I rarely write this long of a review, unless on occasion the business really deserves and .. and this one does! I found Garage guys through a recommendation from a co-worker years ago after another repair shop couldnt fix a problem. The owner Sandy, was able to diagnose my problem within minutes. I have trusted them to work on my three of my familys cars since then. FYI, although I live closer now I used to drive 40 minutes from the Galleria area to Rosenberg to have them work on my car because I trust their ability to find what needs to be fixed and to fix it right. Ive recommended them to my family and co-workers, and I regularly hear back that they took good care of them. Heres why I rate them so high:1) Diagnosing problems. I have had some older high mileage cars that Ive taken to Garage guys. They all typically have more than one thing going on with them when I bring them in and Garage guys. They are able to make great recommendations on what REALLY needs to get fixed and what I might be able to wait on which if you have several things going on like I do which I really appreciate. In my case I was trying to squeeze out a few more months of life out of an old car and I just needed enough to keep it drivable and safe and they did that for me. If you know a little bit about cars you can probably quickly tell from talking to them they are on the level and very honest about what needs to be done and make solid recommendations on service.2) Honesty - They dont give a hard sale and dont push unneeded repairs or even cost effective repairs. There arent any surprises about costs and the work is done the right way.3) Quality of work. I havent had any issues with any of the work on the three cars I have taken to Garage guys. I can say that they do follow up with email and sometimes text to make sure the job was done right.4) CostThe cost of work is fair, lower than dealership costs, and probably on about level with independent shops but the do offer coupons on their website, they dont hit you with surprise charges or unperformed workand they get the job done right so when you factor that in I would say they are a great value on cost.5) Professional and Customer DrivenSince Ive started taking my car there they have continued to grow the business. You can tell there is pride in the business and their job. You get the feeling that they are trying to do a good job and I think it shows through the service. Also the extent in which they reach out to customers and get feedback lets you know they really care. And its not just all talk -- I had one coworker that I referred have an issue creep back after a repair and he told me garage guys took care of the problem at their expense.

Ive never been to a shop with such a high level of care and attention to customers and the vehicles they work on. The detail that really floored me was their Comprehensive Multi Point Inspection! The Digital inspection is a thorough report, full of pictures sent to your phone that can be checked online so you can see what the tech sees. Having a service like this available for customers truly shows how much care and effort they really put into their work. Ive never felt comfortable leaving my car at a shop and Im happy to say that this is the first one where I am. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I usually have a cup of joe when Im hanging out in the lounge and watchin Netflix on the TV. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of a good shop. Id give more stars if I could!

While my wife has used Garage Guys before, Ive never taken my car there. I couldnt recommend them MORE HIGHLY. Sandy and I spoke the day before concerning everything I wanted worked on. Then he called me the day of the repairs and told me he was sending an estimate along with pictures showing the work to be that was to be done. There were no surprises or pressure to do anything unnecessary and as to the repairs themselves - top notch. Im a fan and now a loyal customer.

Love going to this family owned auto shop! Always super friendly and professional. They are open and honest with you on what needs to be repaired ASAP and what has a little bit longer till it needs to be addressed. I go to Garage Guys on Petra Lane every and ANY time my car needs maintenance. I ran over something metal in the middle of the highway and I took my car to them and they fixed it to where my car was working as if I had never ran over anything lol. I also go to them for regular things like oil changes and inspections and they always do everything in a timely manner and are very informative and professional. I 100% recommend going to them they are the only trustworthy car shop in the Rosenberg area.

I went to Garage guys for the first time this week. I needed a wheel alignment and while there they noticed I needed new shocks and I needed an inspection done as well. They took care of all of it and my vehicle is driving much better. I am very happy I went here and will be back if I need anything more done to my Tahoe in the future. We are recommending Garage Guys, they were very honest and told us what we urgently had to take care of to be safe on the road. I asked for a road trip inspection, I was told what was urgent, and decided to go ahead and replace the suspension, break fluid, and transmission fluid. The vehicle sounds very smooth, no shaking compared to before. And they have financing. Definitely good work done here.

These guys are amazing!!! They picked up my car from work and they do phenomenal work. They are honest with great prices. This time I took my car in for an oil change and asked if they could take a look at my tire because I accidentally ran over a huge rock on the freeway. They only charged me for an oil change and told me I have a bubble my tire which needs replacing. I love the Garage Guys and Im thankful I found mechanics I can trust!

I received good value & excellent service. I replaced the control arms & ball joints on my 09 Lexus suv and the cost was significantly cheaper than what i would have paid at the dealer. I have allowed Garage Guys to review and work on at least 4 of my vehicles. I continue to go back because they are a great bunch people who do great work. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

This shop wanted to charge me over $5000 on electrical repairs. And suggested I replace every wiring harness. I took my Jeep to a different shop that said I do NOT need to replace the wiring harnesses. Just the BCM and repair some wires. They changed me only $1500. With an oil change.

I have invested A LOT of money in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler turning it into a work of art, literally. I have won numerous car show awards and have been featured in magazine articles. This is my pride and joy and when it needs mechanical work, I wont let anyone but Sandys Garage Guys work on it. When I say they treat my Jeep as if it was their own, Im not exaggerating. The work is matched by the care they take with my Jeep and topped only by the very reasonable prices I pay for those repairs. I wouldnt take my Jeep, or any of my vehicles, anywhere else.

Its honestly really refreshing when you can find mechanics who treat you like family. They are honest with you and tell you what you really need and what you can wait on. They are very conscientious of their customers. They understand that everyone works hard for their money. Most people dont have all the money in the world to spend. They try to make things work for you to get the best value with them. They want to make sure you have a good safe working car that wont break your bank. That doesnt mean they are the cheapest in town. But in my experience with mechanics, I would rather pay a little more money for someone who you know will actually do the right job and tell you an honest opinion. Thats really hard in this industry. Im never uncomfortable spending the money on an honest business who is trying to do it right.

Just got my 4Runner serviced here recently. Very quick and easy process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. They provide all documents and pictures of your vehicle parts that may be a cause for concern in the future so you’re fully aware of everything. Not just garage guys but also great guys.

After some suspension repairs I performed, I came to Garage Guys to get an alignment. They noticed a part that was bad that I didn’t inspect which affects the alignment. I found Garage Guys online, called and asked some questions, and decided to give them a try. In a few words, I. Was. More. Than. Pleased. The multipoint inspection was top notch and came with a link texted to my phone. The link contained pictures and diagnostic information for every part checked. Sandy checked EVERYTHING I described as an issue and walked me through each one. He never pressured me into fixing a part, and even gave me options--and this is every time Ive taken my Flex over for service. In fact, he finally diagnosed a noise Id been hearing for a while--when no one before him could.So far, Sandy, his techs, and the staff at Garage Guys are professional, transparent, and I believe--honest in their approach--and they are a local family owned business. Combined with these very important characteristics, the worked theyve performed on my vehicle is also top notch. Needless to say, Ive found a doctor for my Flex that I believe I can continue to trust.I highly recommend giving Garage Guys Automotive a try. As long as I am in the area, they are my maintenance shop of choice.

Super fast premium oil change. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions after verifying a engine warning light, and was told how to easily fix it. The waiting area was Very Cool and comfortable on a 98 degree plus day. I was in and out in a snap! I totaled my car on Friday-called Sandy (owner) on Saturday morning-he arranged for a tow truck to pickup an old car I had in my driveway way over a year-I had a quote for repairs that afternoon (were talking the same day where do you get that kind of service?) They had it back running Monday afternoon...Jeremy & Sandy were AWESOME extremely knowledgeable, honest, oh!! Did I tell you Im a women & guess what? they didnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding automobiles, they answered all my questions didnt do work that wasnt required & at a reasonable price. State of the art garage, friendly people, fair prices, zero pressure. They have done 2 alignments for me, including a custom setup on a lowered 26yr old mustang that were spot on. After the 100k mile service on my Durango, its running better than new. I could not recommend them more!

I interacted with both of the owners while I was there, and theyre both quite nice people. At no point did I feel like I was being sold to as Ive encountered with some nationwide chains Ive been to. This was my first time here. I have always taken my car to the dealership for oil changes but was searching for a cheaper option with less wait time. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Christian Brothers so I was hesitant to try someone other than the dealership again but my brother told me about this place and I highly recommend it. The waiting room is very comfortable and the people there are all SUPER friendly. My wait time was a little longer than expected but I didn’t mind because the waiting room was comfortable. Everything went well. I got an oil change and inspection done with zero issues. I will definitely be returning in the future!

These guys are awesome! I had a great auto shop in Missouri City a few years but when I moved to Rosenberg I had no idea where to go. Accidentally found Garage Guys (recommended by Discount Tire), and discovered that these were the same guys who worked on my car in Missouri City - they had recently left the old shop and opened up their current location. They have always been honest and straight-forward with me. If the car needs work, it really needs it, and sometimes they will tell me not to do work if it isnt necessary.

First visit to this garage and more than exceeded my expectations. Personnel are friendly and service is fast and efficient. I was warmly greeted upon arrival with great service beginning immediately. All work was explained and got to learn something about my truck that I did not know. All cost were explained in detail and all information concerning my front end alignment was presented prior to any work commencing so I was in the loop the entire process. This place may be a little off the beaten path but if you were not happy with the last place you went for automotive service, then let me tell you from my personal experience, you should really consider coming here.

Sandy and his team did a kick ass job. My 07 Ram needed the whole front end suspension done. It wasn’t cheap but I am a strong believer that you get what you pay for. What I got was experience, efficiency and the willing to get the job done the same day.

Since I like to support local businesses, I have been going to Garage Guys since we moved to Tx 2+ years ago. They are honest, professional, friendly, and do very good work. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is that I think it takes them longer to do things than it should. As a non-mechanic, that is just my opinion. But that said, I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.
