Today on Friday, my guaranteed delivery date, I noticed my order was still in production. I called to inquire about my order, and they said that my order had definitely shipped, but that they hadnt added tracking and would add it now. They also said that my order would definitely arrive before my Sunday event. (Worth mentioning they use UPS, which doesnt deliver on Saturdays in most locations, including mine.)Later that day I got an email with tracking, with the label having been created at 2:11pm. At 7:34pm, I got the notification that the order had shipped. Later, UPS provided an ETA of Tuesday 7pm the following week.So, not only had they forgotten about my order until I called, they lied to tell me it had already shipped. They had a chance to be upfront and admit they had forgotten to ship my order, so that I would have a chance to find an alternative trophy, but doubled down instead. Really weird experience.Update: The trophies arrived Tuesday morning. They are missing the engraved plates on the front.

I had placed an order for a few bowling plaques back in July and I could not be any more happy with them! They were a surprise gift for my boyfriend because the awards he had earned years ago were mistakenly thrown out. So, to surprise him, I recreated them as best as I could and K2Awards created them perfectly. I appreciated them sending me proofs beforehand to make sure everything was perfect. We both love the results; he was so happy! I definitely recommend K2Awards!

I love their work its always is great but their customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I had a recent order where everything was great except two plates on trophies. Where the first one said Batting Award this is the one that I typed. Then I hit copy to all the other 2 said Battin Award with no g. Which honestly isnt that big of a deal. But I contact them and they tell me I have to pay $9 to get them replaced and theres no guarantee that it would be here in time. Not only that but they blamed me even though I proved them that it was there issue. Think that is pathetic. Spent 130 on awards and 2 of which were wrongthey cant eat $9.

Our order was guaranteed; we verified the address and monitored tracking progress. Immediately, the day of, we noticed the item was not moving and followed up (at our business, deliveries are always made prior to 2pm). The seller had plenty of time to react, but chose not to. FedEx requires the SELLER to make any changes. Had K2 Awards reacted, we could have held the item for pickup and gotten the box last minute before the end of the day, but days later, and still no word. Beyond disappointed by the customer service. We used certificates instead of awards at our ceremony. Trophies are basically useless now. Will have to return.

We’ve been ordering from this company for our soccer team both spring and fall seasons for the past 2 years. The products are always quality products. The delivery is super fast in Georgia. And the only time we had an issue (one trophy was delivered broken, but it was one with long spindles that was easily broken during shipment) They rushes delivered me another at no cost, and the customer service was absolutely great. We could buy locally, but honestly they have a bigger selection and get the trophies to us faster and certainly hassle free. It’s so easy to upload the wording online, I always just do it from my phone. We will never buy from another company.

Lauren is amazing and very helpful. However they decided to lose future business and a boatload of customers over a $10.00 re-shipping fee. Not smart.Also they use UPS which in my opinion isnt good and they dont offer PayPal checkout.

The shipper lost my order. I called and Caroline picked up immediately. She was friendly and helped me through my problem. I was leaving the country and she got my order rushed so I could take it back in time. She totally saved the day. Great work on my order and even better service. I highly recommend.
