John did an amazing job. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. His prices were great. His timing was impeccable. He did what he said he would do, and when he said he would do it. You can’t say that about a lot of people these days. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had called and left a message when the spring broke on one of my doors. John promptly texted me back that he could come out later that day and we scheduled a time. Ended up he was running a little early and even politely texted to make sure that would be okay. John got right to work and even showed me a bearing that was going bad which I had meant to mention to him to look at what was sometimes causing a loud squeal noise lately when opening and closing the door. All being said, you can tell John is very experienced and knowledgeable in what he does and I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

John did a fantastic job installing our doors. We had a lot of questions about what styles and types of doors that were available to us that John easily guided us through. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 star for this reason.I was excited to do business with John after speaking with him on the phone. He seemed eager to fix our garage door and had great Google reviews. Shortly after, there was difficulty actually getting an appointment scheduled. It felt like he was giving myself and my tenant the run around. At the time, I just thought he was super busy, but looking back, it was a red flag for what was to come. He ended up no showing his appointment, wasting my time and my tenants time in the process. When we both reached out to him for answers, our calls were not returned nor texts responded to. I could see on messenger where he viewed my messages. Even though I was civil and unaccussatory, he ignored my messages still. Very disappointed how things turned out. I usually like to use small businesses for maintenance repairs on our house that we are renting out, but after John wasted 2+ months of my time, I needed to get the repair done in a timely manner. Google search led me to Precision Garage Door in Lexington. They service Richmond too. They came the same day I called and gave flawless service. Theresa was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Proline Garage Door Company. When my garage door spring broke, that door came down I was in a panic, after I called this company John ( he is the owner ) came out about an hour and a half later and replaced both springs. He’s price was very fair than all other companies I called. (I have to be fair to other companies, when other companies responded to me they were all very professional). But I can only use one company. And John did his job quickly and did a tune up on my garage door also ( all included ). Now my garage door sounds like brand new, it’s so quiet. I will used this company again for my rental property and other garage door needs in the future, because I can tell he’s a very honest guy and he showed up early too.

He sticks to his quotes, shows up when he says he will, and works quickly. Three traits hard to find in people these days, especially home repair.
