My granddaughters go to school down the street from Gelati Celesti, and we always stop in for ice cream after a long day of learning. The shop is not very big, but its laid out in such a way as to maximize seating capacity. There are also tables outside where its fun to people watch and just chill for a minute. The ice cream is really superb - we have not gotten a disappointing flavor yet. Its a special treat for us and we will continue to stop in every week.

Good place for a little ice cream. The pumpkin and ginger spice was a great fall offering! The cookie dough was loaded with dough, so you get your moneys worth!!Parking is a bit tough as it is all on street, but outside and inside seating. Staff was super friendly.A good stop after a burger at jack browns! Treat yourself!

Gelato Celesti is absolutely the BEST indulgent treat you can pamper yourself with. We stopped at the Libby Ave. store tonight. I love chocolate and they have an unbelievable rich Chocolate Decadence that is my immediate go to. BUT when I saw they offered lemon custard I could almost taste it. And I was not disappointed. When combined w the chocolate, it is SO refreshing and yummy. A small two scoop cup of each is really enough.

I really dislike this location. They don’t know how to scoop and they don’t follow Covid protocol well at all! Their ice cream is ALWAYS melted too, when it’s scooped and served to me. It’s ridiculous. I only gave it 3 stars because I genuinely love the taste of the gelato. There’s plenty of other locations around Richmond! DONT GO HERE!

Such a nice experience. The two young women working on Sunday were great! It was very busy mostly due to the 70 degree weather. They were both friendly, helpful and surprisingly expedient. It was my first time at this location and now it will be my go-to for the family. Thank you for a great experience!

The pleasant helpfulness of the two workers made the cafes unique set-up almost invisible{you must stop by to witness 👀}. Then the response to why was my Chocolate Mint not green😐...the owner doesnt like to use artificial coloring; hello tastebuds were in for a treat😋. Theres also a friendly notice as you enter requiring mask😷 and that you enjoy your purchase outside. Ok, I wasnt a fan of enjoying my creamy goodness in the heat of the season, but overall it was worth it.

Delicious, as always! A very nice young lady was working and helped us to decide on flavors during the Super Bowl halftime show. We made it back to the house in time to see the beginning of the 3rd quarter, and everyone at the party was quite happy with our flavor choices.

Is it normal to require ice cream 9 times in a week? Is Chocolate supposed to be this delicious? Asking for 10 samples of 9 different ice creams?Should toddler size be enough for a normal adult human just trying to satisfy a craving for dark, decadent chocolate?Yes. Yes. Yes. Fantastic! Ive been to all locations and its always a stellar experience. Wonderfully friendly staff and exceptional ice cream. This location is largest and still had a cozy feel. Love the new colour scheme and design.

Gelati Celesti is, hands down, the best ice cream that you can find anywhere. I have never been left any less than amazed at just how good the flavors are. This store in particular has some of the friendliest and most personable employees I have encountered, but honestly I could say that about any of their locations!

The service was very welcoming and sociable.

Without ice cream, there would be darkness and chaos. This is a sign on their wall, and they make sure their ice cream keeps the chaos at bay. Its delicious with fun rotating flavors all the time.

I go to this Gelati Celesti every once in a while and it is great! The parking is not so great though. The people are very nice and the ice cream is great! They share a building with a realtors building but Gelati Celesti is in the front so every once in a while you will see some one that works at the realtors building. The inside looks great and the music is also. I recommend this Gelati Celesti. The other one on Stony Point Drive is not as nice in the inside to me but that is just my opinion. My favorite flavors are the Salted Caramel and Vanilla. Hope you guys enjoyed my review. Go check out this Gelati Celesti for a good time.
