Always use these guys for my oil change and state inspection and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and lets me know if anything ever needs to be addressed, without being pushy or intimidating.

In and out inspection. I didnt get anyones name, but the young lady and man that were working at the desk were nice. My daughter was greeted by both upon entering. The young lady held the door for me. We both were given salutations as we left.

Service was quicker than what you normally get at a auto shop.Knowledgeable, truthful, and kind.I needed an inspection, but due to covid my vehicle had been sitting for well over a year in the driveway.The day prior I got it up and running by spending a few hundred on internal items.My biggest concern was Ive paid the inspection price just to be told I failed and to try again.At no charge they did the inspection and gave me the failed items and same day I went down the road to discount tire and got everything fixed to pass and came back and didnt wait long again and was done (and yes there was about 5 other customers there too and everyone was also completed by the time I left

I’ve been this business on various occasions, but today was the second time I’ve had this particular issue. Please keep in mind that I’m not usually one to write reviews.I arrived just a couple minutes before the company opened (at 7am) so I could beat the rush and get my oil change/state inspection completed quickly. I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to open the shop for business. In that period of time there were three other customers that came, waited, then left. Whoever’s responsibility it was to open the shop up on time failed and lost a total of four customers in the process.I stayed the longest and decided that if the shop didn’t want to open up on time then they probably don’t need the work anyhow. I left and will try once again to see if they’ll open on time. If they do then I’ll update my review.

Ross is a great service advisor and is very honest with you. He is not ever going to try and RIP you off.

I had taken my vehicle to another shop as it was closer to work for the State Inspection. Upon checking out, they indicated that I needed to flush my power steering fluid. The amount to perform the service I thought was a little too rich. Nonetheless, I called Longmeadow and they quoted a price $50 less (plus they were less expensive than other shops around them). So I brought my vehicle in and dealt with Ross. He indicated it would take a little longer than anticipated, but they provided a shuttle service to and from the house....thanks Beck. The service was completed much sooner AND they provided a Veterans discount, which saved even more greenbacks! Ross was great from beginning to the end and they have earned my business for future service. BOOM.

Took my Toyota Sienna for a state inspection and they said couldnt do it because the I needed to replace the rack and pinion boots. Took it to another place and the performed the inspection without hesitation. It was evident Long Meadow Car Care wanted to up sale the inspection by adding a $600 repair that was not necessary. This approach demonstrate they are not trustworthy. I am not taking any of my cars to this place any more.

Rude staff. I walked out and will never be back. Avoid this location.

I found Long Meadow Car Care based on Google reviews. I made numerous calls to other local car places and Long Meadow was by far the most affordable. No one enjoys getting their oil changed but it has to be done. I spoke/worked with Ross throughout the entire visit and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The location was very clean and every customer that came in seemed like they were long time customers. From the time I got there until my vehicle was ready was about 40 minutes, give or take, compared to my previous experiences at other places where I would sit the for almost 2 hours. I highly recommend Long Meadow Care Car and will be going back for my vehicles maintenance.

My Fiat broke down in the middle of the road and these guys from LM Car Care helped me to push the car into the shop. The problem with the car is the miss fire and check engine light came on. These employees also offer me to drive me home if the car is on process of repairing. They are the most professional and nicest people ever. Very helpful and nice services

This auto repair shop is beyond amazing! Very trustworthy guys that work here. They are honest with their analysis of your car and only provide suggestions when necessary. I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and will continue to come back. Not to mention, the waiting area is super clean if you are waiting for your car.

Went to this place for a couple of years, always was honest and did good clean work. Lately its been slipping and my last trip there will be my last trip there.Went for an oil change and during it was informed my water pump and a turbo supply line was leaking and they were nice enough to get together a $1200 - $1600 quote for me. No pressure test, just visual inspection.They werent sure on the hours to work on the turbo but someone did it awhile back and it was a lot of work. Took it to Ford the following Monday and turns out it was just a heater hose after an overnight pressure test. $225 fix.That Monday was also the first time Ive taken the truck anywhere since the diagnoses and when I left the garage there was a small pool of oil left behind (about 3 inches in diameter), crawled under to see a drip of oil coming from the pan and below the filter. Took it back and was informed It was just messy. .......Okay? Im [paying for an oil change so I dont have to deal with clean up or getting myself or garage dirty, so now the new mechanics here cant even do a simple oil change and clean up after themselves? Thank you for the new oil stain on my garage, and thank you for the immediate quote to replace my water pump and turbo lines without proper inspection.I work on a three strike system with mechanics, and I feel this single encounter was enough to make those three. Im giving two stars because at one point this place had my trust and did quality work, that doesnt seem to be the case anymore.

I have been coming to this place for a long time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I mainly have my oil change done there and so far just some minor repairs. I was there yesterday late in the afternoon, 5/25/2019, needed my state inspection done before they were closed for the Memorial weekend. They were just about to close but took care of me. I will definitely be a happy customer for a long time to come.

Depends on who you get. The young guy tries to give you good pricing and flexibility. If you get the old dude, he definitely has a different padded price point

Great service but I would hire another mechanic so they can crank out vehicle work. No need for two front desk guys. They are always helpful but having only one mechanic and a bunch of helpers in the back is limiting the number of customers you can help.

I spoke to Eric over the phone looking for a quote on a fuel system clean. He quoted me a Better price than other local shops in the area so I decided to take my car there. Customer service was very friendly and felt honest about the repairs I need done to a sensor I felt was going bad. They were able to get the part same day from a local warehouse and take car of me with a few hours. I appreciate the fast and friendly service and will recommend any car care to y’all. Thanks!

As the others have also said this place is fantastic. They are indeed very friendly here. I arrived to get a state inspection done and they let me know how the progress was going and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They did a good job and I would not hesitate to go there again. The place was clean the bathrooms were good and they even had free water and cookies set out. I think you would be all right in their hands and I dont think they would ever take advantage of you.One other thing to note, as a veteran they provided a discount to me which they didnt have to do, especially for a state inspection. Which I believe they actually lost money in doing so. These guys are awesome it just proves that they really do care about what theyre doing and their customers

Quick, courteous service. I was in and out from my inspection in 20 mins. I plan to be back for future maintenance and try them for repairs. Spacious, comfortable waiting area, pleasant lobby.

I emailed them about a possible wheel bearing replacement for the driver side of my car because it was making a loud noise (like a loud exhaust inside the car). They emailed me back an estimate (in my opinion that was a fair price) and told me to stop on by anytime. I dropped by the next morning and they confirmed it was the front wheel bearing gone bad. They had me out in about 2 hrs and stayed true to their estimate, thanks for the honest work. Have taken my vehicles here multiple times now. Every time the work is done correctly and on time. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the price they quote for the repair is exactly what I have been charged each time.

The people at Long Meadow Car Care were very helpful. My car wouldnt start while I was running an errand next door. They walked over, jumped my car, and brought me over to their shop. Unfortunately they did not have the battery for my car, but they took the time to find a place that did. They were kind and polite the entire time. Long Meadow Car Care will be my first stop when I need car service next.

I went to have oil change done on my SUV without an appointment. It was done in just 45 minutes. Clean place and very close to my house. I would go again on my next service.

HORRIBLE!Went here because of all the great reviews.Went in personally and talked to one of the managers, Eric, about getting rotors and brake pads replaced front and back with my parts, all I needed was labor. He estimated around $150 then took out a calculator and said $146.50. I said great and told him I would bring the truck in. I just left and paid $311!!! Apparently that was $146.50 per axel.I told him he never mentioned per axel and then apologized for me misunderstanding.I feel completely taken advantage of!!! At one point he said “it is what is it “ after apologizing several more times that I didn’t understand. Oh not to mention, they open at 7 and at 7:20 the doors were locked and I was instructed to walk in through the back car bays while carrying my 3 yr old daughter and her car seat !!! I will continue to go across the street to Car Care USA. My fault for trying a local business.
