I accidentally left my wallet. The manager held my purchase for me. Unfortunately, my schedule changed, and I was not able to come back the next day. When I came to finalize my transaction, he was gracious and accommodating. A nice place to shop.

Even though I dont live in southside anymore if Im over that side of town I always try to make a stop by Shoppers World. The price point is great. They have a good variety of merchandise. I havent always liked the store policy and it has inconvenienced me on one too many occasions (you must have your identification if using your debit/credit card, which I dont always have - or it might be my husbands card that Im using and have the pin number for which doesnt matter). Other than that Ive found either really cool or cute stuff from there for everyone in my family. The last find from the store that I love is a cute trench coat for my daughter. It was priced well and of decent quality. Every time she has it on, she gets so many compliments.

I like Shoppers World for everything but clothes for women my size (plus) most of it is floral and stretchy pants. If I shopped exclusively there for clothes Id look like an old couch. Otherwise their customer service is fantastic and I mostly come in there to buy stuff for my bathroom

Its always clean. Bright lights and smells great. Very friendly service. Prices are reasonable for any budget. on several bus routes.

The customer service was horrible. The manager on staff was very rude and accused my aunt of breaking an umbrella that was very cheap and of bad quality once she opened it. This same manager disrespected my aunt, my mother, my cousin and myself, by yelling at us and saying that we must buy the umbrella even though we explained to her that my aunt did not break the umbrella. She was so rude that my cousin left all of the things she had in her cart instead of purchasing them and we walked out the door in disgust. The merchandise my cousin had in her cart to purchase was approximately $200 in value. The manager was a heavy set African American lady with a braided updo.

They had some very nice stuff in there the problem was Im a man 200 lb 5 7 in tall large dont fit me the clothes run small if they can get little bit on a sizes and be a great store

Excellent customer service and amazing prices/savings throughout the store. Store includes a wide selection of men, womens, junior, plus size and childrens clothing plus shoes. Also a large section/collection of household items. It was ok, not very organized. I couldnt find many shorts for my kids but the prices were good on the things I did manage to find.

I worked at shoppers world in Maryland where im originally from and its completely different here..they have nothing...they have a good selection of mens clothes and houseware but womens no..!! Kids clothes (toddler boys) are almosy non existing as well
