This is a great store, the owner was fantastic. Very nice and concern people. The price was reasonable. I love my bedroom sets. Nice, and good quality. They delivered the next day with set up. They asked how I wanted and that’s how it was done. I would recommend this store.

0/5 recommend. I’m confused on how this store is still operating. We thought we found the perfect table, for a great price, and would receive it in a timely manner.....wrong!1- We were told by the store manager we would get the table within 7-10 business days. Nope! After 10 business days I called for an update and was told by the store manager “Oh no it would have never come in that quickly.”2- After 3 weeks of waiting our table was finally ready to be delivered. Now the problem was that it couldn’t be delivered on Ft Stewart. We specifically asked when we were buying the table if it could be delivered on post. Once again the store manager reassured us, “yes we can get on Ft Stewart”. Another lie.3- After my husband met the drivers at the gate to get the table, IT WAS THE WRONG TABLE. “The manufacturer sent the wrong table”. A week later we met the drivers at the gate again to give back the table.4- Thank goodness I took a picture of the table we ordered, along with receipt and product number. The store owner then sent a picture of the table we were to receive and once again assured us it was the right table and he matched it with the product number. Nope it wasn’t. We finally opted for a refund.5- We were told a refund would be put back on our card in 2-3 business days. Nope! The store owner called to let us know there was ‘some problem’ and we would need to come pick up a check.6- It took an additional 3 weeks for the “check” to be sent to the store. Once I got the money in hand, it’s a money order. Of course the store owner made the comment that money was no object to them. Yet it took them three weeks to get me a money order. SMHGood luck if you do business here.

Absolutely wonderful. We just moved here to Richmond Hill from Atl walked right in and was greeted by warm southern hospitality. We were asked what we needed and they delivered! Absolutely 5 star rating

They really came through and helped me out with ordering my furniture and getting it delivered! I’m so grateful that they were ready and willing to help me! Not only were they nice and really helpful but the furniture quality is incredible! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Just moved to the Richmond Hill area and was taken care of with all of my furniture needs. Furniture quality is great and available in stock, delivery was quick and easy! Highly recommend this location.

Very comfortable and welcoming service brought a mattress and box spring with free next day delivery couldn’t beat that offer at all highly recommend.

My overall experience from the time I walked into the store until the arrival was great. My daughter loves her new mattress and I would do business with them again.

I cancelled some furniture that was overpriced from the beginning. I was charged an additional $39, for whatever still not sure what it was for. I have not been chasing them for my $39 for two weeks.... The furniture that was cancelled I finished through snap .I sure glad I didnt pay them the cash for that. Also. I was asked how soon I need the furniture. I said this week. The general manager said no problem the warehouse only 4 hours away.. after I ordered furniture. He then said 7-10 days... Anything to get your money

Affordable great quality furniture, friendly customer service.

This would be my second time shopping for furniture with them. I can honestly say I never had a issue with delivery, they always stayed on top of my order. Most of all I would highly recommend this furniture store for the Quality of the product and customer service that was given.

The couch is great, very friendly staff. They were willing to work with you. Just took almost a year to get warranty to replace a damaged section of the couch.

Customer service at this location is terrible. The man that was working never asked if I needed assistance at all. I wanted to support but his attitude turned me away. I will just continue to take my business to Rooms2Go.
