Changing locations hasnt helped customer service any . Still lower than poor .I have called to locate older parts, that they assure me they can handle, only to wait 3 days with no call back . Hey, if you cant find it, let me know, wouldnt kill you to pick up the phone and say so . Going through the Colonial Heights store from now on, to hot to play games .And MY customers deserve better, how about yours ?
