Excellent customer service. Darryl was awesome. Very prompt. Price was $500, less than a competitor and almost $1200 less compared another quote. Everything was done on the phone and by messaging. Daniel was the installer and was great and did an excellent job. Will absolutely use him again if I need to.

I had no problem with Tradeway as a company. The purchasing of my flooring and Darryls knowledge and explanation of the products for my needs was great but I would definitely source my own contractor for any future installs. I ran into problems that were not discussed during the consultation and had invoicing and finishing problems after the fact. With little to no response from the installer for days.

Exceptionally good prices. Huge Warehouse store. This was the old Pullman trains carpet warehouse so there are three floors of fine quality carpets at exceptionally good prices.I bought enough for my whole house and ten years later, it is still great carpet.

We were only customers on Saturday Manager very busy on. Phone salesclerk not helpful. We liked 3 Berbers all too small. After measuring clerk left then in Sloppy pile and left. Never made ANY suggestions. We wasted an hour and a half... Left in disgust! Still only customers. Will never go back.

Weve been patronizing Tradeway for many years. Huge savings on carpet and vinyl - way cool if just working on a room with three floors of remnants neatly rolled and visible. Darrel is a treat to work with. Their contract installers are carefully vetted and we have never had a bad job.

Darrell is excellent. He is very knowledgable, helpful and easy to negotiate with when it comes to choosing carpet, padding and installation. Have purchased carpeting and Linolium from Tradeway over the years. All the guys that work there are very helpful.I like the three floors of carpeting to choose from. Wouldnt go any place else to buy affordable product. The installers that they recommend are very professional.

When you look at the outside view or outside appearance of the store then I would say, Don’t judge a book by its cover. Don’t hesitate to step inside the store and you’ll surprise that there are a variety of carpet styles, colors, patterns to choose from. Aside from this, Mr Daryl is always happy and helpful to make the costumers happy and satisfied. Two years ago, we changed our carpet,and few weeks later we had a tiny problem with the carpet and phoned Mr. Daryl and He showed up at our house and addressed our concerns tremendously and gave us more discounts. Just recently, over a month ago, water from fish tank spilled onto carpet and I phoned Mr. Daryl again and as usual he always there whenever you need help. He sent someone to fix our carpet and WOW as in wow He gave us a free padding, Unbelievable! I always remember what he exactly said when I thanked him, “ I always want customers happy and satisfied and that makes us feel like Tradeway value thier customers .I always recommend Tradeway Carpet 5 ⭐️ ++++ .
