Being young to the world of motorcycles, but seasoned in the world of quality and good customer service, SBG is a mainstay to all whom love riding; young or old, beginner or experienced. Great prices, quality merchandise, and knowledgeable staff. Need patches sewn on, say no more, that can be done as well. 1st time stopping in. Just got done having Brunch with friends at Mollys. Friends are shopping for a bag for their bike. Guy behind the counter (with John 3:16 on hat) was absolutely wonderful!! Great customer service. Friends were looking at guardian bells. He came out to the sales floor to help me find an EMT one for my son. Friendly and professional...just what you want these days but good help is hard to find! Didnt catch his name but this is a personal thank you for him. I will be back. Had lots of different items I havent seen in big box stores...LOL! Thank you again Mr. John 3:16. BTW.. Great verse!

Great place. For the space, this shop is stuffed with LOADS of apparel. All sorts of extra gear and gadgets to make your ride more enjoyable. The staff genuinely care about helping you find just the right gear to get you riding the way you want to ride. Definitely recommend checking this spot out.

The guys who work here are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and are always ready to answer your questions. Its also a better choice than driving across town to go to the big name store that charges a premium because everything they sell has the shield logo on it

I seen the shop from the interstate with the open time laid off and on so I got off the exit just go to Southern bike gear to find out that theyre closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays they have their open sign on

I went in to get local info upon moving to the area, and was helped (as best as they could) with a friendly attitude. Selection for a small shop is good.

But behind counter was helpful & available to assist. They didnt have a couple Specific items Id hoped but its all good. Didnt look at much in the store cuz I didnt need 2 spend much. Helmets are expensive too

It was pretty good selection prices a little higher than I have seen at bike week. The fact that he is there year round it makes up for the price.

If you like black leather, chrome, and loud pipes this is the place to be. Whether youre looking for a good pair or chaps or just want to take in the rich smell of leather, both experiences can be had at reasonable prices.

Horrible customer service. Employee would rather just sit and talk to his buddies than help out a customer. Also, employees girlfriend/wife left a 2 year old alone in the car, and when I informed them that was against the law, the employee began making threats and became confrontational.
