Excellent Customer service!!! I called them at 11:30am, asking if they could customize me a shirt by 1:30pm. He allowed me to email the image and pay over the phone. I was contacted at 1:15pm and informed that the Shirt was done!!!!!Mind you, i had called around all morning trying to find a shop that provided same day service.Excellent customer service, Exceptional product materials and outcome!!!!! Thank you, Thank you so very much!!!!! You guys were a lifesaver !!

Quick and easy- but don’t let you email ahead of time, and the print fades very easily- even on a delicate cycle on cold. Quick enough turnaround. Friendly.

I had a vintage collectible shirt i bought off ebay that had some bubbling in the center of the screen-print design. I brought it in to ask if it was fixable - the 2 guys working explain that they could try repressing it if I was ok with it. So i let them repress it, and it looked completely like new again! The bubbles were all gone :DThank you!

I called and the phone didnt pick up. When I came in with a previous offer, the associate did not honor it and insisted there be a minimal price. I asked how much could I get for the minimal price and the answer was unclear. However, the availability and variety of options are great. The lack of flexibility of price for small projects is not great. Its a good place for tourists to get RVA things, only if youve already gone to World of Mirth and Mongrel.

Great place! Owner is very hands on and helpful.. I needed some individual pieces made asap for a birthday gift and despite the time crunch he went out of his way to make sure it was done in time for the occasion. The hoodie and T came out perfect and there is a happy birthday friend with a happy customer! Highly recommended.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I had a special event and needed custom shirts ASAP! The staff were most accommodating and made my shirts in 40 minutes! The staff really got me out of a bind. They were friendly and more than helpful matching the colors I needed. I would highly recommend you see them today!

Love this store! My go to shop for RVA shirts and hoodies when Im visiting home. Great selection and the prices are the best Ive come across when buying RVA wear. Friendly staff. I wish they had a online store.

No ability to pay online! I received an text to send files by 3pm (I sent at 1:00pm). However, I sent the email and asked if I could pay when i get there. I received no response, no text back and so when I was ready to pick up they acted as if they new nothing about my order. Just wasted my time. (I dont trust them or their quality of work).

I have used this store twice and been extremely pleased both times. First time was a long sleeve custom t-shirt for my wife celebrating her 60th birthday (she loved it when she got it at her party). The second time was for a large order of We are glad you are our neighbor signs. The owner has always gone out of his way to be sure we are happy with the work that they do.

I had custom shirts ordered and made in 3 days for a big event. Everyone complemented the shirts and I was able to try on a sample for fit and feel and the staff took pictures for me to send to others before ordering. They were great!!

Not everybody is a small, medium or large and if you need a plus size, you will not find it here. From what I was offered out of the numerous assortment of styles and colors - they had discount dull dark gray...really. I was also told, ...we can place it on order. If I go into a tee shirt store to get a tee shirt, I should not have to even wait one day..your job is to sell - what??--tee shirts. Okay, so then I wanted a couple of the cute bumper stickers - they didnt have them. How hard is it to see that one item or your inventory sells out fast and maybe just maybe common sense should tell somebody to order a more the next time. If you are a regular size person...by all means - go visit the establishment and support the small businesses but if you are not a regular size go elsewhere.

Awesome work! They did such a great job on my custom baseball tee. Great value! Very convienant location in Carytown and easy to work with.

If i could give minus 5 stars i would.The owner says it is up to the customer to spell check and proof read a t shirt. 1st he left a letter out on 2 different shirts .Then misspelled a word on what was to be the corrected shirt..Again, he insists that its MY fault .Also one of the misspelled shirts is for sale now on display.
