Not going to lie i was super excited to go in store to shop for the first time in forever but was crushed first thing on entering. I totally get the safety reasons of space and sanitation. I would have happily oblidge in washing my hands and sanitizing for everyone safety. What i wasnt expecting is to be yelled at my first step in Wash your hands! I get it, its a small space wanna be super careful for everyones safety but man i wasnt expecting to be screamed at for a greeting before anything else. Soured the experience and opted to leave. I can get bath bombs elsewere with out being yelled at.

I am always a fan of the products made by Lush, but I appreciate the ablity to be in the store. Not only am I able to smell each scent, the staff was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right product for my skin care and body routine. I found more options available In-Store than Online. Staff were wearing masks, everyone coming in is encouraged to wear their mask as well, and everyone coming in does have to use hand sanitizer before touching products.

I love that it is all so good for your body and the environment. It also smells amazing, the whole store.

I love the current covid set up of having to sanitize your hands before you touch anything. Previously we had to order online and they brought to you or they would let you order at the door. I think they handled everything well and I hope all their employees have stayed safe during this thing

Julia was so, so nice and patient answering all my 8 million questions because I don’t know what I’m doing. Seriously, I’ve never had a bad experience being in this store. Whatever the company does to train their employees on not only their exceptional people skills but the extensive knowledge of their products works incredibly well. I went in looking for some shaving cream, and Julia immediately showed me the products, allowing me to smell them (fully masked, of course. This store is also doing an excellent job following COVID restrictions) and telling me the different benefits of each kind. She also gave me detailed instructions on how to use Lush products I already have and even recommended both a hair cream and some moisturizer (the former of which I bought, and the latter of which she gave me a free small sample when I said I was interested, but not looking to buy just yet.) All-around great experience, thanks to an awesome employee.

I normally wouldnt review a mall store, but my experience was so above average I had to. First off loved the covid protocol. Only six people allowed in store including staff, wash hands upon arrival. I had to wait a bit, but well worth the wait. The manager of the store was beyond kind and helpful. She answered countless questions, gave great recommendations. She was so kind and helpful, one of my best shopping experiences! In addition their stuff is great, well worth the price!

I dont know what I would do without these shampoo bars! I was really hesitant to use them at first but once I did I fell head over heels in love with them!

Is the store open for business or closed? Drove 30 min out there yesterday and was closed at 2pm. No signs on door. Checked website today says store is now opened. Called 3x no answer or recording. This is not the first time this has happened with Lush. Happened over the holidays. Let’s communicate better with customers. Open or not????

JussDivine at Short Pump Town Center was the associate that helped me. She very courteous in helping customers to understand the shopping policy under the COVID restrictions and was very patient with me when answering all my questions. I always appreciate good customer service.

Love love love the products. BUT today, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of communication by the staff at Lush - Short Pump. I drove from Orange County to Short Pump which is over an hour and a half away to find that the store was closed. The website noted the store was open and when the I got to the store- there wasn’t a note on the door. I waited from noon to 2:45pm. I called the customer service number and was told the store would open at 3:pm. By 3:35 nothing! When I called back to customer service, I was told there was an emergency.I asked the rep to speak with a manager, he told me that I would receive a call within the hour- and just like the store, the manager from customer service was a No Show!!!Horrible communication, terrible customer service, and disappointing resolution attempts.

This store is fantastic. They take COVID-19 guidelines seriously and ensure that their location is a safe place for all, regardless of skin color, gender, religion, and creed. Friendly staff and well-stocked store.

The store was maintaining the covid limits on number of people in it at one time, which made this the most pleasant lush visit Ive ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. We came in right before closing, not realizing what time it was, and they were very good about us being there even though I know as someone who has worked retail that right before closing customers suck.

I’ve been for in person shopping before many times but I liked how they are doing it now with COVID. You order online and pick up at the store. They’ve set up a window at the door for contactless purchase. I called to ask questions about a product I wanted to try and they were just as helpful as always! Great experience!

Got 2 bathbombs from this place. Told they were good for the skin to stay smooth, wasnt the case.And the color of it stuck on the bathtub, tried scrubbing it off and it didnt go off.

Out at the mall yesterday and got a call that the store wasnt accepting cash. If you have teenagers thats how they pay for stuff. The 2 staff members were rude. Explained there are no signs posted that it was card only purchases. Its ridiculous. The 2 staff members said its due to the coin shortage and to protect the employees. So I asked how do we know you dont have it. Their response, we have a safety check everyday to do prior to coming in. I said you could still have it. They did put a sign up saying no cash, went into another store and came out the sign was down. RUDE EMPLOYEES TO TEENAGERS AND ADULTS AT THIS STORE

Awesome service as always! They go above and beyond for their customers! And with covid going on they are super professional and vigilant with keeping it sanitary.

This was the best experience in a store in my life. Amy was the coolest and most generous person I have ever spoken to. Her and the Lush staff made a generous gift to me and my fiance and I cannot express how grateful we are. I enjoyed my visit to the store. The sales associates appeared friendly and helpful. After a sales associate assured me that the Black Rose bath bomb would not stain my tub, I decided to purchase it because I enjoyed the smell. I ended up spending almost $40 on 4 bath bombs and was very excited to try them when I got home from my trip. After my bath, I discovered that it not only stained my bath tub, but left me covered in a black film that was very difficult to remove. I have included a photo that shows what my bath tub looked like AFTER an hour of scrubbing. I ended up having to soak my bath tub in bleach. My relaxing bath ended up turning into 3 hours of cleaning and my skin being completely dried out due to excessive scrubbing to remove the black residue. If I lived closer to this store I would definitely show up in person and demand a full refund. VERY dissatisfied!

Worst customer service I have ever received. The girl at the door with the dark hair and glasses was the rudest person I have ever met. We just walked in and walked out. Will not be returning!

Super nice team, wonderful products, out this world smells. I came for soap, but I always throw in a few bath bombs. If I had to recommend a product, the Outback Mate soap is heavenly. So is the Intergalactic bath bomb. Its well worth the indulgence.

This is by far my favorite Lush location! The staff was super friendly & helped me pick out products that would work well with my skin. (I have a lot of weird allergies) Hannah greeted me with a warm welcome right when I came into the store, and she was just so so sweet and helpful. She was quite knowledgeable in all the products I was asking about. I would give Hannah & this Lush location more than 5 stars if I could!

Very courteous staff! The salesperson who assisted me was super attentive and highly committed to ensuring my needs were met. She took time explaining everything and showed me various options. She did not seem fazed by anyone else in the store, not concerned with juggling as many sales as she could. I has her undivided attention until my purchase was complete.

This place is awesome. I always stop by to get my wife little surprises and the people working here are always so helpful and awesome. They are constantly trying to see if there is anything else they can help you discover without making you feel pressured to buy it.Plus, my kid once accidentally slammed his foot in their door and was bleeding from his big toe pretty badly. The ladies here all immediately jumped to help. They got him bandages and helped calm him down. Then they gave him a free kids bath bomb to make him feel better. They were so nice. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely disgusting. Multiple employees at this location were clearly sick. They were sneezing and coughing, sometimes into the product. When I asked to sample some of their products, one of the sick employees (it might have been one of the managers) were coughing into their hands and touching me. Obviously the culture at this store forces their employees to come in when they are sick. They should think about the well-being of their employees and their customers in the future. Will NEVER return to this location. I think I am developing a sore throat.

If you want awesome products that are natural and for a good price - run to lush. I swear by it. Favorite moisturizer-celestial for the colder months and imperials for the hotter ones ( I have combo skin ).My curls loooovveee damaged hot oil treatment . Leave it on your hair for 20 minutes before you shower. Plus some R&b leave in after, you’ll be like, ” hellll yeah curls!”Cup of coffee face scrub is a beautiful day to start your day!There’s a lot of goodies in there. Ask for help and samples. Enjoy 💓

Going to LUSH is always a treat. The staff there have always been helpful and thoughtful without being intrusive, which I really appreciate. The products are always fine, but you definitely need to try things out to get an idea of what suits you personally. Id recommend stopping by for holidays to check out the seasonal offerings!

This place was amazing the workers were nice and able to help me. I saw a live bath bomb of my choice. It can be a little expensive but it is worth it. The body butter is a great massage bar and the bubble bar is AMAZING!

Went for the first time and had such an amazing experience! I used one of my friends facial products recently and loved the results so I had to come in for myself. Darcy was absolutely fantastic! I told her exactly what issues I was dealing with on my face and she suggested products and did a quick demo on my hand to see how it felt. I immediately purchased and went home to wash my face with it, and am LOVING the results so far. Thank you Darcy and the rest of the staff for making this such a joyous time! Lush will definitely be receiving a lot of my money :)

Products are natural. It is a really smelly store because of their oils and perfumes so if you are sensitive, be prepared. But the employees there are so welcoming and nice, it kinda took me aback. They talk to you a lot about your skin type and try out some things on you while describing what it has in it and why it helps your skin. They are super knowledgeable and honest about their products. Even when they suggestive sell, its in your benefit because their are a lot of products. I AM SO IN LOVE!!! Even if you have super enzymatic skin, their products work wonders. Comparable to steroid creams dermatologist give you.

Products are eco-friendly and clean, as well as gentle and smell divine. Amazing customer service and super knowledgable staff. Although the bath bombs are the Lush gateway drug, branch out and try other products... like their masks, solid perfumes (Goddess - the compliments were endless), and shampoos... you’ll love them just as much! This is the only place i shop for bath and body products.

A little pricey at first glance, but value vs use is TOTALLY worth the cost! Im a LUSH convert, 100% My friends have been trying to get me for years, and I finally succumbed.The shampoo bars are amazing and injust live their soap. My husband who REFUSES to use lotion happily uses their hand cream.

Lush is a luxury, but if you want to indulge in something that will help you feel clean, and even relieve stress, this place knows how to set you up. Huge bath bombs and bubble bars line the walls, with unique soaps scattered throughout the small space. The smell is overwhelmingly pleasant. I only wish the store were bigger, because on a weekend, everyone herds in like cattle, trying to grab what they need. But, as I said, its a luxury, and beyond that, an experience.

It was a busy day but the sales team was on it! I like to try the new soaps before I purchase $20 worth and have for years as I’ve been a very loyal customer. Well this time a young sales associate was very rude and said we don’t do that anymore we are cutting down on waste. I didn’t understand that at all and I said oh I’m sorry and asked again since maybe she didn’t understand. Once again, in a very sharp tone this time, said no and loud I might add. It was very embarrassing as I was also purchasing my monthly supply of products. I still bought what I needed but assure you I won’t be back at this location anytime soon. It’s a shame you stopped the soap samples because now I’ll have to buy less not knowing what I’m buying before I buy it like I have for years.

The employee who helped me check out was super nice! She told me other uses for my products, asked me if I wanted any samples, and was just super friendly! I didnt get her name, but my receipt says her employee number is 2017958.

Slowly switching over to using all Lush products. Big shampoo and Sleepy body shower gel are the best. Only product I wasn’t a fan of is the body conditioner, could be user error!

This place has the worst cashiers Ive ever experiencedI selected my product and had to wait 15 minutes in line, in their very small store. The particular cashier who was holding up the line was constantly running around grabbing different products for the front customer in line to try.This is ridiculous because they always have way too many employees in the store to begin with, so the person who wanted to try a million products and hold everyone else up for several minutes should have been directed to a free employee to show her all the things she was wasting our time on.When I finally got to the front of the line the cashier tried to give me their charity pot spiel but I was not interested and had just wanted to speed up the line for the people waiting behind me. I told her I wasnt interested and she continued to ask if I knew any grassroots organizations that they could partner with.This encounter was incredibly frustrating after having been waiting in line for 15 minutes, and after I was finally able to buy my single product and leave, two employees are just standing by the door and talking to each other.What the heck is wrong with the management there? When ANY other lush store opens up, I will be going there. If the employees werent so terrible with customer service, then they would still have the same amount of business, but a better experience. Honestly, I think I will just order online next time I need anything from Lush, paying for shipping is worth not having to deal with this location.

LUSH is absolutely my fave store! The products are PHENOMENAL, the staff are ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KIND, and I love everything that LUSH stands for! I love the body and skin product they have and will always love this store!

Multiple staff, all very friendly and helpful. Store is relatively small, so can be packed during the holiday season. Sells luxury hand made soaps, bath bombs etc. Many of these products are vegan.

I went here for my birthday to get myself a few things. Money is tight so I havent been able to enjoy one of my favorite things: bath products. So I went in upset about spending money but really wanting to have something for myself anyway. Will was super sweet. I was grumpy over having to budget myself, but when he heard it was my birthday he gave me my favorite bathbomb for free. It really made my day. And Im surprised he wanted to be that sweet to someone who was being a bit of a grouch.

I just wish the store was either bigger or had a wider layout. I always love the organic product there.

Boxing day sale every December 26th, Boxing day. I can not get enough of the colors, textures, smells, the feel of my skin, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service....it is not cheap in price bc it is not cheap in quality.

This was my first ever visit to a Lush store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I was buying a gift for my niece and they made sure I knew how to use the products and suggested special ways to package the gift. I will definetly return to this store.

I’ve sat on it and still feel the need to say that I had a poor experience in here. I came in to buy something for my girlfriend, asked for some assistance and the girl, Emily? (Blue/green hair) was very rude and condescending. I later heard her making fun of a handicapped customer to another employee. I’m not thin skinned but I was bothered by her remarks and felt unwelcomed. If you work in retail, you need to learn how to be respectful to customers. The girl was very unprofessional.

I love LUSH products so Im happy that theres now a store in Richmond (and avoids long drives to Georgetown). Of course items are more expensive, and Im prepared for that, but the storefront itself is just a tad bit too small for a small group of customers to move about freely. I know that sounds petty but when dealing with small cosmetic items, it does help to be able to browse and look carefully at merchandise and if you constantly have to move in order to allow others to pass by, it tends to prevent casual activity. This complaint should not prevent you from visiting and trying out the fantastic prodcuts, however.

They helped me put together a beautiful honeymoon gift for a friend. So glad that I chose to shop here!

I swear by their Olive Branch Shower Gel, Movis is the only facial soap I will use, Buffy Backside Slayer is great for all-over during the winter months---and I wait for fall & winter for their Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb! PLEASE open a LUSH store in Carrytown, Downtown, or Shockoe Slip. PLEASE!!

Worst experience ever. Sure there was good service, but people were rubbing a golden bath bomb all over my sisters hair and jacket, and a bath bomb I got did nothing whatsoever. Not even a faint color. It fizzed out in merely a minute and thirty seconds. Pathetic. Never buying from here ever again.
