Our double garage door spring broke over a weekend and we called Monday morning requesting service to replace the broken spring ASAP and they were able to get to us about 1:30 pm and in about 45 minutes we were back up and working properly. We were very pleased with the service. We would definitely recommend Apple Door Systems to people who own garages.

Great Experience again…. had the garage door installed originally in 2008, great door and closer system, the closer spring/coil broke. Hence the service call, Apple door arrived next day promptly, replaced the spring, lubricated the track, adjusted the closer belt even added a exterior keypad. Had an occasion to call Apple Door Systems to fix my garage door that failed on me on a Monday night and couldnt get it closed completely. Called first thing Tuesday and they said they would send first available technician. He showed up around 10:30 after calling with arrival time. Fixed the problem in about 45 minutes tuned everything up and it was business as usual. I would highly recommend them if you need some work done. I have used them in the past to replace a garage door at another home and had the same experience. Great company to do business with and very reasonable.

Another great experience with Apple Door. Haley has always been awesome. I called at 8:35am to report a main spring that broke overnight… we couldn’t open our garage door. Simple routine maintenance check: look door over to determine that all rubber was not cracked, chain was not loose, door goes up and down and sprayed lubed. Expensive! In my opinion since I use daily door still functioning slow.

ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS...We bought a garage door and side door from Apple Door for $2,600.00 in October of 2020 in advance of the installation that was completed January 15, 2021.The latch broke in March 2021 and when their technician came out he stated that the garage door panel was installed incorrectly and a new one would have to be ordered.Apple Door left our family and home vulnerable as we could not lock our garage door. It took several appointments that Apple cancelled time and time again. They never replaced the door panel they said was needed and it has taken until the end of June to just get a latch replaced.Very disappointed with the poor service and lack of a simple apology by any member of the Apple Company.

I have utilized Apple Doors a few times and always have had a pleasant experience, however the service call that I made last week was by far the best customer experience I have ever had! My door had come off the track (my fault, long story) and was crooked in the doorway. I called Apple and was told they could have someone out in about 2 hours as this was an emergency work in type of call. Got a call back 20 minutes later and was told someone is already on the way! I was very happy! When my technician Kenny arrived, he was by far the best person I have ever encountered in customer service. He was extremely polite and respectful, immediately found the issue and corrected my mistake. I had planned to replace a few things on the door myself that day, Kenny saw the materials and asked me if I would like him to install these pieces. He asked me! I didnt talk him into it. I gladly accepted. He fixed my door, installed the pieces that I was planning to install, checked and greased all the hinges, verified that the track was straight and secured, tested and adjusted the opener... This man checked absolutely everything to ensure my door and opener were working perfectly! Kenny is the perfect model of what any company would want representing them! I work have worked in retail my entire life and this man provided an customer experience like I have never had before!! Nothing against the other gentlemen that installed my opener a few years ago, as that experience was solid as well. I would definitely recommend Apple Doors! Apple Door installed a new entry door in our walk-out basement. The door opening is an odd size due to the age of the home, so the frame had to be completely rebuilt. The new fiberglass door has a nice wood grain texture and we were able to specify door and frame colors. The door handle and deadbolt lock were included and the total cost, while not cheap, was less than a competitors estimate that did not include color stain or hardware. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the results.

I replaced my garage door opener’s a couple of years ago and we have Apple Doors come out once a year to double check that they are running smooth and they lubricate the track and the technician was very nice and it only took about 20-30 minutes for both doors. We use our garage doors mostly so we want everything to operate properly. I will have them back next year.

I wish I read all the reviews before contacting them. My garage door spring broke and I called them to have it fixed on Saturday. They gave me the quote for $399 for emergency service which I was ok with since I didn’t want to wait until Monday. Easy right? Wrong. What they didn’t tell you that they don’t carry all spring sizes. The technician showed up couple hours later, took the measurement of the spring size and charged me $255 for the travel fee. What? If they don’t carry all the parts why would they even providing emergency service? At least that need to be communicated ahead with the customer. Who would want to pay someone to come out on Saturday to find out what spring size they have? I saw other reviews on Google and Yelp about it so it definitely not a miscommunication. Anyway, I called them back on Monday and was told that they won’t be able to come back out until the next day and the cost for spring replacement will $299. I definitely stay away from this company in the future.

I have used Apple door a few times in the past. With no problems they did good service. This time I had the representative come out to check to see if my Springs had become Unwound. Because the garage door had come down on a bicycle rack. And had messed up the garage door opener up and down mechanism. Which I knew we had probably broke. Because it would not accept the codes anymore. But my brother who helps me fix stuff thought that the garage door felt a little heavy. I was not sure. So I did not want to buy a new garage door opener and install it first. Until I had the garage door checked out to see if the springs had become Unwound. The representative checked it out. And they had not become Unwound or out of balance or anything. So no work had to be done. So I just need it to install another garage door opener. So I feel that it was a rip off to have to pay $125 just to tell me nothing was wrong with the garage door springs exedra. So in the future I probably will not use apple doors cuz I felt this was an exorbitant price for no work to be done just to verify they were fine. The service technician was professional and knew his business with his experience so I have no complaints against him. But I do feel ripped off for $125 what I felt it should be a lot less just to come out. Have a blessed day

Apple Door System installed my first garage door opener probably 25+ years ago. The circuit board has finally bit the dust (just can’t get good products anymore 😊). Just had it replaced with a new opener ... can even operate the door from an app. Completely satisfied with the job done and the person who did the job. Hopefully this system will last another 25 years (probably a lot longer than me!). 6 stars for me.

Our garage door suddenly wouldnt open. We move into our house a year and a half ago. The technician came out, did great social distancing and not only replaced the spring to fix it, but saw some wiring was loose, gathered it and tidied it up. Then he said there was a small gap between the closed door and the ground and changed the settings to make sure it closed completely.And he was incredibly polite.No extra charge for the extra things.Highly recommend these folks for great service.
