I bought a fuel tank cap for my 2004 VW Jetta online from these lovely people, and before they shipped it, they asked for my VIN to make sure I got the right part. I had ordered the only one that looked OK online, but it wouldnt have been quite right, and I wouldnt have known it unless they checked. The one they picked is a perfect fit, and thats a big deal to me since I had tried twice before and ended up with a misfit and an almost-but-not-quite. Its so nice to know there are still people around who go the extra mile to do right by their customers.
