Terrible. Worse than Kinkos if thats possible. I called in to see if they could print a simple resume for me, said I would pick up in 45 minutes. They said okay. I arrive 47 minutes later and the man is struggling to print a passport copy for the man in front of me? I stand around and its getting closer to the time I need to leave for my interview across town. While they examine the copy on the computer together I asked if I could just pick up the resume I called in. He says he doesnt have it - it hasnt been printed. When he finally gets to me he asks me what sort of paper and all and I tell him all the details were in the file I sent and could he please hurry because I needed to leave about 10 minutes ago. He fiddles around then tells me they cant print any color only black and white and Im just like please just *print it so I can leave.* The black and white looks washed out and faded like not enough toner. Terrible quality. I ask him to staple it. Never again.

I am a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and teach three courses every semester and two in the summer. All my courses require Coursepacks in large numbers, which Wythken prints for me. During the years that I have done business with them, I can say without exaggeration that they have been perfect in every way: producing the materials expeditiously and attractively, never overcharging, always friendly, helpful with advice, courteous, and totally efficient. Very nice staff... They helped me out big time by printing some presentation posters for me on very short notice. Posters were great, and it was very affordable.

We asked Ary to print about 50 large photos super last minute, and not only did he manage to get all of them printed that day, he also hand delivered them to our shop when we couldnt make it to Wythken in time! The prints are perfect and the service cant be beat. Thank you Wythken and Ary!!
