clean. No painting, chipping, peeling, etc. Hose them off and theyre clean. Not only is the house more energy efficient, its now easier to take care of.Ive never left a review online for anyone before. But I felt compelled to put in a good word for a service we are so pleased with. ABC of Savannah is worth talking to for your replacement window/door project.
